Gitano

Gitano is one of the best animatic perfumes that I have smelled. It’s a very animalic rose with a hint of quality leather and labdanum. Other notes are supporting creating a perfume that is conveying free spirit and strength. To my nose this is best worn in fresh spring or fall weather, but can be enjoyed all year around if applied in moderation. It has certain transparency to it (this is a hint of vast open wilderness and nomadic life style) making the fragrance enjoyable. I think it leans slightly masculine because of strong animalic notes, but can definitely be enjoyed by confident mature women as well. I do not see it on girly young girls. An absolute must try for the lovers of animalic notes.

Well.... I'm just using tiny samples and smearing on my skin and this is indeed rose. Given I do not like rose fragrance, it is not for me. The blending is great.... the scent is fine... I don't know who would be wearing this fragrance. A male I supposed because it has some animalic feeling to it.... My vision: The movie Little Shop of Horrors except it is NOT a venus fly trap, its a Rose that is trying to eat you. Pretty strong off the bat but I have to scrub this off. Again, not because it smells bad but it is because I hate the scent of rose!
