The heart envelopes with decadent white chocolate, a sprinkle of coconut flakes, delicate and powdery vanilla orchid. The base notes intertwine sensual vanilla, sweet tonka bean, and warm golden amber. On me the most prominent notes are caramel, vanilla, and honey. This is such a delightful, sweet, decadent, and yummy gourmand centered around rich and gooey caramel and vanilla. This turned out to be even better than I expected, and I’m so glad I took the chance and blind bought it! I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about the maple note, but it’s nicely done and on the softer side, so I like it. Even though it’s super sweet and yummy, it comes off well balanced and not something super loud and in your face. It’s very wearable, and perfect for the colder weather of fall and winter. It might become a bit cloying in the heat of summer, but I have yet to wear it in hot weather. I think it’s suitable for pretty much any occasion. Surprisingly this feels very similar to GdT Bianco Latte, By Rosie Jane Dulce, and BBW Whipped Honey & Vanilla. The biggest difference is the maple note, but since it’s softer it’s easy to see the similarities. They’re all rich honeyed vanilla and caramel scents that I really enjoy! I do have several other fragrances from Ellis Brooklyn including mists in Marshmallows (my favorite!), Sand, and Vanilla Sin. I also have the perfumes in Vanilla Salt (my fave perfume!), Queens Caramel, Miami Nectar, Bee, Vanilla Milk, Salt, and Myth. I’m enjoying the brand more and more now, and am definitely looking forward to what comes next! I get great performance with Queens Caramel. The longevity is very good, it lasts about 7-8 hours on my skin. The projection is moderate, it radiates out about an arm’s length from me. Ellis Brooklyn Queens Caramel is the best caramel scent I've smelled so far. It's very accurate, never nauseating, and a perfectly sweet-gooey caramel balanced with little salt flecks and honey. This is just sweet caramel all the way to the end. Not smoky, fruity, woody, oudy, floral, nutty, spicy, or kernel-like. Here, nothing else distracts. I have nothing bad to say and Ellis Brooklyn finally hit the mark on a gourmand. It is airy with enough viscosity to be grounded, smooth, and deliciously spreadable. The white chocolate that appears a little as it dries is a treat as well. So has been the vanilla ice been getting in the dry down with more wears, similar to the warm vanilla dry down of Burberry Goddess. Queens Caramel will be such a great base, but layering isn't my thing so I'm probably just going to wear and enjoy it on its own. At first in the deep dry down, the caramel acquired a plastic-coconut facet like all vanilla caramels eventually do to me including Bianco Latto and Phlur Caramel Skin, but not as bad as Fugazzi Vanilla Haze, that I don't pick up anymore with wears. Regardless, this lasts over 8 hours on my skin so it would've been full on caramel for the most part. There's also a decent projecting bubble for about 4 hours, where I can smell the scent all around with little to no air circulation and without sniffing close. I don't have any of the similar fragrances so this is a perfect fit in my collection, and I'm actually happy I paused on getting Bianco Latte which is close. The caramel reminds me of Cheirosa 59 which I have and 71 which I had, without the violet florals and nuttiness respectively. Also similar to two delicious fragrances I was considering, New Notes Caramelo Vanilla with dulce de leche and Cirque du Soleil if the caramel was extracted away from the Macintosh apple.

Best purchase I made in 2025. Composition is balanced, interesting, and elevated but its still a true gourmand. The caramel is beautiful, warm, rich, but never sticky or heavy. Performance is excellent, it is the strongest Ellis Brooklyn scent that I have. I am obsessed with the white chocolate note in this. (EB needs to make a White Chocolate forward scent next.) The maple note is realistic, but it does not overpower the scent. I think it complements the caramel perfectly and adds something complex and interesting without being too experimental. It’s a 10/10. My ideal gourmand scent. Below I compare it to other caramel scents: Giardini di Toscana Bianco Latte: This is a heavy condense milk scent with the caramel note in the background. This also has honey and cumin which can sometimes be challenging. Bianco Latte is loud, while Queen's Caramel has a moderate projection and silage. Phlur’s Carmel Skin: This is a literal chewy caramel candy. Both Carmel Skin and Queens Carmel are linear, but Queen’s Carmel still knows she is a perfume, Carmel Skin thinks she’s food. 7 Virtues Buttercream Haze: This smells like a pancake dripping in maple syrup. The maple note is more prominent. I do not think this is similar to Queen's Caramel at all.

