Yes it's basic, and like the rest of the "Green Tea" series, there's something kind of dumb about it, but the smell is so calming, comforting, yet energizing. It makes you cool, calm and collected and ready to do stuff. A floral coconut water scent, where the coconut isn't heavy, greasy and stuffy and doesn't choke you. My skin is prone to bringing soapiness out in fragrances and this does that A LITTLE bit, but I'm 99% sure, it won't be a problem for most of the Earth's population. IMO this succeeds at being a beachy, salty floral without going into sunscreen territory. Very unassuming, yet somehow euphoric. I love this ̄_(ツ)_/ ̄

I have had a few flankers in the Green Tea line. It's the lovely freshy we all know. You buy it for the summer and use it up within a month. I expected a bit more longevity from this particular fragrance given that it has a coconut note in it. Even then citrus heavy Green Tea fragrances last a lot longer on both skin and clothes than this one. It disappears from clothing in 10 minutes max in the summer heat. As a collector’s item, I understand why people would want to put this in their Green Tea collection. No hard feelings though. I enjoyed it while it lasted on holiday.

The opening is indeed sharp, but the dry down is very pleasant, without that sharpness and I'm assuming the coconut is responsible for that. It does not strongly smell like coconut, but it's a bit more comforting than the original and it pairs well with other coconut scents. At some point, the dry down reminded me a bit of La Belle Paradise Garden. It doesn't smell like it, but it had a similar vibe at least. I wish it lasted longer on skin:( It lasts quite a while on my hair and clothes if I spray it generously, but the sillage is still weak.

I really didn’t like the idea of this one because I loathe coconut scents. Coconut and tuberose both smell like baby vomit on me. Reviews said that it was fresh and breezy and I will admit that this has turned out to be a fabulous blind buy. I love that it has a deeper citrus top note that is never cloying. It has legs to stand on with the woody base but they never become dessicated or heavy. This seems more grown up than previous incarnations but it hasn’t lost it’s direction or purpose.

A risky (not financially, this costs very little) blind buy for me, since I think Green tea is too sharp and coconut usually too sweet and sun oil type. But I read the reviews.. This is a an inexpensive gem. The combination of these two notes bring out the best of them! This is a tropical freshie, no sticky suntan lotion in this. If you're looking for an easy reach summer fragrance, which is not too fruity and sweet, I recommend Green Tea and Coconut Breeze.

Dare I say this is better for summer than the original Green tea. I was looking for a good coconut parfume for so long, I didn't expect this to be the perfect one, but it is. It smells like coconut water on my skin. Fresh, but creamy and sweet. I was worried it would smell exactly like the original GT (maybe a bit sweeter), but I'm surprised at how different they actually are. It's also very cheap, I'd definitely recommed everyone to try this.

This is SO good. Aquatic fresh coconut, not cloying or sweet, and not sunscreeny. Reminds me of bath and body works coconut lime verbena, but her more chic older sister. This is hands down my best perfume blind buy, and you cannot beat the price of $10. I bought a backup bottle and bought 2 for friends. Amazing fragrance that I would’ve never expect from the brand. Although green tea has always been that girl.

very refreshing and tropical. Green coconut water, tons of leafs and flowers, with a hint of musk. after 1 hour, the green side gets down and this one gets a little more sweet coconut and way more floral. So different from the original Green Tea. Good performance 4-6 hours of longevity and good sillage in the first hour This is a smell of summer vaction on the beach! Great fragrance for a cheap price

Green Tea is such an underrated slept on gem in my opinion. This is exactly like fresh, airy, beautiful green tea with a splash of tropical coconut and barley there fruits. Although, for this price point it’s got surprisingly nice sillage. Coconut breeze is the perfect name for this. It’s so refreshing and light and for next to nothing cost wise.

Salty watery tea, with coconut in the dry down. It's like a summer day. Perfect for hot weather. If the ELDO- sous le pont mirabeau is to pickley for you than this would be a great alternative for a much cheaper price. Layer it with the lotion and it's gonna last the same time as any other fragrance.

I love Original Green Tea, so this was a MUST Definitely not a dupe, but a brilliant redition of Green Tea that just so happens to smell a lot like Virgin Island Water. If you like VIW, GTCB will make you smile. Coconut Breeze is the remix of Green Tea using a sample of Virgin Island Water

I have yet to find a fragrance that mimics the cool, clear and refreshingly sweet taste of coconut water. Guerlain Coconut Fizz comes close, but it’s a bit freesia-heavy for me, which weighs down the fragrance. I was hoping that this one would pull through, but it falls short. I get that it’s supposed to give off a fresh, uplifting and breezy feeling, based on the name, but the bergamot is definitely leading this fragrance and is quite piercing. Nevertheless, this is perfect for summer—although it’s not the perfect summer scent—and it doesn’t give me a headache (thank goodness the bergamot calms down in the end), so props to Elizabeth Arden for that.

