L'Echappee Belle

I can't believe a cardamom lover like me has been passing by this for years several times a week while grocery shopping... It is a cardamom bomb. Reminds me of Burberry The Beat , although TB has noticeable citrussy notes( I don't detect the pink grapefruit and the bergamot which are listed in the pyramid). It is way more floral, feminine and sweet ( not too much, believe me, I am not fond of overly sweet fragrances). The sillage is very good, and I find it has more lasting power than the other Eau Jeune Fragrances I have used so far. Thumbs up for the name. I don't know how to translate it into English. It is something you do when you leave your everyday life and its routine behind you for a few days, because you need to feel free and enjoy yourself.

A very pleasant scent. At first it's like a spray of coca-cola, but after a while the cardamum comes forth. Very nice, not like other scents! :) Ekaksi tuoksuu mielestäni coca-colahubbabubballe. Hetken päästä kardemumma tulee esiin. Tosi ihana tuoksu, erilainen kuin muut tähän mennessä :)

I could not agree more with LaPetite below! Lucky us the big noses are working on the so called mass-market fragrence production as well as on designer perfumes.

What a unique one this is. A floral-spicy beauty for those who appreciate subtle notes and sheer scents. (If you don't, maybe skip and go straight for Middle Eastern to get big impressions for small coins.) Only somewhat sweet and with an idea of powderiness that's never dense or thick. Among hundreds of scents, there is none I have that it really reminds me of. Yet it's not a strange or really unfamiliar scent - honestly it makes me think of spiced tea. More than any perfume said to be non-green tea honestly. This has enough transparency where many don't. Tea spices on a floral base, that is vague because of course camellias don't smell. I love this take on them which I'll mention has zero resemblance to the clearly powdery Monotheme Camelia. It feels cozy yet still uplifting to me, with a very casual, unpretentious elegance. The name seems fitting actually. Sillage and performance are moderate to me.

Bright short opening, floral-fresh, immediately followed by a warm creamy musc, gardenia more than camelia, golden and confortable as a smooth cashmere blanket. I can’t believe something so cheap can be so beautiful. Sillage and lasting power far better than the other Eau Jeune. Very good value.

This is weird , i tested it this morning at the supermarket, and before watching the notes displayed here i could have sworn there is some fig tree notes O_o . Anyway , this is another very pleasant frag from "Eau Jeune" which scents are often underrated by snotty women/girls because they're "supermarket scents" , but believe me , some are as good as some 80€ hyperhype scents...

Got it today art Carefour in brussels, Evere for 12€ :) I like it I will wera for a dinner tonight and gallery tommorow. Its a very summer to me scent and innocent like a first kiss it hs sometjing from 90’s. Konda soapy flowerish.. scent .. with a musk which I love. I feel like take a bike and bike somewhere in Belgium on a wild flwoery.. villages...

I wore this every day while studying for finals and now I can't stand it anymore because of that :'(
