I don't get spicy wood and amber from this fragrance at all. At the open, I smell cloves, nutmeg, and allspice, quickly joined by a clear dry red wine note. Something creamy hovers just beyond olifactory clarity- perhaps it is the pairing with mulled wine that gives me the association, but it almost smells like hot buttered rum. This winter cocktail is eventually joined by the sandalwood and myrrh, but by that point the gourmand association has been so firmly entrenched in my mind that they feel completely out of place. Verdict? I would buy a scented candle of this for my home in winter in a heartbeat, but I don't think I'll be wearing it on my skin again any time soon.

Keni is a sexy resinous, woody fragrance that I received in the Secrets of Egypt discovery set that I ordered. What sets this fragrance apart from other resinous, woody fragrances that I have tried is a Bayleaf note that gives it a unique aromatic twist. I haven’t smelled anything like this one, and I enjoy it a lot. On me the projection was soft, but I could smell it on me for most of the day. This is one I would like to add to my collection.

Fantastic! Sweet, spicy, and aromatic. I love the bay leaf note in this fragrance which gives it an aromatic quality. And the ambery wine accord with a touch of smoke. wow! I want to smell like this all winter! I think this could turn into a love. -
