I don't know why this one doesn't get more love. At first I thought it was close to Le Labo Santal, but nope. Don't let the leather note fool you. It's more complex that it appears to be at first sniff. It opens up after settling on the skin. I smell Violet's candies (as in Howard's Violets), leather, and hints of cypress and cardamom for a subtle , flat, dry-spice undertone. The violet note in this is really beautiful. I've not encountered a violet note this appealing, warm, and authentic before. The aromatic leather note stays on your skin, but it takes a back seat to the creamy violet note--perhaps the vanilla in this fragrance softens the violet giving it that candy-like characteristic. I found the violet note to be long lasting. The pronounced initial projection falls off in a short while, but the fragrance lasts a long time on my skin. When I spray it on my clothing, I can smell this fragrance hours later.

A salt-drenched leather journal, a sunken ship of spices washed up on a Northern winter shore. Very unisex. I am also getting dominant cardamom, cypress, and leather, and a powerful creamy saltiness. I love this, so pirate-y without any boozy or harshly masculine vibes.

I fell in love with violet notes at 18. That’s why I love Daisy by Marc Jacob’s. This one has the violet notes, but earthier, which allows me to transition to this scent for fall and winter.

I purchased a discovery box of ELOREA on IG and tried all four of their fragrances. They are each different and wonderful to try. I definitely recommend trying them out and as a token of their thanks, the box comes with a $30 coupon towards the purchase of a full bottle of your choice. This is very nice and definitely woodsy. It reminds me of a much much MUCH tamer Santal 33 by Le Labo. I like it but I do have several fragrances in my collection that smell similar namely: Gris Charnel by BDK, Bois de Balincourt by Maison Louis Marie, Autumn Vibes by Maison Margiela and to a certain extent Santal Blanc by Van Cleef & Arpels... It is very soft and pretty and it has a nice effect of transporting me straight to the middle of the woods in the Fall. It smells earthy and leaf-y but in the best possible way... Wonderful for woods lovers, definitely a must try!

A gentle, faintly green fragrance that reads a little powdery from the iris. The vanilla and violet keep it faintly sweet (like the faded scent on the wrapper of violet pastilles) while the cypress, leather, and cedar keep it grounded. Earth's notes blend together very well, and it is the most linear of the Elorea perfumes. It decreases steadily in loudness until it is a skinscent. By the fourth hour on my skin, it has mostly faded away (or I became anosmic). Earth is my favorite, so I envy those on whom it lasts longer. I recommend this fragrance for those who find green fragrances to be overpowering and want a wearable one. I did not detect the cardamom note. Earth represents summer. This perfume reminds me of vast slabs of sandstone under the summer sun. This is an elegant, balanced fragrance.

Fragrantica's community is spot on, as usual. I agree with the below. I would swap out cyprus for musk and leave out the leather. This doesn't deserve less than 3 stars, I don't think, and may be a good option in hot, sticky weather.

I wanted to love Earth, but something about this specific fragrance gave me a headache. Goheung cypress mixed with the violet and iris notes remind me of walking through a blooming forest in the morning. I didn't get much of the vanilla at the top or the leather in the drydown but the sandalwood blends well with the woodsy middle notes from the cypress. Wear time was about six or seven hours but I had to wash it off. If you love woodsy scents with an edge of slightly powdery iris and violet, it's worth a try.

I'm so glad I bought the sampler before splurging on a big bottle. This fragrance is an exact dupe for L'Atelier des Subtils Eau de Vert VTxBTS which I already have. So if you have that one you don't need Elorea Earth. It's woody and green and very sharp and crispy - definitely unisex scent but leaning more masculine.

Does not work well on my skin. No matter how many times I've tried this it smells like the insect killer you spray around your house, very unfortunate.

LOVE this. My new signature fragrance. Got the Elorea sample set and fell in love with Earth and Fire. The cardamom, cypress and leather really pull through the opening, middle and base stages. Of all my perfumes, its most similar to Bois de Balincourt in its earthiness, BUT it doesn't get the mild dill scent that BdB sometimes gets, and it's more unique (is it just me or does everyone wear BdB now?). Got a few others hooked on Earth as well. Wish it lasted a bit longer, but still very very happy with my full size purchase.

I personally didn’t love it, but i could see someone liking it. The opening is very pretty but in my opinion the cypress is way too dominant and doesn’t let the other notes shine. The dry down a few hours later is nice.
