5th Avenue NYC Premiere

5th Avenue NYC Premiere has a little of the original 5th Avenue DNA, combined with a warm ambery Tonka base, making it a floriental. This is a good one. As some have noted, it's a linear fragrance without development; however, that's not a strike against it when the one line is this good. Somehow this gem ended up at the back of my perfume cabinet, no doubt because it's in a tall bottle! Not anymore. This one needs to be worn in cool weather and seems perfect for the holidays. Yes, there is a similarity to Addict (I have not smelled Addict Eau Fraiche so can't comment on that). NYC Premiere is easier to wear for me anyway because it's lighter than Addict without the dark boozy vanilla that can make Addict a bit intense. NYC Premiere's similar to Silences Purple but NYC Premiere is soapier. The soapiness is the linden note in the original 5th Avenue (a real classic). Although it is not listed, I seem to smell it. Maybe just the power of association. Don't let the price fool you. This is great if you want something purple and warm. It smells purple, goofy as that sounds. Purple like silk and cashmere, not purple like grape jelly. Vaguely resinous and animalic, comforting like a purple bathrobe yet elegant at the same time. A purple hug.

First of all this is a bargain! I got a 75ml for 12Eur, ridiculous price even for EA perfumes. This scent is I would say a more wearable version of Dior Addict, its definately not a dupe, although it shares some of the notes. The orchid and the tonka bean here start in a very sexy, very purple, very loud way but then it fades to a soft, creamy hyacinth and amber scent. I love EA perfumes because they are so well done and you can smell the transition and all the notes in the composition. I can see this being worn in the day actually, this smells very grown up, sophisticated, interesting. I can see a woman like Eva Longoria wear this, simple, chic and attractive at the same time. I definitely recommend this fragrance, both for the quality and price. Very long lasting on my skin with average sillage. I will spray this on my winter scarves and wear it proudly!

5th Avenue NYC Premiere is so beautiful! It's warm and sweet, smelling absolutely like that fantasy orchid smell, vanillay tonka, and resiny benzoin. It's elegant and grown up but also very versatile like many great fragrances you can wear year round and in all circumstances. To my nose, it's totally in the same genre as Dior Addict, Guerlain Angelique Noire, and Clinique Aromatics in Black. It has decent longevity -- about 4-5 hours -- and conservative to moderate sillage, so it's appropriate when you don't want to blast everyone in the vicinity with your fragrance. Another surprisingly great selection from Elizabeth Arden! I also very much enjoy 5th Avenue After Five (light, fresh floral/leather) and My 5th Avenue (pretty pear/white floral). My daughter loves the original 5th Avenue and 5th Avenue Royale.

One perfume that maked me stop for a while from testing other perfumes, I loved it from the moment I opened the box. A little citric fragrance at first, but floral, just a little bit of sweetness! I bought it especially for the comparisson to Dior Addict...and I am very pleased with the quality. It is long lasting, not to strong, just enough to be noticed. I let a T-shirt, that I was wearing one day when I used this scent, on my bed, and I left home for 2 days, when I came back the whole room smelled... 5th Avenue NYC Premiere ...and I won't talk about the compliments I got from a very special person while I was wearing this!

I own Dior Addict (2002 and 2012 versions, I have not tried the current formula), and DARE I say, that I almost like this cheapie better? I don ́t think NYC Premiere is a dupe of Dior Addict, but they are in the same ball street. NYCP is more feminine, less deep and dramatic and easier to wear, and is has better sillage than the 2 Diors. Longevity + 8 hours on me. It ́s like Dior Addicts younger sister, who is less melancholic, more carefree and bubbly and a bit less intelligent. This is a "love" for me, interesting and lovely scent that I enjoy wearing during the colder months.

Wow.. ok , hold on now - so it's possible to make a cheap perfume that is lovely ! :) I'm on a hunt for cheap options now. This one is nice Hyacinth ( most prominant for me) with some orange and nice woodsey base. The bottle is very pretty- I can't pass this fact ! Longevity is not the best but I like it still. For the money this one is more than great ! PS: The drydown has more of the Benzion ( which smells like Vanilla) and the Orange which can remind people of Dior addict . I can see that.

