Captcha 36

It’s lovely. The longevity is moderate, but for the price it’s an excellent deal. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do and captures the vibe of Matcha 26 by Le Labo surprisingly well. If you’re looking for that matcha tea scent without spending a fortune, this is absolutely worth it. Great value for the money.

This reminds me more of neroli 36... I’m not mad about it though💁🏻♀️ I really love this one!😍 it smells like trident tropical twist gum in the opening with those sweet citruses. And in the dry down I feel like I’m taking the sweetest bubble baths 🧼🫧

I love this perfume, it is a very close dupe for Matcha 26. Just need to let it macerate for a few months and it will be perfect!

The softest fig with bitter orange zest. Simply beautiful, very clean, almost airy, dry and cozy. Love this.

First of all, the notes are wrong. I'm not sure if it's the power of suggestion, but the notes here combined give such a floral almost rose scent which I love, but it's very mild. There's a sweetness in the fig, and it works so wonderfully well with the cedar and matcha! It's not as woody, which is perfect for me since I don't gravitate towards woody fragances, it just serves as a great contrast and to ground the fragance. I get the orange too, but I must say the profile of this perfume feels kinda vintage, it's very sophisticated and luxurious, one of my friends said it smelled like an old man perfume lol, and I get that, but I think it's worth to give it a shot. 8/10

I was about to post that the real notes on the box are fig, cedar, matcha tea, bitter orange and vetiver, but the post below mine says the same. The notes here are wrong and people who are saying this smells like Neroli 36 are just lying and going by the notes listed here and have probably never even smelled the fragrance.

Just received this today, the box lists notes accurately: Captcha 36 Head notes: Fig, Cedar, Matcha tea Middle Notes: Bitter Orange Base Notes: Vetiver Smells great right out of the box and first sprays; fresh, aromatic, herbal

This smells like a polished and clean aluminum bar and a sharp knife cutting fresh limes in half. Like!

This is neroli 36 not matcha 26 🤦🏻♂️

Emper, will a representative from your company please tell us whether this is inspired by Matcha 26 or Neroli 36? Because I have looked high and low on the internet, and it seems all sites that sell it and all the video reviews are providing conflicting information, most leaning towards Match 26 while having Neroli 36 notes listed. Fragrantica is no exception. Super confusing and annoying! I would like to buy this, but only if it is inspired by Neroli 36! I strongly believe the above accords and notes for this fragrance are not accurate. The label states that it is a "woody" scent, which would make it an inspired by Matcha 26 scent; not Neroli 36 as the above note's would suggest. Emper, please provide the correct details and then get all sites and social media reviewers to update their information. Thank you.

Just to reply to some of the comments below, Emper is owned by Lattafa. You can see who the mother company is on Fragrantica aswell. Furthermore, there are many markets in Africa that I know of where sales of cheap clones are high due to local economy. Furthermore, lot of the markets in Africa are unregulated to the point, that individuals and companies sell exact copies of original perfumes copying everything and even things Lattafa Khamra is being copied and sold for a out a third of the price of original.

I am getting fig right off the top when I spray Captcha 36. The numbering chosen is unfortunate and causing all the confusion. As it dries down I get light tea moving into the mix.

I haven't smelt Emper Captcha 36, but the notes above are the same as Le Labo Neroli 36, which apparently is a sunscreen-smelling fragrance from my quick glance at the reviews.

Too bad Emper couldn't create their own identity and had to ride off an already overrated house in le labo

Soapy, aldehydes, and floral. Quite lovely, actually. Neroli 36 dupe for sure.

This is very similar to the original. Decent dupe for the price.
