Jardin Tokyo

If you’ve ever trimmed a lemon or lime tree, you will recognize this scent. Very lime forward tied to a beautiful green - similar to crushed branches of a green lemon or lime tree. The light floral from the lily of the valley is lovely. This isn’t a go out and do things fragrance, but rather a “take time to relax and breathe” fragrance. Reminds me of when the sun comes out after a cool midday rain and the smell of the warming green plants fills the air. Fresh, clean, unisex, with an intimate projection (8 sprays). If you appreciate subtle perfumes while enjoying green-centric fragrances, you may like this for its uplifting & grounding vibe.

woah! punched me off the bat with very strong grassy/leafy aromas. Smells like snapped plant stems. Very fresh and different but I don't find it the most pleasant.

I blind smelled this after purchasing a bunch of samples. I am instantly reminded of opening the paper bag of takeout for one of my favorite meals, avocado rolls. I can smell the wasabi, ginger, seaweed, carrot garnishes, and even the rice, soy sauce, and a glass of lemon water to the side. I thought to myself, “What in the world sample could I have ordered that smells like this?” The ginger and wasabi scent completely take center stage with the vegetal carrot serving as a stagehand. To my surprise, it’s Jardin Tokyo. I am truly so happy to have sampled this and realized it’s not for me, as I assumed it was a sure-thing based on the notes, but would never want to wear this as a fragrance.
