Rosso Nobile

Rosso Nobile: A glass of Tuscany to wear. If Tuscany had a universal smell, it would be that of Rosso Nobile. Originally born as a cult ambient fragrance, its transposition into a personal perfume (launched in 2022) is a tribute to the conviviality and nobility of red wine. The sensorial journey of Rosso Nobile is a dance between fruity sweetness and woody rigor: The opening (Grapes and Wild Berries): As soon as it is sprayed, the perfume explodes with the energy of a vineyard in September. The grapes are juicy, almost "chewable", accompanied by the acidic freshness of the berries. It is not a cloying sweetness, but the natural one of the must. The heart (Magnolia and Violet): Here the fragrance reveals its more sophisticated side. Magnolia brings a luminous creaminess, while violet adds that dusty, velvety touch reminiscent of the tannins of a vintage wine. The base (woody notes): The finish is solid and reassuring. The wood evokes the oak barrels in which the wine rests, giving structure and an elegant persistence that makes it perfectly unisex. Rosso Nobile is not just a perfume; it is an evocative experience. It is the ideal choice for those who want to stand out with classic but original elegance. It manages to be opulent without being heavy, maintaining that balance typical of Dr. Vranjes' Florentine creations. Perfect for those who love "adult" gourmand notes and are looking for a fragrance that smells of history, craftsmanship and good living.

It is very unusual; although the creator was aiming for a perfume that would capture the essence of red wine, it smells much more like grape-flavored products in general (think grape jello). As such, it can either be a huge mood-lifter (as it is for me) or appear very strange (as it does to my partner). When sniffing it on me, people also felt it smells like watermelon, and I have received compliments for it - probably from fellow grape lovers. The longevity is great on clothes and medium-level on the skin; it is very intense on my skin for at least 2 hours before becoming a bit more gentle. If you've tried the room spray version of it, note that the EDP is sharper and more intense. If you're going for a mellow smell, just use the room spray on your clothes, it's infinitely cheaper.

Funny why leather is not listed here in the pyramid. The fragrance itself is a huge ode to suede and leather, only sprinkled with the very familiar to many grape note. To my nose this is a mixture of Ombre Leather and Ombre Nomad with very prominent berry-grapes accord on top which lasts for solid 4h before scent continues down its dark leathery path. Generally different from the room diffuser from Dr. Vranjes, but fruity first hours of the composition, undeniable similarity is there.

ok, this is not a very straight forward scent. It smells of grape soda, grape jelly, grape candy, anything with grape, but mostly soda. You do get the fizzy aspect of the soda here for sure. But also it has a very subtle suede note which I like. I would be open for a decant of this. Quite interesting and non-common scent! Give it a try!

If you buy it thinking it has the same sweet, fruity scent as a room diffuser, you will be disappointed. It is a very smoky fragrance. I don't understand why they gave it the same name but made it smell different.

To my nose, this is a *very* tart strawberry with a hint of leather. No smokiness here, and definitely no grape notes here. I'm glad I got the opportunity to sample this, but unfortunately it's a miss.

I love this room scent so much that I needed to try out the perfume. It's very smokey and lasts for 2 hours at best :(

really good! it's weird that the fruity notes are listed just as top notes, to me they seem to last a lot longer. just a warning, though, if you are prone to fragrance induced headaches like me, you should test it before buying it!! despite me liking the scent it does make me nauseous and i had a slight headache for a while too, it's too sweet for me :( oh and btw i think the one i tried was maybe a different formula, the bottle was v different from this one.. if that's the case it would make sense that the notes i got are different from the ones listed

The grape candy note is so strong that it makes the parfum smell a bit cheap and artificial. After half an hour it smells more subtle and natural. So far mixed feelings about it... my husband on the other hand likes it and that grape note make this parfum interesting for him.