This could’ve easily been an Autumn flanker for Yum Bougie Marshmallow. And I’m in love with the way Gabriela approached this for EB. Real quick, I do not care for Bianco Latte or its dupes. Every version of that scent I’ve ever had, I’ve given away. The coumarin ruins it for me. THIS does NOT remind me of Bianco Latte at all. Does it have some of the same notes? Yes. Is it in the same family? In the way that flan and ice cream are both creamy desserts. This scent gives me the best fall vibes without sacrificing wearability. If SDJ 71 was more tame and less nutty/salty. It’s like the love child between SDJ 71 and Yum Marshmallow without the fruity or nutty traits. Interesting that the bottle is ombré brown to pink... The dry down of this scent is GLORIOUS on my skin. It is literally caramel strands or crème brûlée topping. Burnt sugar glaze that lasts forever. This literally lasted 12 hours on my skin, sitting close after projecting for nearly 6. The best performing EB in the entire brand imo. This is the scent that got me excited for Fall. I’ll be wearing this, Artisan Ethnique and Cirque du Soleil with joy this Autumn... I may even put them together!

It took around 8 months for this to finally reach Australia and it was worth the wait! This scent reminds me of working in a high end patisserie, all the nights I spent smelling the delectable sweet scents mingling with each other. The caramel is thick, rich and bubbly - there's no bottle of flavouring here, it's a golden brown pot of lactonic bliss, both thick and airy. Dark, viscous maple adds an inherent "natural" sweetness while tempering the caramel. Salt-infused white chocolate smooths the composition even further, and to me, it is extremely similar to the white chocolate in Chanel's Coromandel. A soft yet noticeable note, smoothing out the entire recipe. Performance is impressive, with the first two or so hours having a strong radiance before becoming a bubble scent - you'll be wrapped in a cocoon for the rest of the day, which is hardly a bad thing. And for as much as I've used the word "thick" as a descriptor, the scent retains an airy quality throughout. It's rare for me, but this absolutely gorgeous gourmand gets a solid 10/10!

This is positively decadent. My first impression was that it smells exactly like warm Werther’s Originals, creamy, buttery, and deliciously sweet. It’s an intense caramel scent with a touch of tonka, and what feels like a drizzle of maple syrup and honey over the top. Truly divine. As it settles, it softens beautifully and gives off a similar vibe to Lattafa Éclaire, though this one feels much more refined, and doesn't make me sneeze. It’s smoother, sweeter, and fuller, with that gorgeous blend of white chocolate and a hint of salt that makes it feel almost edible. It’s perfect for cosy winter evenings or crisp autumn days when you want to feel warm and wrapped in sweetness. My fiancé gave it a 10 out of 10 and said I smelled yummy, and honestly, I can’t argue with that. I definitely want a bottle of this one day, but for now, the price tag feels a bit out of reach while I’m saving for the wedding. Still, this is pure caramel perfection and easily one of the most mouthwatering scents I’ve tried in a while.

Very similar to BL and it's dupes but WAY better, IMO. The caramel note in BL and its many interpretations always comes off as synthetic or rubbery to me, but not with Queens Caramel. I was so burnt out and OVER the BL DNA that I had given up on it by the time I smelled this but I was pleasantly surprised. It's dense and sweet but still airy, it projects like a beast and has great longevity on me; I was able to smell it pretty solidly in the air and on me for 6 hours and I could still smell it on skin, albeit very faintly at 12 hours (no joke). It's much smoother than BL and if you don't already have something in that profile, then choose this. If you're looking for a nice, delicious, creamy caramel type of scent, this one is a no brainer. 8/10 - Considering a 50ml is $115 and a 100ml of BL is $150, it is a little overpriced for what it is in my opinion, so I just went with a 10ml tester until I can find someone reselling a full bottle on the low.

Disclaimer: people NEED to keep in mind that your chemistry plays the biggest part in how a fragrance smells on you. If it doesn’t smell good on you that means it doesn’t agree with your chemistry. I read some reviews before buying a travel size to test this out. I know Bianco Latte gets some hate, but it’s like if you took the best of that fragrance and combined it with hints of Escapade Gourmande. If you’re intimidated by the maple note, it’s very subtle and it’s way in the background. This perfumer understood the assignment. I haven’t stopped spritzing myself periodically and sniffing my wrist. I bought a full size bottle and a couple more travel size. I would say longevity is about 4-5 hours. Sillage is about arms length. It does leave a nice scent trail like Escapade Gourmande as it has that airy sweetness. This is an easy reach for many different settings: work, casual settings, date nights, etc.