Wonderful sub for Addict Eau Fraiche NOT Addict as some have noted. A little more bitter in the top notes and the dry down is not as powdery and warm and syrupy and frangipani floral - but for the price I am very happy to have found this little gem of a dupe! If Addict Eau Fraiche is a Lamborghini, This is sort of more a second hand car. It’s bumpy, but it gets you there. It’s an entirely single note, it’s made with the cheapest of ingredients, but I miss away Fraiche so much I don’t care!

5th Avenue Premiere was announced as a sensual edition with a floral-oriental character. Adorned in a rich, almost velvety shade of purple, it evokes subtle boudoir associations. From the opening through to its creamy base, floral notes of lily of the valley and orchid take the lead—yet these are not fresh, meadow-like or green accords, but rather softly powdery, even slightly dusty. A fragrance for a woman confident in her femininity, a poised and elegant lady.

I'm going to agree with all these lovely reviews. The sillage and longevity of this perfume are crazy, it's one of the longest lasting of the 300+ in my collection, easily lasting an entire day on my skin, and I can smell it on fabrics days later. I definitely smell the Dior Addict similarity, but this is gorgeous in its own right. To my nose, it's a slightly spicy, balmy, creamy, rich vanilla.

I'm very impressed with this, I had not read the reviews or anything but I thought once past the upper notes which I was so so about, and got to the mid notes I smelled Dior Addict. I found myself saying that out loud. This is a calmer addict. Really similar. Summer test and this has lasted since 10.30am, it's now 7pm. Nice one Arden.

This was part of a blind swap.I was pleasantly surprised, as E.A. has never been a fave of mine. I don't get Addict at all (I am a great lover of it)but it is very reminiscent of YSL Manifesto Eclat, very, very nice. If you want that same style, with a very friendly price, it's a winner.

An obvious gem in todays market, a true gift to perfume lovers like me that are head over heels for vanilla, orchid orient potions. Extremely delicious, flirtatious, can really lift the mood. Like someone said a very tasteful take on more wearable dior addict, which is superb!

This is a great choice for those of us that loved the original Dior Addict! Also, you get a huge 4.2 ounce bottle for around twenty bucks. This is also the only perfume I wear that causes my fiance to want to eat my neck. It's an insane man magnet.

This smells beautiful on me. I really like it. I wish I could break down notes for you, but it's all blended very well. All I can say is it smells great!! Good silage, and long lasting too.

