Emanuel Ungaro Intense For Him

The only reason I bought this is because of the sticker on the bottle and because it was dirt cheap, under 20$. After reading the notes I expected and wanted some fresh sharpness, metallic stuff, mineral, whatever...refreshing. What I got is some sweet stuff, good for the summer and all year, that smells like something Mugler would put out, the other men line, Alien, smells like something in that line. If I've smelled it before I would never have bought it, but it is cheap so no problem. Is it worth the money, yeah, I think it is worth the money if you are into that. This is my first impression. edit: after wearing this, on skin, it is just wonderful. Yes cheap smelling, but I love it and it is BY FAR the best cheap fragrance I have ever bought, for example a way better scent than Drakkar Intense, it's in no way similiar with Drakkar, but for me it is a better scent. Never expected to like it this much. I wonder how would have been if it was fresher. It's sweet and clean, but good all year round, that is the best way to describe it. later edit: this is a best buy, I enjoy wearing it more than Versace Eros for example, way more

Tested today by chance, nothing new, yet another Fierce, Legend etc. clone. It’s not bad at all, and I’m sure side by side this will have its own angles, but anyone smelling it will think of Fierce first. Or Legend, for new generation. Notes listed may be different, of course, but ingredients and the juice are not. Hard to dislike such classic scent profile, but just can’t understand how brands with full of possibilities at their disposal still go this route. You don’t need to risk your sales by attempting a crazy niche creation, but at least can come up with something still unique and crowdpleasing. Something your own. Yes any fragrance with a certain combo from commonly used ingredients will immediately recall Fierce, because it won the “first” spot and that won’t change, but those ingredients are not reserved to Fierce. And it’s not magic. So completely normal if you come up with something that recalls Fierce, but then why not deviate towards to your own creation a bit, I will never understand...

this does not smell like Fierce or Legend AT ALL 90% vibe from Versace Eros Flame solid one, cheap but the longevity is amazing
