Essentially, this is a powdery smoky vanilla fragrance. Soft and seemingly gentle at first, yet its smoky facet lends an enigmatic aura. It feels both warm and cool at once; a duality I find captivating. There’s also a subtle herbal streak, prominent in the opening but fading gracefully into the background. I liked how the notes harmonise; it’s an airy vanilla with faint floral undertones. Not the sticky, cling-to-skin kind; rather, it floats around you with the perfect level of sweetness. I truly enjoyed this one. 3 months later: This has grown on me immensely. Compared to Iris Cendré and Armonia (scents I place in a similar vein) this is infinitely better. I’d even go so far as to call it the most accomplished in its category. The smoky powder is beautiful, the vanilla perfectly calibrated, and the subtle animalic facets quietly lurking in the background add just the right amount of intrigue. Different take on vanilla. It's like an antique vanilla. It has a smokiness and dustiness to it. Super nice on skin but the dustiness was too much on clothes. Moody goth vanilla