Category: Balsamic, warm & spicy, floral Notes: Sprays on as a strong and tart orange with the sandalwood base very distinct from the get-go. I also pick up on the tonka bean which in this leans green and a little herbal, vaguely tobacco-y but not sweet. Wild orchid in the heart notes does refresh the scent mildly, but overall it is a weighted down by the spicy pepper, heavy balsamic base notes and dirty patchouli. Once this settles entirely into the base notes all I can smell is myrrh and mild orchid. Vibe: Nativity display. 1970s. Myrrh. Dried pine needles. Bear pelt in front of a fireplace. Cognac. Potpurri. Spice cabinet. Cabin in the woods. Suede. Velvet. Wood paneling. Hair curlers. Clean laundry. Sillage: 5/10. A little milder than I normally prefer, but I think it works for this scent. If this was any louder I think it would run the risk of being headache inducing. Longevity: 6/10. It does mellow out pretty quickly, but doesn't disappear. I do however think this might have quite poor longevity for skin types that are prone to "eating" fragrances. It lasts a good 6 hours or so before it becomes hard to detect. Wear: Although it is quite a heady scent, it's not offensive or overpowering - could definitely be worn at an office job, so I'd say this is suitable for both daytime and evening wear. Because it's so balsamic, warm and spicy, it's without a doubt a fall and winter scent. Overall rating: 5/10. If I had to describe this scent I'd say it smells like myrrh, but fresher - a little lighter and a little more floral. I, unlike a lot of the other reviewers, don't see the resemblance to Dior Addict - Addict is sweeter, extremely indolic, vanilla forward and not even half as spicy or warm as this. While they share a similar opulence - both being heady, almost dizzying - this is quintessential balsamic and Addict isn't even a little bit balsamic. Another similarity is that they are both quite mature, not girly or juvenile in the slightest, but that's where the similarities end for me. This is smooth, spicy, warm, yet somehow fresh at the same time and mildly sweet - the same kind of sweet that you get from a cinnamon bun or gingerbread. Vaguely reminiscent of suede. I like this better from far away than I do up close. Overall a quite pleasant scent that unfortunately just doesn't suit me. I'm soo happy I managed to snatch a bottle of this at a decent price, it seemed almost impossible to find for a while, unless I wanted to pay for a way overpriced bottle. The fact that so many people consider it a dupe for Dior Addict is definitely what brought me in. I've actually never smelled DA, so I can't personally attest to how NYC Premiere compares to it, but as a standalone perfume it smells absolutely divine. At first spray, I had trouble trying to distinguish any notes - it kinda of smelled like nothing, just a cheap, watered-down dollar store body spray. I put it away in my perfume cabinet, completely disappointed. But then... about 10 mins later I smelled the most amazing bouquet of mandarin, white floral and... vanilla, which has to be the benzoin! Such a lovely scent that can be worn any time of day for any occasion. This perfume makes me feel like a classy lady, like I'm put together even if I'm just wearing a t-shirt and leggings. A universally pleasing scent that lasts a long while too ETA: Wearing this on a cold winter day, I definitely get See by Chloe vibes. Kind of a more intense version of See, the latter of which is already pretty light itself. Must be the musky-vanilla mixed with the jasmine. Overall such a pretty perfume.

At first, I get a fresh green note with the slightest powdery/sweet note, similar to the smell found in YSL Manifesto, but it's short lived. Then it turns straight cinnabon on me. So I get cinnamon, even though not listed and creamy, vanilla, sweet, fresh baked dessert or snickerdoodle cookies. It's not sugar, childish bomb, not sickening sweet at all, imo. Reminds me of being in a mall and smelling the cookie stop around the corner. It's a warm, cozy, comforting, underrated fragrance from EA. In the dry down something vaguely reminds me of Carolina Herrera Good Girl opening, watered down, but at this point, it's just a skin scent. I have the original Fifth Ave. and I love it. I like NYC premier a lot but it and the original have nothing in common except for the bottle design. The lasting power is mehh, compared to the original. I get about 5 hrs, which considering the price isn't bad. I've paid more for a fragrance mist. Projection isn't great but those immediately around you will smell it. I think I will reach for this more during fall days.

The florals in NYC Premier are strong, especially the hyacinth at first. The tonka is more on the grassy side than sweet for the first one to two hours. Addict and Manifesto are two of my all time favourites and I really can't say there's much similarity there. They are both very sweet vanilla centered fragrances. Premier is not sweet and there is no vanilla until at least a couple of hours in, and even then, its not vanilla but something reminiscent of vanilla and only sweet in that regard. As it dries down I go from getting the musk in the background to then getting the sandalwood. Black pepper is modest and I don't find this a spicy scent. The pepper is all gone in a couple of hours. It definitely improves as it settles and around two hours in, I'm loving it. Before that I was thinking, I'm gonna need to sell this and the backup bottle I foolishly bought based on notes. But all is well now. What a turn around!

I bought this one as a blind buy, back in 2018. For an Elisabeth Arden perfume, this was an interesting surprise. I have smelled it before, somewhere else so it's not a unique scent but... Potent perfume at first that tones down and is long-lasting. Perfect for day and night, this perfume is my go-to when I am running late and don't have time to make up my mind. This scent never disappoints and I have gotten many compliments. This scent is very floral (gosh, so much lovely hyacinth!), spicy and warm perfect for a night out with friends. Very soothing, warm and super feminine. Yes, there are some synthetic notes that might drive you crazy but they come oh so rarely which to me is perfectly fine for the price. It smells expensive and I believe is rather underrated. I will definitely repurchase this one in the future!