Love love love! Queens Caramel is this gourmand girlie's dream perfume! The notes support one another and the scent develops in a way that feels very natural. The perfume opens with a delicious caramel scent identical to the caramel note in Bianco Latte. Queens Caramel is not, however, a copy of BL! The caramel deepens with the subtle hint of salt in the background and a layer of sweet velvety maple syrup is poured on top. Vanilla and white chocolate emerge the longer the perfume sits on your skin. It's sweet, but not sickly. Longevity could be better, as with most perfumes, but I think 5-6h wear is good enough. Plus, I don't mind reapplying throughout the day in general, cause it gives me a chance to experience the scent all over again. I've been wearing this on and off for about a month now and it's by far my most complimented perfume, "you smell delicious" being the most frequent compliment.

I already left a review but I just want to add that I haven't been able to put this down. I didn't even think I'd wear during summer because it's not the vibe, but it's been working so well, even performance wise, and hasn't been cloying. Melted salted caramel mostly with an airy vanilla/white chocolate/sugar/honey sweet mixture for support. If this is how people felt about Bianco Latte, although that wasn't for me, then I completely understand now why it became widespread. How people feel about that, is how I feel about Queens Caramel and I get it. You can never go wrong with a simple sweet gourmand. It's airy now but may thicken up by fall and winter, which is when I'll probably finish it at this rate. A good thing because then I could escape it before it gets too dense. Others may love that part more.

It is indeed very similar to Bianco Latte as well as Dulce from Rosie Jane. It is more similar to Bianco Latte than Dulce. Nice arm’s length scent bubble. Very sweet white chocolate opening, I get marshmallow in the dry down. Average longevity. I do pick up on the maple here and it is quite nice. I like this mostly because I like this scent profile in general and I am not getting any plastic notes like I do with Eclaire. I am not sure if it is worth the purchase for at least some people who already own this scent profile though. If you love BL and don’t mind the mild scent profile differences, then you will likely love it. Bought a travel size, will update if my opinion changes. I can see myself getting addicted to this fragrance.

This is a buttery, smooth caramel. It's sweet, it's rich, it's edible - but not sickening. A gourmand lover's dream. I don't have Bianco Latte, but do have Éclaire by Lataffa and Dulce by Rosie which are said to have similarities to Bianco Latte. I do not pick up those notes in Queens Caramel at all. Queens Caramel's caramel note is front and center- star of the show, making it different and unique. I have Phlur Caramel Skin and there are definitely similarities there, the main difference being that Queens Caramel is an EDP though, vs a mist, and it has more depth. Also, don't let the maple note deter you. It doesn't come through. This will be a wonderful fall scent!

I love the fragrance. yes it’s similar to Bianco latte and it’s dupes, but lighter and.... Fluffier? It isn’t as dense to me and I that makes it work better for daytime or warm weather. I don’t get any floral notes from it myself. It has good projection for a short time, unfortunately it only lasts maybe 3 hours on my even with a moisturizing base. It’s such a great scent but like other Ellis Brooklyn perfumes I have it just doesn’t have great longevity for me.

This is very similar to bianco latte—which I love! I think this has a little something more salty & dark/sexy going on with it though. Definitely not as beast mode as bianco latte though. Also w/o the funky coumarin note that is hit or miss for people. If you already have bianco latte, lataffa eclair, vanilla voyage or even dulce by Rosie Jane, you probably don’t *need* this, but it is still really good.

Oh my god this is probably one of my favorite fragrances. It is an ultra sweet gourmand that reminds me of drinking a caramel latte while letting a little maple candy dissolve in your mouth. It doesn’t have much projection it definitely stays close to the skin which I don’t mind at all since I’m a bit sensitive to fragrance. Lasts a fairly good amount time on my skin, usually about 7-10 hours.

Yum! One of my favorites from Ellis Brooklyn. Queens Caramel is part gooey buttery caramel and part sweet amber, maple syrup. I do detect the slight undertones of floral- especially the orchid, which adds a nice touch. Very evocative of autumn and winter- but this is wearable anytime the weather is cooler (including spring). Super gourmand and gourmand done well!

I really like this perfume!! It smells so cozy and sugary. The opening is similar to Eclair and Taskeen Caramel Cascade to my nose, but only better with the maple note. The dry down is less similar but I enjoy Queens Caramel a lot more than those other two fragrances. An absolute favourite for fall and winter!

