This smells so much like Armani Si it's crazy. My mum's signature is Si and this reminds me exactly of it Also, complaining that the release year is wrong because the fragrance was produced the year prior is laughable. Any cosmetic product has to be produced in advance so it can be released on a designated release date...

I first bought Always Red Femme, so I thought this would be a safe "blind buy". I couldn't have been more wrong. I love love the LE Always Red Femme, but this runs through the notes in the first jarring spray. All you can smell from start to end of the fragrance is Woodsy Notes. I'm quite disappointed really. It garnered comments from daughter saying "Ewww what is that you have on" and that sums up my experience with the notes. I think the best analogy I can come up with is when you cook a beautiful stew, but the spices haven't broken down or added too late, leaving a gritty pile of seasoning that makes no sense and is rather unpleasant.

This is NOT the same as the original Always Red. It's gross, a watered down mess, no projection or longevity. Anyone expecting the same scent as the original will be very unhappy. Also, I got this five months ago, and my batch code dates to June of 2023. So this is not a 2024 release.