Fresh and light. Nice for summer. The coconut in here isn’t sweetened; it compliments the tea and citrus notes well. I would say it lives up to its name “coconut breeze” because the coconut is quite airy and doesn’t dominate the fragrance profile. The salt adds a bit of a beachy quality without resembling sunscreen. It also gets better as it sits. I thought it smelled a bit artificial when I first sprayed it but it’s definitely improved. My only small issue is longevity - it behaves more like a body spray in that sense. But for the price I don’t mind reapplying.

This is a really nice green tea flanker, it's bright and uplifting but still calm. Green tea coconut breeze perfectly balances coconut with the original green tea DNA. In terms of lasting on me, it lasts longer than the original green tea (I'd say about 4-5 hours) and then you'll need to top up. It's perfect for a warm spring/summer day or for a pick-me-up and for the price you can't go wrong. I got mine on Allbeauty, their price seems to be the cheapest. I've given one to a friend & got a back up for myself.

I love these green tea perfumes. I use them more like body mists or room fresheners, but that doesn't really matter. They are great for a quick fresh up. This coconut breeze is no different. The coconut is fresh and light, not overly sweet (thank god) and blends well with the Green Tea DNA. It feels like summer and a fresh breeze in a bottle. Are they weak performers and do you have to reapply and overspray? Yes, but it doesn't matter as they are not expensive and more of a freshen up perfume anyway.

The opening is very similar to the original version. The Green Tea DNA remains recognizable, but the scent gets a slightly warm tone from the coconut. The coconut is very light in this fragrance and is surrounded by a light saltiness and florality. A harmonious, light, fresh scent. Certainly not for those who like sweet creamy coconut. It's worth a try if water scents are usually too sharp, but you want a fresh scent, because this is softly fresh to my nose.

Personally this is the one I prefer out of this collection. It doesn't have that vaporous scratchiness that is the hallmark of the line. It smells slightly aquatic with the coconut done as coconut water instead of coconut milk or cream so it still retains the signature freshness. Mood is very much summertime girls-day-out at a winery overlooking the ocean. Projection and sillage are moderate, and the performance is unsurprisingly poor.

Look, your first buy should always be the OG green tea. Because that one is just the most special. That being said, if you already know and love Green Tea and feeling like you want to try some flankers - this is a good buy. Coconut is not sunscreen like, but rather like a coconut water. It is still very fresh and not really sweet. Overall very close to the original DNA and I don’t think you need to own 2 at the same time.

On paper its quite nice, very tropical, very clean. When you first spray it the coconut is quite prominent, but it is mixed with a nice soapy smell. On skin, it smells very different , its a lot more harsh and screechy, and the nice creamy coconut disappears almost instantly which is disappointing. After wearing it for a while, it dries down sweeter but it becomes a skin scent. I have mixed feelings about this perfumes.

Opens very green, like freshly crushed leaves with juicy citrus. The coconut note is raw and natural, non-sweet. No salt whatsoever and coriander is discreet. In dry-down the greenness subsides and clean musk and a hint of oakmoss emerge, I prefer this part, reminds me a bit of certain body lotions. Overall the notes smell natural and it's a nice easy-grab for warmer days.

Too citrus forward to be a dupe for Guerlain’s Coconut Fizz I’m afraid. However it is summery, refreshing, youthful not immature, like a refined body mist. Shares the Green Tea DNA. The synthetic coconut is a whisper, I get an impression of coconut rather than actual coconut, as in coconut water. Lovely and affordable, I highly recommend!

Creamy coconut water with ocean breeze and white flower note i don’t really notice green tea note in this fragrance not bad for inexpensive summer perfume for anyone who love coconut. dried down to my nose it’s a bit too much musk. that somehow reminded me of air refreshers or laundry detergent.

I bought this very cheap online, so for that reason I can accept that longevity and sillage are low. It is pleasant, a bit too salty at first, but that passes quickly and then the green tea takes over. It will be fine to use in hot weather, but it isn’t something to get excited about.

I really enjoy this one. The coconut is there but it's light and refreshing enough to go with the green tea which you also get as usual. It's more like coconut water in that sense. Very light and refreshing not like sunscreen. I think the "breeze" part of the name fits perfectly.😊

It's coconut-y... in a small, small way. That isn't a bad thing. As said below, this is very close to the original and the flanker's namesake influence isn't as strong as it is in, say, Nectarine Blossom, Mimosa and Fig. Look forward to testing it in the hotter weather.

