Jamais le Dimanche

It was a blind buy, online. It is not the first, and it won't be the last. I read about it and I pondered about 15 mins, and then I decided: if it is created by Alberto Morillas, it has to be good. I have / had about 6 or 7 of his creations, and they are spectacular, so I give it a try. And then, it is a shade of blue I love. And it has two little wings and a trident, so has something to do with Aquarius, my sun sign. (I am a walking disaster, I know). A couple of hours later it hit me, after re-reading the presentation above, that it is a fragrance for men, and I am not a man. I hoped Krizstandra's words to be right "I find it very suitable for women equally" - and they are. It starts with a bit of cedar / vetiver, but it quickly softens to pleasant green notes, nothing harsh, masculine. Then, the sweetness of drift wood and cannabis mingles in and settles everything. It is a liberating concoction of weed and incense after rain. Once upon a time I found this smell on a roof in Tel Aviv, looking at lovely people telling stories in a language I didn't know. One summer later: I cannot find anything to complain about. A perfect summer scent for a girl, with a fine sillage.

This has a similar strange, synthetic-aquatic appeal to it like another Alberto Morillas fragrance: Thierry Mugler Cologne. It’s not that they smell alike, but they are like two different Prince songs, completely different but recognizably from the same composer. If you like vivid, larger than life, juicy, happy, buoyant scents that have a cartoon-like POW! effect, this may be the aquatic for you (when most other aquatic scents have a wistful, faded-memory, pastel tone). The incense and cannabis are tiny details or textures here against the huge turquoise blue green wave of a Morillas aquatic accord.

Wonderful, very fresh, green scent. I was surprised to find out it was marketed as for men, I find it very suitable for women equally. Surprising cannabis-absynthe-incense combination make me think about Benedictine, a special liquour made with honey and spices and Thierry Mugler's "a travers le miroir"

very interesting fragrance i just discover. A kind of new incense which is for once not dark and church like but airy and modern. For me, the association between incense and ozonic notes is new and daring.

100% women scent. Nice women scent. )))
