Thanks for the samples, Dueto! Uber is sweet, warm, woodsy and wearable. The Dueto signature note is here (somewhere in the musky base I think but it's noticeable in all of their frags). This almost turns to caramel on my skin with the combination of geranium, ginger and oud. This has a unisex sweet scent, not girly, more a rich dessert and warm with the oud note, easily wearable for both my husband and myself.

Very nice and civilized oud perfume! Very wearable and pleasant fragrance. It is a warm woody fragrance where the oud is not overwhelming and the geranium adds a beautiful light floral touch. The drydown is soft, ambery and slightly sweet. Unisex but slightly masculine to my liking. Sillage: Moderate Longevity: Very good (6+ hours)

This is the most unusual and worthwhile one of the brand. It's actually labdanum-centric with a dose of detectable oud and ginger--spicy, warm, and woody--reminds me a little of Rania J's Ambre Loup (not nearly as divine of course)

I like this very much. I'll most likely buy a bottle at some point.

Perfect for cloudy mornings / evenings..

My first testing on skin I smelt something like I've moisturised with the Nivea white round container cream (not the classic blue but the lighter e vitamin cream) and sprayed on top a perfume that smells of oud, curry and ginger. I can't hate it nor even dislike it, to me it does smell like it's a well done perfume, but definitely not what I could imagine wearing. Gave me sort of this vibe like I'd been cooking some extra curryspicy food a moment ago.

This perfume did nothing for me except rush to the bathroom to scrub it off. I should have paid heed to the advice to test spray on paper first because if nothing, it sure has longevity and stickability. I don't know which scent was so off-putting, perhaps the ginger, but it is not for me.

I ordered samples from this house a couple of years ago, but nothing really stood out enough to warrant a FB purchase. More recently I noticed two new additions to the original line, Bijoux Pearl and Bijoux Amber and was curious about those, so I ordered another sample set. I have to say that this time around several of the originals, particularly Uber, caught my attention. The opening is quite interesting and I was instantly pulled in.. Prominent ginger, and just the right amount off spice. I rarely gravitate toward spicy fragrances where ginger dominates, but this one is perfectly blended with the deeper undertones of amber and oud to smooth it out, keeping the composition far from that sharp, thin, over-spiced, ginger-based fragrance territory that I generally dislike. It is a very nicely done unisex fragrance. Perhaps leaning a bit masculine in the initial stages, but after a while it softens and I can see any woman who is into unisex, oud-based, or niche type fragrances wearing it.. I have to say all the samples in this 2019 discovery set seem much nicer than those of the 2017 set, which I still have. Not sure if changes were made, but I am curious. Projection and longevity are incredible. Just ordered a FB of this and another from Dueto. So glad I gave this house a second chance.

I have never been a huge fan of Michel Girard's work, but here I think is his best to date. This one is very different overall, oud light, training oud, etc. The opening reminds me of Dior Homme Parfum, it's a thick somewhat resinous blast of Geranium/Amber/Oud with a slight caramelized sweetness, although not much. The Geranium is not the Rose type and almost smells of waxy Iris with a bit of a dry hay present. With the ginger always present, the fragrance then slowly fades into a slightly spicy still caramelized perfumed powder accord where it stays for a long time on my skin, close but always present and quite lovely. Even at this stage several hours in, a quick sniff of the arm reveals a compact mixture of dry ginger, amber, some scratchy resinous note and sweetened wood, a tad medicinal/herbal. This fragrance is very high quality and to my nose has a vintage "flair" with a modern appeal if that makes sense to anyone. Unisex without question IMO. I totally get the "it smells like other fragrances combined" thing. It does, but in a good way. The more I wear it the more I like it. It was not love at first sight! But I certainly love it now. I do not regret the purchase. I would STRONGLY suggest sampling before purchase if possible. 7.5 / 10 overall

I ordered a Dueto sample set last year, they are nice, but not go well with my skin. So I didn't buy full bottle. When days ago I read the news of Uber, I was interested but found it was not included in the sample set. And today in my mail box, I found they send me their new scent Uber! What a surprise! Uber is a pleasant scent. It has same character of the previous 6 scents, but is different. Its oud and patchouli mixure gives a more smooth feel. The oud notes here is not my favourite ones, I prefer those in TF's Oud Wood,a smell of burning oudwood, though I heard that it's synthetic. But with the help of spicynote, Uber's oud smells lively and with engery. Then when the spice rest down, Uber gives a lovely creamy mixture of floral, resin, oud & patchouli. I think Uber is less bold then previous ones, but it's easier to wear, and it goes well on me, which is unlike Golden Boy or City Oud - both have a short phrase smells nauseating, though I like most part of them, it still prevents me buying a full bottle.

This is a very intriguing fragrance. One that you have to keep on smelling to wrap your mind/nose around. Its funny how all the reviews are a bit different....and its with good reason. I get the amber and oud and a bit of ginger, but I also get a soapy note.....like a ivory soap note. Its weird that I get this in an oud/amber type frag. There is some nice spiciness that I really enjoy though. I would test this before you buy as it will not be for everyone. However if you like it I think you will REALLY enjoy wearing this scent.

This is indeed a glam urban wearable and safe unisex perfume.It is spicy (strong ginger ) at the opening , a very nice heart of labdanum and geranium that melts into a warm but soft and elegant base of oud,amber and musk. It is not loud , it's balanced and modern indeed. It is especially made for lovers of woodsy - oudy scents.A pleasure of the masses. Like the previous noticed the scents of Dueto are modern and versatile !!! Good for wearing in autumn /winter .

The Oud in Uber is of the barnyard variety... What keeps this interesting is the greeness from the geranium and Vetiver. Shortly after the smokiness from the labdanum and the warmth from the amber appears.. It's nice based on first impressions but not sure it's versatile or FBW. Need more wears....

Uber is a very wearable Oud with hind of Amber and Geranium as major notes.!!! The notes pyramid is perfectly done.!! Well suited for Office wear as well as evening wear. Tried it last night. Lasted well for 7+ hours with good projection for 3-4 hours. Not a bad thing to have a glance at !!! Cheers
