While the original is brighter and airier, this one is a bit more complex and thicker. It dances around the same blueprint of its predecessor but with creamy undertones of myrrh and a whisper of smoke. Chic, elegant, and understated. It's the smell of a well dressed gentleman, who has his priorities in order and excels at life.

It brings to mind Memoire d'un Homme by Nina Ricci. Maybe it's the myrrh? But this elegant scent is woodier and there's this very faint bitter scent. Another masterpiece. Kudos to the nose behind this. 8/10

It`s spicy, woody, classically-Italian scent for a daytime, but I think original scent is better. Why they called this Intense? I don`t know. The staying power is not so good as original.
