I Love Tango

Oh, this is an amazing scent. Tobacco green tuberose, tossed up and fanned by green carnation. Dried tobacco leaves lend a natural tartness to the freshly picked flowers. Crafted in Dzintars' signature style: laid-back green notes, the tartness of greenery and elegant suede (instead of chypre bitterness), the dryness of rich, moist flowers, and a moderate, almost imperceptible sweetness in the base. Nothing cloying or overpowering. It makes you want to breathe. Does it remind you of vintage perfumes of yesteryear? As their worthy successor.

It`s 12 hrs, and I still can smell it on my arm. Warm, not too sweet, not too heavy, really an adult women perfume. And yes, i wear it during daytime also!

I Love Tango is definitely a unisex perfume absolutely suitable for both sexes. It is a strong smell, oriental, warm, spicy, classy, floral and green suitable for winter, fall and cool spring days. I can imagine it wearing with formal clothes some cool night in a nice restaurant or bar. A very sexy and seductive smell which attracts people. It opens with a blast of tuberose and amber, strongly and harsh. As time passes appears the spicy carnation which blends perfectly with the other ingredients. It is a slowly developing perfume. In 15 minutes comes to the surface a beautiful suede note with a mild sweetness and a pinch of green and smoke which embrace the other vivid notes, smoothens the blend and makes it really expensive for the nose. It is one of the best Dzintars perfumes, 100% unisex with masculine orientation in my opinion and aristocratic. Even it is a cheap one, it doesn't smell cheaply. In Russia they sell it for 400 rubles, about 6 US dollars as concentrated perfume in 12 ml bottles. The longevity is above the average, about 10-12 hours and the projection is very heavy. With 3 sprays you fill a whole room. The quality-price rate is out of this world! And be careful not to spray it over light colored clothes.. it may left a stain. It reminds my the 1 Million Intense Paco Rabanne for men, but in a form more classy and aristocratic. A much more quality version of 1 Million with some similarities but with different dry out process. I Love Tango, a hidden diamond with super bargain price tag, a quality perfume with powerful performance. Just try it!

I Love Tango Dzintars is the new version of the vintage Rudens Dzintars for women and has many common elemments with the 1 Million Intense Paco Rabanne for men. So I consider it as unisex.

This I will only be confident enough to wear, when I feel like a femme-fatale, with the same intent. Since this happens very very rare and sporadically this will last me a while. I can understand why they named it like this: smelling this scent on my skin I feel catapulted in a dimly lit room, smelling of tobacco, people dancing seductively and music, dialogues, and laughter filling the atmosphere. People wear elegant and quite dandy-dresses and never ever in this vision are the women anything but women and the men wear hats. For me, a tom-boy-that-was, it is quite challenging imagining myself in that picture. The tuberose and leather are so animalistic - the foreplay that's called dancing fits to T. This is a scent only to be worn by people that are confident and with serious intentions. And never for daytime please. It is intense, almost vulgar in its character and would irritate. But for a night at a "motto-party" like latin, roaring twenties, night out and anything like that, this should attract the kind of person that is looking for adult and confident persons. I say persons because I think the leather and quite over-the-top tuberose would be fitting some guys too.
