Oderose

Oderose is beautiful, elegant rose oud fragrance. I know, there is no oud listed, but i am pretty sure that what I sniff. Rose lovers will love this, i think, its rose is fresh juicy herby-rose that's just picked in the morning. the sweet orange really gives its juiciness and sweetness here, even though it doesnt last very long. cumin lends a little oriental edge, while carnation brings its powderiness. resins and oud in the drydown is lovely, light and transparent. it is not a loud fragrance, but a sheer yet lasting one. i was pleasantly surprised it lasts more than 12 hours on me! this could be a good choice for those exploring resin-oud fragrances.

Best of rose shelf! Very beautiful, arabic, resinous, but fresh and a touch fruity rose. The geranium is fresh and minty how I like it, this note can really elevate a good rose frag (or drag it down into vintage category if not the fresh minty kind.) This perfume really reminds me of Ajmal Wisal Dhabab (I marked it as similar) which has so many of the same aspects to it but it's more gourmand and the fruitiness is more of a pear / quince whereas here the raspberry gives it a more light airy tart fruitiness. Gorgeous perfume!

O mój Boże i Wszyscy święci, to jest prawdziwy różany Eliksir. W tak pięknym ubraniu Pani Róży jeszcze nie spotkałam. Doskonała esencja i ujęcie tematu róży, będę stawiać ten zapach jako wzór zapachu z różą w roli głównej. Nie czuję w ogóle tych "egzotycznych" składników kadzidła, mchu, kminu....Róża jest podbita kwaśnością owoców i geranium i w taki sposób trwa na mojej skórze od kilku godzin. Uwielbiam, próbujcie warto mimo ceny.

Wow! Just wow! This blew my socks off and I want to buy it right away. It makes me feel like a fairy, wandering in a beautiful rose garden in the early morning when the first sunrays starts to hit the dew from the night, encapsulated in the rose buds. It's both light and heavy at the same time and I think I can sense a bit of oud under the roses and musk.

This is really really good and has an interesting development. I could see this being really addictive. Pyramid is pretty much dead on and it's so well done that the notes are so harmonious it can be difficult to parse them out. Blind buy zone.

I love this rose. It's not too sweet but still bright/vibrant and amazing on clothes later in the day. I like this more than LOVE KILLS, which I'm wearing on the other wrist. Oderose sings.

I don't think I will ever experience better rose perfume than this.

It is a beautiful, versatile roses scent that I can imagine wearing in every situation. I'm not a fan of roses, but Oderose makes me realize the beauty of it. For me, the opening felt bright-playful raspberries and roses with a hint of citrus but when it comes to the dry-down, gosh, it's so relaxing roses and musk. I often wearing this as my "go to bed" scent because it helps me to sleep peacefully. For a soft smelling scent, the longevity surprised me though, it lasts 10++ hours on my skin

I agree with this being one of the best rose fragrances available. Sadly rose doesn't really work well with my chemistry and turns sour, but I can appreciate it in small doses nevertheless. The projection is mild, it's not offensive, but the longevity is intense!

The rose at the beginning is soft and lovely, with a light sweetness from the berries. A hint of geranium adds an interesting and distinctive twist compared to other rose-based perfumes. The incense brings a mature, aged feeling, while the cumin gives the scent a Middle Eastern character. As it develops, the rose blooms more vibrantly—not like garden roses, but more like luxurious rose-scented soap from a high-end hotel—with impressive longevity on the skin.

I absolutely hated this fragrance. Something in there is so off-putting I couldn't even tolerate the smell of the bottle in the trash. I guess this is proof, as if we needed it, that humans are vastly divergent in our perceptions. I see that many people love this scent. For me it was utterly intolerable. I'm not sure how to put the problem into words, except to say that it was a very artificial note in there that was both headache and nausea inducing.

Oderose is a beautiful fruity floral oriental scent with a soft woody base. The prominent raspberry note in the opening blends beautifully with the jammy Rose de Mai and Rose Damascena and ethereal musk. The smoke fumes and wisps of the burning incense swirl through the delicate petals of the rose rounded by sandalwood, frankincense and ambergris. This creation celebrates the orient in a contemporary way. It is rich and deep without being heavy. It is concentrated at 25%. I have gone a bit overboard with Oderose lately at work that I have nearly gone through my 30 ml bottle in a month’s time. It is unisex and quite the compliment getter too!

A beautiful rose fragrance. Musk, rose, geranium....love it. The rose in this comes off as a bit soapy to me. Very feminine in my opinion. The slight musky, smoky, woodiness in this perfume is my favourite part about it. It's soft, smooth, powdery. I've seen some other reviews saying that they smell oud in this but I disagree. This is definitely not a rose-oud perfume but it's still beautiful and unique in it's own way. I you love rose fragrances with woody notes and musk, I'd argue this is a very safe blind buy.
