Brumes de Khao-Sok

I have the bottle of this perfume. It lasts for about 8 hours, with a mild medium intensity. It is an aroma that if I had to describe it in two words is the elegance of nature. Indeed it is an aroma where the green notes stand out, accompanied by a floral set and a very subtle woody background. Above all, these perfumes are the representation of an olfactory experience, which in my opinion is like the explosion of spring, at that moment when the countryside comes to life and all the plants grow and the flowers join their aromas with those of the plants, that's this scent. All this in a fair and well measured intensity. Unisex? totally, these types of aromas are happily worn by anyone who loves perfumes with green tones. Eccentric? in an average measure, its notes are not rare but if you have to tell whoever thinks about buying it that they have to like green notes, because not everyone likes them, apart from that nothing else because it is a very beautiful perfume , of course personal, intimate, special ...

What a pretty unique fragrances, I can definitely smell lily and gardenia and green notes, but it’s not overwhelming or headachy. It’s very unique, I don’t think I smelled anything like it. Very pleasant and relaxing. More into dry down the Lilly and Gardenia are more dominant. It’s beautiful and clean, gorgeous for spring. Somewhat reminds me of Cartier Baiser Vole but without the pepper spicy notes.

Why make a perfume if it cannot be smelled - I dosed myself in this and I still could not smell it. You can only smell light sweetness when you burry your nose in your skin. Dissapointing.

I straight up disagree on the association with Khao Sok in Thailand. This one smells quite perfumey; there’s a hint of fruitiness (that isn’t from cypress) mixed with prominent powdery white floral, mint, and green. I’m not fond of it as a scent to begin with, but also when I picture that place, I think of a serene motives featuring emerald evergreen rainforest, earthy mountains and elephants, translucent salty waterfalls/lake, and dry cracked wooden boats and bungalows, which are anything but how the juice presents. This one smells too clean, too still, and transparent, more of East Asia theme rather than a Southeast such as Thailand.

One word, SUBLIME! Fate let me to this beauty...as in all things sealed by fate, it's a match made in heaven. I never heard of this before that fateful winter day in August when searching for something new to spoil myself with, as a birthday gift. After much deliberation and testing of scent strips, but mostly, because of my now dear and beloved sales assistance and boutique manager, Simone, who clearly listened to my description of what I was looking for, I surely feel like the most blessed person on earth! The other Ella K creations were noticed, yes, but none grabbed my attention and blew me away quite like this....this to me is a worthy substitute for my beloved Eau Claire De Meveilles, who died an untimely dead a few years ago (R.I.P). I was well aware that this beauty might not love me back, as we all know by now, for any love affair to go the distance, it MUST be a mutual thing, or your efforts would be in vain, and who wanna "wait in vain for that specific love"?...Needles to say,my fears were in vain, as I was caressed by the most breathtaking aroma that wafted from the sprayed strips on both my arms...like I was going into a trance, honestly! This fragrance is beyond anything I've had the honor and privilege of smelling...it's notes are like a symphony orchestra...it rises and falls, it stretches and cascades and all other poetic things I can't seem to remember to mention now, LOL. But seriously, I'm not sure if this was one of those inevitable moments for two "souls" to meet and embark on an eternal journey- maybe someone else had a less magical experience and find this "underwhelming" but to me Sonia Constant is the best thing 2019 bestowed upon me! I'm humbled by the emotions this scent evoke every single time I spray it on my skin, and please people, myself included ( a self confessed repeat offender), no amount of spraying on clothing will equal what this does on your skin, it simply NEEDS contact with your skin to reveal its real strength and stupendous performance (elegance, class, refinement and taste in a bottle)!!!!!!!!