Smells great but has no staying power at all on me. Thought I had a dud bottle and reached out to customer support since everyone else is talking about how it has great longevity. Not impressed with their response. Can't justify ever buying this again despite the great smell and pretty bottle.

Bianco Latte "light" vibes. Salty white chocolate, caramel, a slight crispy edge. Not as heavy, dense, or thick. Less powerful. Softer. Where BL commands attention, this is more subtle. Could work year round, even in high heat. Despite the softness, lasting power is impressive!

beautiful. smells exactly like a Werther's caramel in my opinion. I usually don't like super sweet perfumes. this one is definitely super sweet but I think it has enough complexity for me to like it more than something like yum boujee marshmallow.

Maple sugar candy with caramel drizzle! 🍁🍨 It is so delicious, and perfect for the fall and winter season. I probably get around 6-8 hours of wear. It’s similar to Bianco Latte, but I wouldn’t consider it to be an exact dupe.

I have never smelled Bianco Latte or Eclaire so I can’t compare it. On its own it’s a beautiful scent, sweet and yet airy, I’m in love. It also lasts pretty long on the skin compared to other perfumes from Ellis Brooklyn.

It’s a maple caramel through and through. It’s like walking into a chocolate shop. I like this more than Bianco Latte. It’s very sweet but not cloying. I can see myself wearing this all through fall and winter.

My favorite fall/winter perfume. The maple note was a little more prominent than what I expected, but it’s well-blended and I love it. I’m buying backups in case it’s discontinued.

Bath and Body Works Whipped Honey and Vanilla is a dup!!!!! I am in love! I am able to spray down my clothes and extend my wear time for my beloved QC. Try it!! It's so beautiful.

It’s very nice, but similar to Bianco Latte, but less milky with maple sugar, so IMO Bianco Latte is better and honestly priced better per ml. I say stick with BL over this.

This smells exactly like let the good times roll and I love it!! Such a nice gourmand that doesn’t feel heavy. It still smells like perfume. Beautiful!

Smells like the shittiest generic vanilla candle from tkmaxx

This perfume at first sniff I really liked. I love the smell of caramel but haven’t been able to find a caramel perfume that hits all the right notes for me. Sadly once I wore this for a few minutes I realized this was going to be another one I can’t wear. I’m learning what I like and I don’t like in perfume notes, and I’ve realized for whatever reason honey is a note that doesn’t agree with me. Which is weird because I think honey tastes delicious! I feel the same way about almond notes in perfumes and tend to stay away from any perfume with almond in it. It’s like the honey note, even though it’s obviously not one of the stronger notes in this perfume, but for some reason my nose picks it out and though all the other notes are totally my kind of scent, the honey just ruins it for me. It’s like all I can smell. So I scrubbed it off my skin. I feel like this is just me though, so if you don’t find you dislike honey in perfumes and you love a warm, caramel, yummy and cozy fall scent, you’ll probably really like Queen’s Caramel. I’m unfortunately back on the hunt for a good caramel scent.

smelled this, LOVED it. before i smelled it i would say "this looks like what pinkpantheress's song tonight would smell like" and i was right. I WAS RIGHT! it's sweet, not juvenile, and it's got this dry maple kinda feel to my nose. like you're sniffing a leaf that you caught falling to the ground that's also syrupy and sweet. this is a pretty sugary gourmand and i am SO here for it. it's in the same family of bianco latte (sweet caramel/vanilla/etc.) but they're like distant cousins, not DISTANT cousins just distant cousins. i would wear this during the fall time every day every night if i could omg. OMG! i want to buy a bottle to test for longevity ...🤭really wanna make it my fall scent jf it lasts a while on me

I did not think I would like this because I was imagining a carmel popcorn scent for some reason when I first heard about this, but it’s not like that at all. This is a rich edible scent, but the dry down makes it more wearable. I would not wear this in warm weather, but I can see this being absolutely beautiful in cold weather. I don’t feel that the caramel is super sticky sickly sweet either, and I think it’s just the right amount to make this perfume something that even non gourmand lovers will enjoy. I probably won’t get a full bottle of this because I don’t feel it’s a good perfume for every day, but I’m happy to have a travel size to wear on colder days.

