Fairest Of Them All

This is exactly what is promised a beautiful apple fragrance. I totally get Snow White vibes from this. Apple is the star but the undertones of caramel, brown sugar, florals and musks makes this so wearable for everyday but I would also wear this to a more formal occasion. This doesn't smell like a cheap fragrance like the reviewer below said. This is a well thought out understated, post modern elegant fragrance. It smells like really high end bath products or a really high end facial care line that uses apples as nourishment for the skin. I can't stop smelling it. The tart yet creamy texture is enticing and delicious without being foody, very posh without trying to hard. I really love this one. Captures Snow White and her story perfectly in a bottle. Edit I would wear this year round actually but spring, summer, fall daytime are best. Another thing I like about this company is you can join their loyalty program which I did. For every dollar you spend you earn points that earn you coupons, gifts etc. So, if you don't like the prices of these perfumes you can buy decants which I have done and save up points towards FB. Personally I think the linage line is worth the price point. But the fact that they reward loyalty is just another plus. I do not agree with the 2 reviews below mine. That has not been my experience with this company at all. Nothing fake, dishonest, or cheap about Elysian. Edit again. Wearing this again I detect a subtle coffee note not listed above. I usually dislike coffee in perfumes (with the exception of Zoologist Civet) but here it works because it adds a darkness to the composition that is needed for the poison apple story of Snow White to unfold. Low and behold I checked the website description of notes today and yep, they used coffee in this perfume.

A tart fruity aromatic. I love how the juice is pink 🎀 definitely reminds me of a fairytale. I get the aquatic notes like fresh spring rain, violet, pear and apple. Like biting into a juicy candied apple, burying your face in a bouquet of flowers or an enchanted forest (maybe more Candyland than nature). It’s airy, playful, youthful and very femme. It would work in warm and cold weather IMO - it’s not heavy or syrupy, refreshing for spring/summer, but in winter the Snow White vibe would be lovely. The base notes aren’t super detectable over time, but I did get a little of the blonde wood/tonka in the dry down that made it more well rounded. After a bit I got a little bit of a “detergent” smell. The price point is not doable for me and I’ve smelled similar scents with similar longevity for less. If I had like, upper middle class income I’d buy a bottle! Words it brings to mind: fairy, crisp, fruity, enchanting, princess, girly, juicy, light, airy, intoxicating. Colors: barbie pink and spring green. Feelings: playful, flirty, joyful

Unfortunately, this brand nailed it with the marketing, but the scent fell short for me. Take what I say with a grain of salt because fragrance is subjective. I struggle to smell the listed notes. The apple smells more like a detergent. There is not base of musk/tonka/sugar on my skin. I have been looking for my perfect apple scent so hopefully I find it soon!

I absolutely love this perfume. It smells so good. I smell pretty apples, fresh rain, pretty flowers. I have not smelled anything like this. It lasts for a very long time. I would say about a full day. And I can still smell it on my clothes afterwards! Try them out! Glad this perfume was added to this Column! Well worth it!

Nothing but positive things to say, you get exactly what you’re promised. A delicious caramel apple fragrance with brown sugared violets & smooth blonde woods. The open is a sugary, crisp red apple before the caramel drizzle comes through and turns it into a beautiful gourmand.

I was about to buy one but saw the fake reviews I wont say is bad I have not tried it but anyone would get skeptical after seen the fake reviews

Nice scent, but I only got one or two sprays from my sample set and after a few months they literally ALL evaporated. money wasted.

Smells like a perfume I can find at TJMaxx lol. PASS!
