Easy to Love

This perfume is truly something beautiful! It was love at first sniff for me though I enjoy it remarkably more on the skin as it develops, it's honestly heaven. It's worth noting that I don't normally enjoy fig scent. I'm not a fan of Philosykos from Diptyque but I find I get more of the honey, peony and Tonka anyways. It means feminine but a man could definitely wear and enjoy this. I've been waiting my whole adult life for a perfume like this and I can completely understand the name easy to Love! I was a little confused by previous reviews that it was boring and unimpressive. To me it's beauty is in its simplicity, but each to their own! Easy to Love has easily just become my signature scent.

There's a soft herbal quality in the opening of this scent. It's really pretty and fresh. I honestly get a celery seed and pink pepper in the opening with the freshness of the peony giving it that uplifting summer quality. If there's fig here it's so mild I don't detect it - not a favorite note of mine so I'm fine with that! I'm putting this on my want list. Haven't been a fan of this house in the past, but I really love this scent!

Very pretty, fresh, everyday fragrance for summer. It opens with sweet white currant and fresh peony with a hint of fig, I liked it just for the first impression. Later is warms up, gains a little bit of depth with Tonka and musk. Overall I would say it's fresh and clean fragrance. You know the smell when you get out of the shower after using a good shower gel?... It's like that. perfect when you just want to smell pleasantly fresh and clean. Easy to love is a clever name for this fragrance, because it is easy to love, it just gets along with everyone...

It's so pleasant and it puts the Billie Holliday song (Cole Porter) in my head. Happy to enjoy this little sample I have but if I owned a bottle I'd probably overspray (my bad), and this could become screechy if oversprayed. Beautiful for happy, pretty, subtle people. ;) Update next day: very pretty and unique dry-down. I'm impressed with this perfume and don't have anything like this in my collection. Likely not a purchase for me, but it is so charming, the creamy sweet and light fig note. Peace.

Easy wearing fruity floral, lots of peony

This is a fruit fig, as opposed to a green fig or milky fig scent. Actually, this is the fruitiest, sweetest fig fragrance I think I've tried. There's something mass-appealing about it...I think the sweetness of it...so I think most people would find this enjoyable. This is a fig for those who don't usually enjoy fig fragrances. I like it well enough, however, the performance is atrocious on me. Heavily feminine IMO.

Easy to love is also easy to wear! Nothing ground-breaking here just a polite, clean-smelling fruity floral. Unlikely to upset the apple cart but not likely to get you noticed either. It's like a pretty girl with zero personality.

I usually like fig in fragrances. In fact, all the notes listed (except currant, which can sometimes be sharp on my skin) usually work very well for me, and as a result, I expected something sweet and fresh from this composition, but the fig overpowered every other note, and the white currant made this fragrance so unbearably sharp on me that it was a total scrubber. All I got was a dry and exceedingly sharp fig note. I didn’t get any peony, honey, tonka, or ambrette, and I love those notes. My skin chemistry clearly isn’t compatible with this particular fragrance, so I didn’t smell it in all its glory, but for whatever my assessment is worth, I feel like it leaned a little to the feminine side of unisex. And even after scrubbing with scented hand soap and hot water, it still persists on my wrists like a beast.
