Really amazing long lasting natural bergamot and vetiver , just pure and simple as that with a great result , it belongs to classical group with a hint of modernity . i love this brand

I have been loving La Fuga in the summer forever and was looking to expand my collection with whatever was greenest on offer (I like notes of grass, moss, various wet leaves). After a blind buy the dry down smelled like a powder bomb went off. Pure granny vibes. For me this didn’t mix with skin warmed by the sun. A year later fall weather is finally coming and I revisited Vi. It’s growing on me, not very long-lasting and still on the powdery side but I’m appreciating the peppery vetiver more layered with sweaters and cool air. Don’t get the bergamot so much, but the hint is present more now than mixed with the heat.

Great high quality bergamot opening. Its freshness and complexity is clearly evident. On paper, the vetiver soon emerges. On skin, I can clearly smell either frankincense or elemi resin, possibly used to complement and extend the bergamot. As the fragrance dries down, the use of resin becomes more clear. The one thing this fragrance could use is some type of heart note that bridges the citrus with the woody resinous base.