This scent instantly transports me to the summer sea. I usually don't like coconut scents a lot, but this one I kind of liked. It brings to mind a beautiful evening beach scene.

I have 10 of the green tea flankers that I’m in the middle of testing out, and I think this one so far for me is the one I would reach for the least. For reference, I’ve so far tried the OG Green Tea, Sakura Blossom (the most beautiful fragrance), and Nectarine Blossom, as well as this one. As soon as you spray it, you get the overpowering scent of coconut. The top notes suggest bergamot and coconut, however I can only smell the coconut. When it dries down, the coconut scent isn’t as strong but then you also get hints of citrus. When I read the notes, I thought it would more like a summer tropical sweet coconut, however it just seems to be straight coconut. I knew from the name that it would smell like coconut, but I don’t think I was prepared for just how much. I also don’t smell anything else other than coconut and citrus - not even a hint of green tea. If you told me this was a stand alone fragrance instead of part of the green tea line, I’d believe you. That’s how much you can’t smell green tea. With the others I’ve tried, they were more of the OG scent, but with the added bonuses on peach, beach scents, florals. I’m not the biggest fan of it, and I don’t feel I’ll reach for it much due to this. I like coconut in perfumes, but I think it’s just too much for me. If there were sweet notes as well, I think I would like it more. For me, I give this 4/10. Whilst it’s not unpleasant, I just don’t think it’s for me and I doubt I’ll be reaching for it much after I’ve finished trying all the flankers. If you’re after something that smells like a tropical summer holiday, or like sun cream, I think you’ll really like this. It doesn’t last for a long time - maybe 1-2 hours on me - but if you don’t mind that and you like the price of around £10-£15, you should try it out. I've been waiting to try this because I'm always on the hunt for coconut scents but sadly it was dissapointing. I saw this at a drugstore and sprayed it on the sleeve of my shirt. At first I didn't smell any coconut, but I was hoping that the coconut notes would come out on the dry down. I kept smelling my shirt after but unfortunately still couldn't smell it. This might be because, as the name suggests as well, it's supposed to be sheer, just a breeze, and I prefer more sweet and creamy coconut smells. I had the original Green Tea perfume ages ago and I remember it being a very nice fresh green scent so I would probably choose that one over this. This is just very generic, as a previous commenter said, air freshener type of scent, or shower gel or deodorant. And for that it's very pleasant but I wouldn't go for it as a perfume.

Okay, phew.. I've waited a GOOD WEEK to emotionally adjust myself to the fact that this is really, truly, just firmly in the "nothing special" category. I got my hopes up so much for it thinking this could be absolute perfect holiday gloriousness. It's kind of "air freshener". It's salty citrus. Kind of smells like any generic, cheap "holiday summer spray". It doesn't smell like green tea OR coconut. It makes me feel like Elizabeth Arden got carried away on a capitalist breeze seeing Green Tea have this massive resurgence in popularity, and just went crazy firing out a new flankers like this. It's nice enough. It's a NICE scent. I will wear this, but I really feel like I paid the most for the cute packaging and bottle here, than the actual fragrance.

I wanted to love it. It does smell lovely but this is faint even for Green Tea. I love Green Tea, I love coconut, but this has worse performance than a body spray. Hoping letting it sit will help. Also cap arrived cracked. Bottle is lovely. Very overpriced for what it is. If you must have it, wait, pick it up when it goes to discount stores.

you ever take a paracetamol dry and it just like stays there and it has that odd taste? Thats the same vibe as this perfume but it's a bit sickening...? Overall, the scent isn't bad and I still use it however im not the correct person to fully appreciate this

Is coconut the new pineapple where everything coconut is close to VIW? This is nothing like that. You can tell the base green tea DNA is there with a nice buttery coconut. Decent summer fragrance but for its price it’s unmatched.

i was so excited for this one since coconut is my favorite scent and i love the original green tea perfume but not only does this have no coconut at all but it smells like a public restroom?? it legit smells like pee. thank goodness it barely lasts but this is a huge no on me :(

At first, the coconut is definetely there. But after a while a very sharp and iritating note starts attacking the nostrils. No sweetnes. Musk is way too strong, and does not blend well, feels nauseating. And the salt is just nasty, very chemichally and off putting.

The bergamot in this is SO overpowering and like the rest of this line, it smells like I’ve just washed my hands with cheap citrus soap. The coconut is borderline non existent. It’s just not very nice. Very glad I got this super cheap.