For me, this is better than Dior Addict. The tonka bean is not medicinal and leans more on the fresh tobacco type tonka accord. The orchid is more beautifully floral- vanillic in NYC Premiere while the vanilla is more vanilla extract for cooking in Dior Addict. In fact, i never liked Dior Addict at all. I do see a resemblance between the two in style. In NYC Premiere, i also love the patchouli and black pepper that is present, but not loud, throughout the composition. Jasmine ties everything together too. I love hyacinth and it makes an interesting apperance here. This is one of my new go to perfumes for the winter. Good for autumn nights too. I love this one from the 5th Avenue collection. 9/10 overall imo.

not really getting the comparison to Dior Addict. I admit I sniffed Addict many years ago but I still remember being overwhelmed by dense spicy smokey vanilla...has Addict been watered down since and lost its oomph? Unless that happened, I'll stick to zero resemblance to Premiere and here's why. Premiere is an oriental floral on the skin; pillared equally on floral notes, amber and patchouli. No vanilla! No spice! Verdict? now this one while not being particularly ground-breaking, edgy or artsy, it is a decent smelling blend and think it is a good price value ratio.

In the air it's similar to my beloved Dior Addict but wrist to wrist comparison: NYC Premiere= $20; greener; sandalwood and mandarin are more prominent; louder; hint of soapiness; more unisex. I like it! Dior Addict= $120; creamier; smoother; vanilla is more prominent. Love it!

Huge mistake to discontinue. Admired by everyone even prosaic males in my family. It’s a Floriental mixed with a Gourmand. Sweet and distinctive!

5th Avenue NYC Premiere is a weird blend. On the one hand it does have that Dior Addict vibe. I always found Addict somewhat cinnamon-y, despite it not having a cinnamon note. NYC Premiere is the same in that point. It also smells vanillic without having a listed vanilla note. I suspect the orchid, benzoin, tonka and sandalwood to give that vanilla and cinnamon impression. It has some creamy and some dry aspects. But apart from the sweet oriental notes, this also has strong green florals. Not exactly my favorite note group, they appear soapy to my nose, and are often very noticeable to me in fragrances where they should only play a supporting role. Lily of the valley is among the least voted notes for NYC Premiere on here at the moment, and still I smell it clearly. The hyacinth is there, too. So to me this conjures up the image of opening a cookie tin into which someone put a cinnamon roll - and a tasty little piece of old fashioned white soap :D It's not as bad as I make it sound. It's actually quite okay for the low price and it's still more warm and sweet than soapy floral. It's absolutely not for me and in my opinion it can't replace Addict, but it could be a lighter and cheaper alternative for those who don't hate green florals.

This was my least favorite of my blind buy hall that came in the mail today. This smells like a shampoo to my nose. I was hoping for a beautiful amber floral because those are my favorite type of perfumes but this falls flat. It just has that shampoo or conditioner smell that to me is just so wrong and you smell it everywhere in perfumes today. I just don't like those types of fragrances. This will become air freshener. As I keep smelling this one it does smell like an herbal hair conditioner I used to use before I switched brands. While not horrible or bad I just don't want to smell like that on my skin throughout the day. It will make a good bathroom air freshener.

A lot more floral than I expected based on the notes and how this is compared to Manifesto by so many. The opening is quite soapy and classic/dated. After 40 minutes it is less soapy, but it's still got a bit of a "classic" feel. It gets warmer as time passes and it's quite beautiful. Not something I would buy if I smelled it in the store, but I have a feeling this is a blind buy that might grow on me. I seem to struggle a bit with the creations from Arden, but this is my most successful purchase from EA so far.