So I blind bought this, because it sounded AMAZING!!! It’s nice, but at first spritz- I was like ‘ooh, Yum Bougie Marshmallow’ vibe?! And a minute later- wait... Bianca Latte- like MEGA!!! I thought I was crazy, but came on here and wow- I’m definitely not the only one who got that!!! I don’t even own a legit BL but I’ve got a good dupe, and holy crap- when I spray this stuff on one hand, and my BL dupe on the other- they are indistinguishable!!! This is nice- but it does NOT smell as described, in my opinion. And, if you have BL or even Eclair- you probably don’t need this. I’m glad I just got the travel size.

This is great for what it is! It projects loudly, it’s sweet, it lasts, it’s gourmand, but I’m not in love because it’s another Bianco Latte type of scent and honestly I’ve got way too many perfumes that smell like this now. It’s not a 1:1 match but it’s that same vanilla, caramel syrup sweetness (this one is without the coumarin IMO). Highly recommend if you don’t have a scent like this already and love the bottle (cuz it’s so so so cute), but you’ve definitely already smelled this before and you can find cheaper alternatives if you need to! (Looking at you Eclaire)

It’s 35 degrees here in FL so I took advantage and brought out my travel size of this gem. It’s normally too hot and humid here for me to enjoy this scent. But this is SO delicious in the cold. The white chocolate and caramel are like a warm hug. I layered this with Fenty Salted Caramel body butter, and SDJ 39. I smelled like caramelized coconut goodness. Coconut cream scent in the winter is so addictive. I pick up no maple. In warmer weather I mostly pick up maple and caramel. Which I don’t enjoy. So I’d suggest to be mindful of the climate when testing this.

Queens Caramel is without a doubt the current queen of caramel fragrances, and she deserves to be reviewed without constant comparison to others. <3 Absolutely immaculate vibes for the autumn season. The opening is warm, almost a little nutty (the white chocolate and maple, probably). I feel like this could layer well with SDJ '71. As it dries down it becomes a photorealistic salted caramel candy akin to Werther's. A delectable scent to pair with memories of crunchy leaves, rust colored cardigans, and watching Hocus Pocus with a friend and a bowl of sweets.

i really like this! on first spray i thought it was kind of sharp and unpleasant, but i really enjoy the dry down. the caramel is realistic and rich. it's very syrupy, intense, and sticks around all day (i spray it once in my hair and that's enough). the buttery white chocolate is a great addition and the jasmine is there, but not overwhelming. i think it's a well-rounded fragrance, if that makes sense? there is a burnt quality that reminds me of church incense, so make of that what you will.

I sprayed in store on my skin and walked out to test. I immediately pick up on the white chocolate, caramel and maple. Loved the dry down enough to get a travel size. Now my travel size has been sitting for a couple weeks. It's gotten denser than when I first sprayed it. I like it a lot. Longevity is best on clothes and not as great on skin. 12/18/2025 I pick up more maple than I would like to at about halfway through my travel. Will continue to test for winter.

hate to sound like a broken record, but this is just a less complex version of whiff of a waffle cone by imaginary authors. the maple is the strongest note throughout the fragrance and it doesn’t go away no matter how much the underlying notes transform. the perfume literally goes from maple and caramel, to maple and white chocolate, to maple and jasmine (with a hint of amber). it’s okay, and if you’re a fan of maple then you’ll probably love this.

I blind bought this thinking that it was going to be a Bianco latte inspired fragrance, as I love anything that smells vaguely similar, unfortunately I don’t get Bianco latte from this... like at all, I get escapade gourmand with a touch of sticky dates... it is very nice though, I find there’s something pretty harsh about it in the opening, but dries down quite pleasant... probably a regret buy but I’ll still get use out of it!

This is a sweet, creamy, caramel perfume. It reminds me a bit of Bianco Latte and Escapade Gourmand, which I layered with the perfume. The projection is moderate. I will wear this perfume year-round, but this will really be great for cooler, cozy weather. To really bring out the sweetness, you could layer with RDJs Cheirisa 71 Body Butter or Lotion, Bianco Latte's lotion, Orena's oils or lotion or any of EOS' lotions.

Bianco Latte Lite. If you find that one too heavy and dense maybe you'd like this. It's nice! I don't find Bianco Latte to be too much. So for the price point I'll probably just be buying BL since you get more oz for not that much more money. I definitely don't think you need both.

it’s good! very very similar to sticky dates (the lotion, not so much the spray) and i love that the maple note is creamy but not excessively sweet. it also diverges from SD in the sense that it’s a tad more floral/fruity but delicious! surprisingly unique

I think this smells a lot like Bianco Latte but with an added maple note. I love BL so I love this too but don't need both in my collection. If you like the BL DNA, then you'll probably like this too.