I don't pick up any coconut at all in this, really just citrus, tea, and salt. Reminds me of JLo "Still", and I think it's time for me to just stop trying with tea perfumes. Not my thing, unfortunately. Glad I got it cheap.

As awesomely refreshing as the OG is this one is just...meh to me. It IS like a cleaning product with a teeeeny tiny hint of a coconut. I have nothing against coconut but this is a no.

I liked it upon first spray. It starts off with the nice fresh original green tea DNA but dried down to a cheap car freshener like coconut.

Bathroom cleaner with some artificial coconut....stick to OG and use this as bathroom freshener

To my taste this fragrance is an absolute masterpiece. It’s the best of the ‘Green Tea’ series and I had tried them all!.. It’s unique, light and discreet, but not unnoticeable. I bought it last summer for a holiday in 38*C midlands heat and it was the best choice ever! I wore it all the time in space of 3 weeks and it never gave me any headaches ( NB: I’m one of those people who gets headaches from many perfumes I wear especially after multiple use). I barely detect any coconut note, but it doesn’t really matter as all the rest is absolutely fabulous: salt+fresh+herbs+some very elegant ‘Je ne sais pas quoi’. I also often use it as a day time fragrance during the cold seasons as I’m a hairdresser and I work physically very close to people. For all of you who are not fond of sweet, heavy and loud perfumes, this one is for you. It’s mature enough (yet not ‘old age’ or old school),sophisticated, discreet , uplifting, complex, well balanced and definitely has a character. It stays exactly the same on my skin 5minutes after spraying until the rest of the day. I use it as a deodorant(on my armpits) and a bit behind my ears. It works perfectly and I’m really proud to wear it.

This is a great coconut for those that do NOT want sweet nor sunscreen! It’s a refreshing summer scent. I got this as I wanted something similar to coconut lagoon but more refreshing and yes cheaper ha (times are tough atm) I would prefer niche or designer but MY reality atm low finances in my life... my fav coconut is soleil blanc edp... but there are some days I want something a bit more refreshing this will also be great to layer with. I’m planning on getting lattafas coral to sweeten this up a bit? my only dislike with this scent is the musk a bit strong screechy? Nut need more time with this? I’m. It sure if the musk will ruin it for me? (will also layer with ole fashioned Jean Nate one of the few body mists that lasts)! This is my first Arden green tea also... I want to try the fig and I definitely want to try to find the discontinued green tea intense! That would be right up my alley as I love spice. The mimosa one also sounds good!

I fell down the EA Green Tea rabbit hole a while ago and while I find the OG fairly screechy and not particularly interesting, I love freshies to such an extent that I'm not mad at about the money I spent to own it, and I wear it often and bought a few flankers. Coconut Breeze is the latest and I like it a lot. The coconut is pretty prominent at first and while I was worried about the coriander and oakmoss, these facets are woven in with such a light touch (like in ALL the AEGT frags) that I'm unable to pick them out. So, for me, the experience is a coconut freshie with an herbal lean that doesn't read super beachy or sunscreeny. It's light and airy and has pretty scant longevity and sillage so I overspray and reapply throughout the day, but these are all so affordable I don't mind. I'll keep trying them, keeping my faves and gifting the others.

An update on my previous review. I've been wearing this scent non-stop for the past couple of months and, in addition to being lovely and addictive, it is also quite long-lasting for a fresh summer cheapie - it lasts at least six hours on my skin, and even longer on clothes. I don't know why some reviewers claim that it behaves like a deodorant, rather than a regular EDT - that's simply not true. Also, the scent is not linear: I can discern three recognisable phases of its development. The opening is all about bergamot and coconut water, the centre is based on the recognisable EA Green Tea, and the drydown is musky-ambery.

I haven’t had this long, so haven’t been able to test it much yet, but I get a sheer coconut, more coconut water than c. milk, cream or shavings. It layers transparently over green tea, which is present but not overpowering. I don’t get the complexity of notes from the original, but I don’t mind, as the coconut and greenness blend effortlessly and it is easy to wear. Can’t think of a “reminds me of”, apart from maybe Estée Lauder Bronze Goddess Eau Fraîche but with added green tea in the background. BTW, hate trolls.

I can’t imagine anyone buying a Green Tea EA fragrance expecting longevity or sillage. This is a pleasant enough fragrance for a summer refresher to carry around in your purse but if someone is expecting something lasting, they would be disappointed, altho coconut is known to hang around for a while and this is no different. Happily there is good dose of saltiness here and it makes my mouth water!
