Debaser Pocket Perfume

Compared to the juice, the scent of this rollerball is a bit more muted, less bright, and it's gone in about 3-4 hours. Still has a place in my collection for portability.

An amazing scent which I was the original bottle would smell like, I adore how green yet non-overpowering it is, would definitely recommend.

I tested this in a boutique (third-party retailer) in a beach club here in Bali. It is hard to find this fragrance, hence it is such a relief since I am always curious to what they have to offer (though they only have like five or six scents). I am not familiar with the eau de perfume version. Upon trying, it is so oily and I quickly spread it to my other arm to make it less than a trouble. This scent is intriguing, creative, contemporary, and soothing. I don't know if my nose is playing trick, but there is a bite of pineapple that keeps being a star... Maybe it is another form of fig? It is fruity, smooth, a tad sour. There is an echo of lactonic musk and the texture is almost grainy. I like it.

Received this through the Harvey Nichols fragrance calendar. It's quite nice not too powerful if anything it could be stronger. It's a nice comfortable wear but it's not to my taste as I believe it leans more to the feminine side. Light coconut, more heavy on the green leaves. Slightly soapy, slightly musky. Has a bit of a beach sunaftercare vibe

Bit too green for me but develops a little in the dry down. One to save for summer probably. Edit - this continues to change in profile over the course of a few hours to the point where the greeness completely drops away and powdery, musky florals come forward.

Initially this smells like the the water at the bottom of flowers you should have changed a few days ago. It’s horrible. I blind bought this and almost gifted it to my sister, so glad I didn’t, she’d have been horrified. As it dried down the old dirty water smell leaves behind a fresher almost menthol/ toothpaste. I can’t smell any hint of sweetness. A fail.

Debaser smells like Chinatown in Bangkok at dusk. For me, there is no fig here - it’s a bouquet of tropical leaves: banana leaf, pandan, young coconut and palm, all warming in humid night air. The coconut is creamy but green, like fresh coconut water spilling onto hot pavement, not a beach cocktail. It feels like walking through Chinatown when the streets are alive - steam rising, food sizzling, neon glowing, and the air thick with warmth and green life. Urban, leafy, lactonic. Not fruit, not forest - tropical night energy in a bottle

The perfume is too potent for men but Im in love the “buffer bar” they have. Anyone know if the roller ball is closer to the bar or the perfume
