Lost Chemistry

This fragrance is the essence of sultry chic firey energy. When I smell this I do not think fruity... the way the “fruits” combine with the oud, musk, spice, and wood creates an absolutely intoxicating and captivating new dimensional kind of fresh smell. Almost like the most refined and evolved form of amber rose patchouli musk you could imagine... an escalation of what Le Labo’s The Noir achieves. The oud/wood/incense combo also brings out a sophisticated leathery base that helps frame the sillage’s overall magnetic allure.

I clearly get patchouli here; even though it’s not listed... and I can’t help but notice the familiar rose-patchouli-raspberry signature. Maybe it’s another note mimicking that effect. The fruity side feels subdued, possibly overshadowed by the oud, though a gentle raspberry nuance appears in the drydown. It’s not bad at all, just too familiar. I’ve grown weary of this poal-style harmony; dark, baroque, and bold, but ultimately predictable. Tag(s): oud, bold, dark, poal-like

Peak as FUCK discredit the other two reviews on this pronto stat and listen to me and only me and i want you staring into my imaginary fragrantica review eyes when i say this if you like raspberry youll like this you see what people need is to start getting freaky with their fragrances bro like why arent we just getting down with the sickness in a proverbial sense with our choices in smell bro like stay with me here ok man i rate 8/10 this good

This has the same musk note as Another World from this brand. It’s powdery, and incredibly synthetic. I think with the fruit notes (I get peaches), it actually combined well and is a delightful smell. The woodiness comes out upon full dry down. Very sweet smell for hours. Decent. But as I said in my Another World review, the musk this company uses created this repulsive throat feel reaction. Curious...

Raspberries and figs injected with woods. At one point on my skin it gave an incredible gasoline effect, while on the paper it painted the profile of a fresh musky and powdery fruit feast. These fruits f*ckin lie.