There is something SO nostalgic about this for me. I can’t pin point it but it instantly made me smile. It’s a winter holiday smell, a family gathering where you feel safe & cozy.

Like this. Reminds me a liiitle bit of Milk by Commodity but with Caramel in it . But as it progresses , it loses its luster . The best part is the opening .

Pure ooey gooey sticky sweetness!!! This one will definitely raise your blood sugar

I came here to say that I think this smells a lot like Caramel Skin by Phlur but smoother, then I noticed others have mentioned that as well. It also reminds me a bit of Private Mood's Cotton Candy, which I love but it actually smells more like maple doughnuts than cotton candy. There's also a resemblance to Escapade Gourmande. So, basically this smells like brown sugar. My first impression is it's not bad, but it's not all that great. My husband said "Oh God, that's hideous!" It's not, he's just being obnoxious. My 23 year old said "Yum! I like it!" Queens Caramel is too expensive, being $115 for only a 50 ml bottle. But, as it dries down about 30 minutes in I'm starting to like it. This might go from an Ok to a Like for me after all. I can't let my husband's negative remark influence me. Update: It's been an hour... I really like this a lot more once it settles! I (sort of) understand the Werther's Original comparisons now. I think this could be very nice for fall and the holidays. I'll spray it on early to let it reach this softer delicious stage before I go out. Give this one at least an hour on your skin before you judge her too harshly. 🍬🤎🍂 P.S. Almost 14 hours after spraying only two sprays on the top of my wrist yesterday afternoon I can still lightly smell it this morning. It does last! At the end of the wear it smells a little like a ghostly version of Fresh Cream Warm Cashmere.

I think it's funny how every gourmand now gets labeled as a Bianco Latte dupe. This is a maple/caramel scent, and maple is a very distinct note that stands out from other notes, usually taking over the entire scent in the final dry down. BL and Eclaire do not have maple notes and there is no comparison with the honey vs maple....QC might fall into the same cold weather cozy gourmand category, but that is it. They are completely different scents. This is okay... I have smelled it twice on my hand while in Sephora, and both times I have chose not to purchase it. Something about this brand misses the mark for me. I am a true gourmand lover and really appreciate sweet gourmands that I can layer with. I think this is def a good layering gourmand, but just something about it is off. I'm also not a fan of the price for the size of the bottle. If it was Jousett I would be all about it, since they have some very interesting gourmands that are on point. So the price would be worth it to me. This brand is just not it for me. If you love a good cozy gourmand for the cold weather I do think you will appreciate this overall. Def go to Sephora though and smell it since you have the option not to blind buy.

I sprayed Queen’s Caramel (QC) on one arm and Bianco Latte (BL) on the other and forgot which was which they smelled so similar to me. When I repeated my test the QC has a softer rounder fluffier caramel in the opening but it was subtle enough if you have BL you wouldn’t need both. The dry downs were almost identical for me. I would say the longevity was better with BL (6hrs+) than QC (2-3h). It’s a pretty enough scent and I am clearly attracted to those notes. I also have Lattafa’s version so I will be returning this. There’s simply no way I can get through three bottles of what amounts to the same scent. If I had to choose between the three I’d still likely choose BL- it’s $150 for 100 ml vs $115 for 50 ml of QC with better lasting power. I know the Lattafa option is even cheaper and lasting power is amazing (it can stick on a sweater for over 24hrs), I’m just personally staying away from the Arabian scents in the future- they’re so beast mode which is not my style and not appropriate for where I work -making it a waste of money.

I sampled this at Sephora and immediately am reminded of bianco latte, the caramel part anyway.. it does not have the same spicy opening and lactonic quality. Nothing buttery about it either.. it's an airy sugary synthetic caramel with a hint of maple. It is pretty and will likely get compliments, and seems to last a long time. However if you've already smelled a lot of the bianco latte and middle eastern dupes you'll probably be bored of this dna already.. I'll stick with something a lot more affordable like khadlaj cream velvet which smells smoother with the added butter note. The long list of notes imply that it would smell more complex than it does but it's quite a simple scent profile.. Me personally, I don't think fragrance is like this are worth a high price tag for only a 50ml. Given how many of them already exist.
