Vanille Irresistible

This is exactly how I love my vanillas, light, sparkling, airy and smooth. This is perfect all year round as it’s not warm, sugary, sticky nor cloying. It’s a very refined, well balanced and blended vanilla that smells natural and sophisticated yet it’s still a bit sensual and addictive. Gourmand lovers would still love this. Definitely want to get a few more from this house as they are 80% natural and environmentally friendly. The rosé collection is amazing, very unique and sophisticated but not powdery, mature and boring. Very youthful and leans more feminine. 9/10 lasts about 6 hours on skin. You can tell that the ingredients are high quality and that’s what makes it so natural smelling.

This perfume is vanilla perfection. I've never smelled a vanilla as perfect. It's almost gourmand but stops short of it due to a wonderfully balanced iris heart. The rum - or a touch of booziness - is barely there, just making the scent feel rounded and sensual. An absolutely gorgeous perfume and one of my top purchases of the year. Thank you, Mr Guichard! You are a true artist!

This is delicious, how is this unknown? I simply stumbled across it and found someone selling it on eBay slightly discounted, its a delicious masterpiece of a Vanilla dominant fragrance. On my skin it does not last, which is a great shame. I have many vanilla frags, Tom Ford's TV, Naxos, Absolute Aphrodisiac, Grand Soir,

Is this house not very well known or what? Only 35 votes, crazy..because this perfume is very nice vanilla patchouli, I would just like boozyness to last little longer, or be stronger. It's unisex, maybe only slightly leaning feminine.

Vanille Irresistible is such a hidden gem. Super pleasant boozy vanilla. It’s airy & smooth with no harsh edges. Not as powdery as expected, I more so get vanilla, rum and incense as the stand out notes.

Nice! Unisex evening vanilla. Well balanced, heavy dose of vanilla with a pronounced boozy backbone and a powdery touch. Not gourmand but gives off a slight edible vibe. Strong like, not a love yet. Edit (13/01/25): The powdery-ness has since vanished and left a beautiful deep & decadent boozy vanilla with a touch of incense and I'm loving it ! Giving off red carpet event vibe. The lasting power & projection are both terrible on my skin especially with the price tag.

Sweet! Verging on being gourmand but also not at all. A powdery vanilla that leans into a parma violets sort of an impression - The smoke of the incense sits far into the wear and brings a fairly unique aroma that with the powdery wear of this definitely leans mature. There is a soapiness to the florals here which isn't my favourite but I do think this is a very pretty smell which is worth smelling even if it's not one I'd be excited to wear.

I bought this in January and just realised it's very good as a summer vanilla, not so much as a winter scent where you need more depth. I enjoy it more in summer when it's vibrancy come out. Overpriced but I got it on sale.

Just received it. It smells a bit like Kayali Vanilla 28 but old fashioned, less sweet and more powdery. Longevity and projection is poor. Wearable but not a love. Had I smelled it beforehand I would’ve not purchased it...I would recommend Kayali instead.

I completely agree with the sentiments shared below. Vanilla Edenist leans heavily on a synthetic vanillin accord... it's not unpleasant, but it lacks the richness and depth that would justify its price point. I’m also undecided on the incense note. It seems like this fragrance is reaching for a vintage, resinous elegance, but never quite lands there. Instead of adding depth, the incense feels slightly disjointed like it belongs to a different composition altogether. The individual notes aren’t bad, but they don’t blend into each other in a way that feels seamless or intentional. Rather than a harmonious blend, it comes across as a collection of notes competing for attention. Not a bad fragrance by any means, this is just one that feels like it needed a bit more refinement to truly come together.

This reminds me of Guerlain Shalimar minus the smoke note. Quite boozy and not sweet or cloying. Thankfully I have a sample to try out. Not a love at first sniff. 50-50 atm. Will update if anything miraculous happens

I really wanted to love this one. On paper it has all the right notes, but .... I like the vanilla, I like the incense, I like the booze, but there is something artificial and sharp about it that I don't like.

Tbh I don’t know why this isn’t more popular smells really good with it mainly smelling like vanilla with a hint of alcohol for me mostly fits men but could also be unisex
