Indonesian Oud Eau de Parfum Ermenegildo Zegna This is a review for Indonesian Oud Edp under Essenze Collection Private Line. Zegna's Indo Oud has been on my wish list for a while and i managed to buy a bottle at a good price. For Presentation, the box is quality with good prints, well made and bottle well protected. The bottle has good weight, good prints and a very good and impressive Magnetic cap that is of similar quality or better than a Dior Magnetic Cap. Shaking the bottle hard doesn't loosen the cap or drop the bottle. The cap clicks on with a nice solid click sound, most impressed with this magnetic cap. Indo Oud EDP scent composition isn't complicated. It's a Oud Rose Patchouli frag with support from Amber and Bergamot notes. As of late Oud Rose Patchouli fragrances has been one of my favorites for heavier louder scents and there are so many similar scent composition to explore. From the opening spray, I get a very well blended quality juice that if you blindfolded me without telling me that fragrance it was, it'll be at least in the class of a top end designer Private Line quality with a cost of few hundred a bottle. You'll definitely get the quality of the juice in this. I get a smooth, quite tame oud with a green rose earthy patchouli in the opening supported by the cirtus and amber which is more in the background and makes the scent easier on the nose.The Oud is sorta westernized and isn't Shanky nor fecal and is very wearable for matured noses. It is Airy and gives off a very good air bubble around the wearer. It is probably suitable for matured men as wearing Indonesian Oud gives off class, elegant and a luxurious style to portray. Very good for the cool climate. The projectivity is very good, easily 3-4 feet and more and Silage trail is good from me testing with co-workers around. From the strength of the juice I'll say longevity is at least 8 hours and It may probably go to 12 on some skin. Indonesian Oud EDP is easily a $300 and above quality scent, definitely better than some niches out there. Zegna have another older Indonesian Oud Edt release which I haven't nosed so I can't tell you their differences despite having similar same notes. If you are able to get this at a good price it's definitely worth adding to one's collection. I'll rate this as one of the top rose oud patchouli combo out in the market as of 2023 end and good enough to go into any top 10 or top 5 rose oud fragrances list.

beautiful dense matured and luxurious scent, initial spray needs a few minutes before revealing its opulent beastly scent. very manly. out performs a lot of niche style oud rose combo out there.. performance is long lasting, it has the best longetivity and siilage in this line imo. already own, neroli edp, and madras cardamom edp. i live in a hot climate and the oud rose radiates so fresh and beautiful - its not cloying in the heat i love it, i really love it. it's become my next best all time love after dior homme parfum. great work jacques! its a masterpiece

Indonesian Oud (Essenze) is elegant, dry, opulent and classy. This is a big Oud & Rose combo, beautifully combined with the rest of the notes to create a strong and decisive scent that will get you noticed. On my skin the oud dominates and I don't smell much rose. It feels a bit medicinal, I love it. Great longevity and good, but not too heavy sillage. Highly recommended, good for cooler weather.

not particularly an oud fan but this is as good as it gets. very smooth rose and oud, they blend together like milk and coffee, they don't clash at all, and smell very classy and expensive, with a slight middle eastern twist.

A very unique fragrance, I’ll say with that! Top note, right out the gate is intensely astringent rose/oud, almost to an abrasive level. But man, as this fragrance dries it becomes almost heavenly masculine and deep. The amber heightens and the sharp woodiness softens, becoming not only more complex and inviting, but almost developing into a professional atire parfum.
