Very floral, romantic and charming fragrance! As for me, I'm a huge fan of a fresh magnolia scent. But it's not easy to find exactly such kind of magnolia scent note in fragrances. I can say that this fragrance includes the best fresh magnolia note I could find in fragrances for this moment. Maybe I wish it was more intensive, but anyway it's heavenly beautiful and gorgeous! And it's one of the leading notes in this perfume. Except this gorgeous magnolia note this beautiful floral fragrance includes such floral leading notes like the cyclamen, ylang-ylang, osmantus, lily of the valley and carnation notes. The cyclamen note really makes this fragrance more nice and romantic. The ylang-ylang note makes this fragrances more intensive in the floral way. The osmanthus note brings more tenderness and makes this fragrance more airy. Besides, the lily of the valley note brings the lightness. The carnation note makes this fragrance more chic. Other floral notes are far from overpowering. I only don't like that some floral notes are intensive enough to hide a little bit my favorite magnolia note beauty. This fragrance is light enough, but the floral notes are intensive. It has some floral sharpness. And it's just a little bit sweet. I love this fragrance and its romantic floral bouquet. It smells gorgeous!!!

I was wearing this scent often the year my oldest son was born back in 2006, but when I'd finished the bottle, I couldn't find it again (or got preoccupied with raising a newborn). I still just never see it around. I found it online recently and bought it again for the sake of nostalgia, but accidentally fell in love with it again. This scent is a whole mood. I like to wear it on rainy days when I'm feeling good in spite of the weather. And 15 years later I think I like it for different reasons -- maybe, maybe not. But it's really a whole vibe: it's layered and complex (a bit like me, and the similarity isn't lost on me), not sweet, but definitely floral and quite powdery on the dry down. It doesn't smell like anything else I own, and I respect how unique it is. I'm surprised that I still like it as much as I did back then, albeit in different ways and now with the perspective of experience, in spite of the critical reviews. I am absolutely amazed at the longevity of it; only my signature Wind Song rivals the solid 12 hour performance I get from this scent. I get whiffs of it all throughout the day. I smell pretty and cared for. And isn't that the point?

I'm so glad I ran into this one. It's nice and light, yet very feminine. I smell something powdery and soapy about it. Just spraying it on always makes me feel peaceful, and it lasts a long time.

Floral and sweet with a woody undertone, incense-like because of the sandalwoood. A very well-blended sophisticated fragrance at an unbelievably low price. Opens with ylang-ylang, lilies and carnations on me..I get the sandalwood and vanilla towards the drydown, along with a sweet, sugary rose. Growing up in India, sandalwood is a common scent and sadly I don't like its strong smell, yet I could not resist the cheap buy. Lasts about 4-5 hours on me and then becomes just a faint whiff of sandalwood and vanilla. Creates a powerful sillage in the beginning so I spray it carefully. While I might not buy it again, this beautiful bottle is a pretty addition to my shelf right now, and I do enjoy wearing it occasionally. Another lovely blind buy for me! ETA - I don't know if my body chemistry changed ever since because I had started getting too much sandalwood from this perfume. I gave it away to my sister and this smells way better on her. Another cheap mistake I am never going to repeat!

This fragrance reminds me of the cool trade winds racing across Bermuda which were filled with the fragrant scent of flowers. I said reminds me, as the floral bouquet is entirely different. This cool breeze offers you heady doses of magnolia, cyclamen,ylang ylang and carnation, with a wee sprig of lily of the valley. I detect no rose, but the medley is heavenly. This heady concoction is not sweet, but satisfying. The sandalwood anchors the florals brilliantly, leaving you with a clean, fresh, big-blue-sky, outdoorsy fragrance that is hard to ignore. Its' beauty lies in its' difference! I find the sillage to be soft to moderate. Longevity is also moderate.

This is a very feminine, pretty perfume. It seems slightly peppery when I first spray it on but then that disappears and what emerges is a lovely creamy, sweet slightly powdery, fresh smell. Very nice! It remains consistent all the way through and it lasts for ages on my skin. I really like it. I also like the bottle and the color of the perfume, which are very pretty! In my experience, all of the Ellen Tracy perfumes I've tried so far (Imagine, Ellen Tracy, Ellen and Inspire) are all very nice indeed and I wish they were easier to find in England. Thank god for perfume websites where I can actually buy them!

I'm surprized how much I like this fragrance, being that I usually prefer white floral to yellow. The first Tracy Ellen fragrance that I liked, but I've only tried a couple. That said it is a little too weak on lasting & on the sillage for me. A light fresh floral and I also detect a slight aquatic note. The bottle is also very pretty.

I forgot to say that I DO love it! Woops!

I get a quite astringest green floral from this one. It almost leans back toward the 1980s except for the very creamy texture from the ylang I assume. The combination is odd and off-putting.

I decided to buy this on eBay after getting and enjoying a 4 piece rollerball set of Ellen Tracy perfumes - Ellen Tracy, ET Bronze, Ellen, and Tracy. I figured since I liked all those, another fragrance by the same designer would probably be good too, right? I was wrong. I wish I'd read all the bad reviews of this perfume on here before buying it. It's not great at all, and nothing like the other four. It reminds me a little bit of Gap Heaven, another blind buy I regretted. However, this scent is a little softer and not quite as offensive. I have it sprayed on my leg right now, and it's getting less bad the longer it sits, but still, I think I'll be relisting it on eBay soon. Very disappointing.

It was 'blind buy" online. Being a big fan of "Ellen Tracy" fragrance, I just wanted to try some additional scent from this house. Unfortunately this time it was a failure. I was hoping to find clean fresh summer floral. But it turned to be harsh and unpleasant "metallic" kind of scent. It has floral notes, but those are very synthetic, remind me of air freshener or detergent. The metallic filling is very prominent during the first hour, then it calms down and disappears, but still something unpleasant remains. The only good thing about this product that its longevity is moderate and after 3 hours the scent is completely fading.

A very delicate and innocent floral scent that makes you feel clean and refreshed. Extremely pleasing to my nose. Would make a great daily office/work fragrance. I must admit that while I like Ellen Tracy fragrances, if smelled blindly I would never be able to tell them apart, except for woody Ellen Tracy. They just fall into that unidentifiable "nice" category: lovely but forgettable.

I have never ever smelled such a bad perfume. It's so heavy on the flowers but not nice flowers for me it is. And the heavy, heavy flowers scent in combination with sandalwood is defenitely the wrong one. It really make me sick and i almost had to throw up smelling it on my skin. So defenitely try before buy, it is only for the women who love the very heavy and dominant flower scents.

I've had this perfume a long time. I loved it at first but the bloom is off the rose. It doesn't offend in any way as long as you like very flowery. Smells like strong bath powder to me now.

Sickening sweet and headache inducing.

Wow, so pretty. It's fresh, floral & woodsy. The woods have almost a chocolaty feel to it, maybe the sandalwood. It's not listed in the notes, but I smell cumin in the opening. I really like it & it's not used often. Not sure why a lot of people don't like this one? Must be one that doesn't work with everyone's chemistry. This doesn't remind me of anything else I own

This is my favorite floral. Sweet but not in a sticky or sugary way. Very refreshing, elegant and unique. The bottle is very modern and pretty too! I'm glad I bought it; extremely good value for the price.

I like it. This is my first Ellen Tracy perfume. It is sweet and floral. Though it has a peppery aroma when I first apply. It stays on for 5-7 hrs.