Unable to resist a bargain, I blind bought this but it doesn't work for me. There is something in the composition that smells very synthetic, like a fake perfume or a designer imposter. It's sweet but not sugary, floral but not a natural scent of flowers, and the base has no depth. I agree with the petravesna, it does almost smell like air freshner. If the quality of the ingredients were better it would probably be nice. It's not a horrible perfume, it's just not the blissful scent cloud I long for.

When sprayed I was thinking of masculine cologne. Almost clean and sharp, no nonsense, all business borderline with an air freshener but saved with sweet mandarins and florals trying silently to get through. I think this might be suitable for hot weather. Sweet Clementine slightly bitter bergamot as the main notes followed by ozonic sweetness of water orchid. After several hours some warmth comes through thanks to amber and other base notes. Not my kind of fragrance, I'm afraid.

Green mandarin and sandalwood are the main notes for me. Very similar to Dior Addict but Dior is creamier and more vanilla (love) but even closer to Dior Eau Fraiche (like) but Eau Fraiche is cleaner, fresher. While its very similar, there is something about the mandarin in NYC Premiere that turns my stomach and makes me feel very sick. Also there is a dusty dirty undertone common to cheap fragrance bases that ruin it for me. Lasts around 2 hours on me.

ONLY smells like Dior Addict when dried down but COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE as a dupe for dior addict simply because it smells so much cheaper and it's nowhere near the complexity of DA! It does smell good but it's too girly; not grown up and it lacks the quality/complexity of dior addict. It would've been more acceptable as a deodorant or allover body spray.

I agree that this does smell like a more floral, sheer Addict. It is missing that deep, rich vanilla note but I layered on Armaf Katarina Light Blue (excellent likeness to Manifesto Le Parfum or L'Elixir) also and, to my nose, that makes it more like Addict. Rating: 🍒🍒

This fragrance is too girlish to my taste

Fragrance -5th Avenue NYC Premiere Elizabeth Arden Bottle from - 2017 5th Avenue NYC Premiere opens on my skin with a fresh and calming,yet unusual,peppery and slightly citrusy bouquet of flowers with dominant orchid laying on top of a bit cozy tonka. During mid development,floral bouquet with a nice touch of a bit green hyacinth becomes stronger with a warm,woody, musky and vanillic undertone. I can detect a hint of vanilla and cinnamon,but it's not listed in the notes.However,could be a nice touch of benzoin(Benzoin has a clear vanillic fragrance (it contains vanillin, just like vanilla beans) as well as a hint of cinnamon). The drydown is sensual,warm,woody and musky with dominant tonka. Longevity - 7/10(6-7 hours) Silage/Projection - 7/10(moderate projection for the first 1-2 hours,than sits closer to skin for the duration of the scent's evolution) Weather -For more or less any time of year. Versatility - 9/10 Age - 23+ Compliments - 7/10 Scent - 7/10 Main notes according to me - orchid,hyacinth,tonka,benzoin,jasmine,musk. The drydown is warm,woody and musky and I get some -tonka,sandalowood,musk,benzoin and flowers. Emotions - calming,yet unusual,sensual,comforting,exotic. Occasion -For more or less any ocasion. Try before you buy.

I tested it at an airport first, and I remembered that I liked it, but just gave it a pass as I was interested in summer stuff more at the time, but now that winter is slowly coming around I needed something different, and ordered this for a nifty 18 euros (125 ml bottle) online, and I`m quite pleased! Initially on spraying it smells like the original 5th Avenue, but only mere minutes later this disappears and the flowers come hither, and WOW, towards the drydown it stays mainly tonka and the original 5thA! It does give you a slight impression of Dior Addict, but in my opinion it doesn`t last that long, and this fragrance is not half as strong and overpowering as DA..here you get a mix of tonka, orchid and sandalwood plus the sourness of the original 5th Avenue and the total lack of vanilla, so I wouldn`t recommend it as a blind buy to someone who wants to smell like DA, unless you don`t mind the notes of 5th Avenue either. Sillage and longevity are average or below so I`d recommend re-spraying in a few hours, however, the scent lingers on fabrics for days..Not bad, but you must have a thing for 5th Avenue to really love this one.

