White Tea Eau Lilac

White Tea smells a bit like wet paper to me, so I didn't have high hopes for this one - but I was wrong. It is the gentlest, sweetest, cleanest, most optimistic little lilac I have ever encountered, only exception being the lilac my maternal grandfather gave me when I was born, and which is now Quite huge - and the jasmine is the best I have ever smelled, only exception being the jasmine that grows opposite the aforementioned lilac. This is delicate and REAL to me - like spring going into summer, with all the feelings of joy and hope and youth and Life. Sure enough, it is quite faint, and longevity isn't very impressive, but frankly I don't care, I will simply buy more and respray every now and then. I have secretly always wondered who wears this type of soft, inoffensive, almost shy scents - and apparently it is me! Sidenote; people are saying this is "soapy" - I get zero soap. This is good, because I hate "soapy" Try this, even if it isn't your typical fare - my signature is Angel, and I absolutely love this, which is quite telling tbh.

I wasn’t expecting much when I found this tester at the bottom of my bag, but wow — this is soft, powdery lilac perfection. Clean, musky, and gently floral with a baby-powder vibe that feels comforting and elegant. I’ve tried other White Tea flankers but this one stands out. It’s delicate without being boring, floral without being sharp or headache inducing. It doesn’t project much, but that’s part of its charm. Some people prefer a scent that stays close. I can still smell it on myself after 4 hours. A soft skin scent that feels effortless and pretty. If you want something light, feminine, and non cloying for spring or summer, this is it! It's about to become my spring go to perfume.

I love it! I got it after Drop D'Issey got discontinued. I don't think it's a proper replacement; it is way simpler than Drop D'Issey, but it is still fun and fresh! The opening is harsh. It almost smells like some kind of a cleaning product initially, but after a few minutes, it settles down to a very calm and fresh scent. Overall, when I wear it, I feel very clean and ~organised~ (lol).. Like a person who has it all together (fake it tilll you make it!). I will say that if you spray too much, the mandarin notes become overwhelming, and if you walk outside, you might feel like a giant mandarin rolling around. Finally, I'd say I love it enough to make it my new signature scent!

This is stunning. Fresh and creamy at the same time, very feminine, gorgeous floral fragrance. Excellent value as well.

This is a very pretty, light scent, perfect for spring and summer days. I particularly like it because lilac is a fairly uncommon note. The strong lilac note does dissipate fairly quickly and overall it soon becomes a skin scent, but on a hot day I think that's what you want. I also own the original White Tea, and the two are definitely different enough to justify owning both; I don't especially detect the jasmine or mandarin in Eau Lilac.

Soft, sweet and feminine. It’s really peaceful. I imagine that a nursery could smell like this, it’s so safe and clean. I like it; it’s pretty and comforting.

This is an odd one for me (and a blind buy). It's very light, which is nice - no headaches from the scent if you're sensitive like me. However, I'm not sure I'd say I get 'lilac' from it. Woods and musk, yes, but the floral notes are kind of muted. I want to say it smells soapy, but not necessarily in a bad way. It's a very clean scent, and less sweet than I was expecting. It dries down maybe a little bit sweeter than it goes on, and I do smell some white musk. It also pulls almost peppery on me, which might be the mandarin coming through. Unfortunately I get only trace amounts of jasmine and almost no lilac. All that said it's actually not a bad perfume for me, because this is very wearable in a professional setting that's not going to terrorize anyone with its projection lol. I feel like this would be a good perfume to layer but I haven't tried it yet.

This smells very similar to the original White Tea with some purple florals added. Very fresh, clean, feminine – and super familiar-smelling, but I’m not sure what I’m reminded of. Probably A Drop d’Issey and Gucci Guilty, but they smell creamier than this. WT Eau Lilac is fresher, more out-of-the-shower clean than hand lotion clean. I find it more generic and less interesting than the two aforementioned ones.

I really would love this if it was just a little less saccharin. Like wearing White Tea in a field of flowers while sucking on a sugar cube. Can't decide if it's lady like (that hotel/spa DNA of Elizabeth Ardent) or juvenile (sweet, simple, forward floral). As it stands it doesn't beat plain White Tea for me.

It’s just boring jasmine and white musk.

It’s very dry, very clean, very soapy, very purple (cold lilac, lavender shades + getting some violet ionone) with such a familiar vibe, I couldn’t pinpoint what until today, to me it has this ultra fresh almost harsh nivea blue box/laundry note that makes Clean Ultimate and Pure Grace special, but with its own singularity. Alter a while a kind of mandarine soap emerges, in Happy Heart Clinique ́s way . On summary we have a fresh soap type of fragrance, not complicated but giving me a comfortable déjà-vu experience.

For me it is similar to Drop Issey, a creamy flowery lilac, arguably if you have Issey you probably don't need this. However, White Tea Lilac is really pretty in its own right. I'm not a fan of perfumes that are citrusy or too fresh, I was afraid Lilac might be just that but no, it is my favourite fresh category - like a body lotion fresh, like a luxurious silky 5 star hotel toiletry scent.

Very flowery version of the white tea line, the lilac is very clear from the 1st spray, after a while the jasmine comes more clealer and clearer until it fades away, It is a very delicate perfume, but the performance is the most weakness point out of it, I say, it is the best version of the line, but very weak, Great for all ages of women, More Summer that winter, More casual than formal

I find this rather screechy and chemically. The White Tea range does seem to embrace the more modern aroma chemicals that rub me up the wrong way, so this is just not for me. Overall it does retain the white tea dna but it’s sharper and much more floral. I’ll stick with EA Mediterranean to get my Lilac / Wisteria hit!

In Hungary, you can already buy it. It’s very light and smells like spring.