I hope one day I'll be able to buy Dior Addict, because so many people rave about it, but if this beautiful perfume smells like it, I'm very thrilled, because I love it! It's stunning! The pepper is great! I smell it off and on during the day, I'm sure! And all the other notes are there at different times more or less, but for me the patchouli stands out (I LOVE PATCHOULI!!), and also I think the lily-of-the-valley is quite strong, and comes and goes too. Really I can smell every note! Gorgeous hyacinth!, and orchid - yum! And jasmine! Beautiful! And a touch of mandarin.... They all come and go, many times. The longevity is great - all day,and so is the strength - it definitely fills the room, albeit quietly (it wouldn't knock anybody over!). After about an hour after first spraying it on, vanilla (tonka bean, and benzoin, delicious!) and musk and patchouli come together quietly and softly, and stay for the rest of the day, with other smells wafting in and around me. I do have a lovely soft cloud of it around me all the time. Terrific perfume!!! A really special perfume - I LOVE IT!!! It's perfect!

Dupe for the OG Dior Addict? NO NO NO! I came across an OG miniature of Addict; it's wonderful! Finding it difficult to obtain a full bottle, I naturally leant towards the cheaper option. NYC Premiere is discontinued and was still very cheap on Ebay. It's like a shadow of Dior on a very cloudy day. One of those shadows which is barely defined, and though you know it's there, you can see it, it is far from a clear representation of the object itself. The concept of the Dupe I feel is subjective. There is some resemblence between Addict and NYC Premiere in my opinion, but the depth, the beauty, the complexity, it's lost in a haze and it might be a bit like the comparison of a Classical Piano piece by Chopin against the gnashing of knuckles on an electric keyboard set to 'Piano'. Better off saving your time and effort and tracking down the OG Addict; biting that bullet would be far more satistfying.

I've had such a high hopes for this one. I was honestly, based on the notes expecting something rich, warm, sweet. I am certified tonka bean lover. But unfortunatelly to me it smells very chemical like a cheap air freshener. It smells 100% floral and I think it smells buch better from the bottle than on my skin. I am just probably gonna give it up with Elizabeth's creations. I haven't found a single one that I would like. They was either OK - wearable or just no-no as this one. But it doesn't mean it can't work for you of course : However, The bottle looks very nice. I often prefer more "unique" designs when it comes to perfumes but this one is really nice. I have a 125 ml and it ́s a statement. Also I thought that the sticker on the bottle is just basic "paper" but did you noticed how soft feel it has? I love to touch it, lol

I blind bought this from the comparison to Dior Addict. Who doesn't love Addict? Mmmmmm..... This... is nice. A floral fruity with some spice. It's got an Addict vibe... but... it's like removing the Bourbon Vanilla deep richness from DA. And the Bourbon Vanilla is my fave part of DA... haha.... I do like this. I got the huge 4.2 oz for $21 shipped, and it's got good potency/longevity. I do find it enjoyable, very much. I get the DA vibe, but it's def a different scent. I mostly get a spicy citrus floral musk, with a rich deepness underneath- not overpowering. To me, this smells like 5th Avenue Style (which also smells like Fancy Love) mixed with Dior Addict. The creamy citrus-floral of Style with one tiny squirt of DA.

I recently acquired this after wanting to try it for a long time. I bought it because, every now and again, I get in the mood for Dior Addict but not enough to pay the average asking price. To my nose, this is not a dupe for Addict. At $15 for 2.5 ounces, though, I'm not going to complain. As others have noted, it smells a bit synthetic and dated on first blast. In fact, I'm reminded of Elizabeth Arden's True Love, which I do not like. It continues to smell dusty on my skin for some time but, as the hours go on, it starts to sweeten up a bit and settle into something pleasant. I don't know that I will repurchase this, but I also won't get rid of my bottle just yet. I am determined to smell what others are noticing!

This needs to be featured in a bargain perfume that smells expensive article! This is so good. I love tonka, vanilla, and most any floral combo. This smells so much more expensive than it is. If you are a tonka lover this is for you. I could see men as well as women wearing this. It is sort of in the same family as Dior addict 2012 but not a clone. The sillage is moderate to low. The longevity is ok I get like 6 hrs. Heat definitely affects it you will get more in the heat or if you apply it to warmer areas of the body. I really enjoy this fragrance and it is only 17 dollars US for 4.2 oz or 124 ml! That’s unheard of for something that smells this good!

I tried the new version of 5th Avenue NYC Premiere and I wasn't disappointed. To me it's a warm orchid smell,slightly spicy in the opening with some pepper and refreshing with some citrus. When it dries down I can clearly smell the creamy and cozy orchid,soothing and warm. I can also detect some heliotrope although it is not listed. To me it's NYC Premiere is a cross between Dior's Dior Addict and Jil Sander's Jil. Same coziness without being overly sweet with some vanilla and musk traces at the end of the day. If you like like Jil or Dior Addict you may want to give this a try. Good lasting power and noticeable sillage.

I came across a big 125 ml edp in my local discount store so I took it with me. I knew that some reviewers spoke about CD Addict and I love that one. I could not wait to try it, in my car I opened it and sprayed it in the air and oh my that tonka was soothing. I drove home in that nice tonka and sandelwood smell. In the next couple of days I tried it and I must say this is a great perfume for a steal. The patchouli is soft, as a patch junkie I wished they had used more of it in the composition LOL. If YSL Manifesto en CD Addict had a lovechild this would be it. The purple box fits the perfume so well.

I am an enologist. I have a trained nose. I was educated for that. And I am very good when it comes to expressing smell thtough words. From my beautiful wardrobe and the hundreds of scents I have ever tried, this is one of the few i cannot describe. It is absolutely gorgeous. One of the most beautiful and classic florientals I have ever felt. It embraces me. It is a very good case in which I am not paying 40% of the 40% of the bottle for Charlize ot Margot on ads. I am paying for perfume. A very well made one.

HYYYYYYYAAAAAAAAA-ciiiiiinth alert! Yummmee! JASSSSSSmiiiiiiiiine! Cor! Plus some kind of ORRRCHIiiiid (Cattelya?) now that's good. Lots of other good things shimmying in, around and about to weave some gentle, pretty fruitiness and lower key rounded woodiness . I like this very much. And the more I wear it the more we understand each other. Even in December. No idea about the Dior Addict likeness. A little of Covet Pure Bloom olefactory memory too comes in. Super value here in the UK. Stock up!

This was a blind buy for me. I am VERY HAPPY with my purchase. This is simply beautiful. It is very well blended. I have received compliments on it twice today. I was told it smells" expensive." It Is a floral. Not overly sweet. It is a most feminine composition. It is quite reasonable in price. I will be loving to wear this beauty in the future months. Perfect for Springtime and Summer. The bottle is very pretty, and I love the label in a rich purple velvet like label.

Tested this today, not expecting much, pleasantly surprised. Didn't like it when I first sprayed but it developed beautifully, becoming quite lovely, creamy, softly feminine, warm, powdery, long lasting and even my husband, who is quite hard to please, liked this a lot. I wished I'd bought it but I rarely do that, I like to leave it for quite a few hours to make sure I'm in love. I may buy it tomorrow. God I'm a perfume addict, I seriously don't need another fragrance!

I'm testing this, Jacomo and dior addict side by side. This to me is super floral with sweet undertones, Jacomo is spicy opening with a very quiet slightly vintage soapy drydown. Dior addict really sticks out with it's rich vanilla balsamics throughout. That definitely wins this round. This one is a bit vintagey feel upon drydown but still wearable. Off my want list though. I'm really not getting much Jacomo after a few minues :/ Dior wins hands down for me.
