An authentic cedar that's not sharp!? It's very woody, spicy, and warm :)

Another elegant fragrance, I would have said it is unisex, especially first few minutes. Later much softer, blends well with skin. Lasted few hours on my skin and suddenly dissapeared. Nice, worth a second try. Edit/ I've got EdP soft cedar leather, love!

I love this. The very dry front end is all muted lemons and cloves(?). It isn't sweet, nor green nor even 'woody' as it begins, just the smell of citrusy, spicy, warmth heading in a Christmassy direction. As it drys down it is a lovely woody, leathery mix (I'd presume Cedar I'm not great at knowing one wood from another). Listed here as unisex - and of course anything is - and I would love smelling this on a woman, but I'd say from it's dry citrusy front end through a generally unsweet mid to a leathery/wood ending it plays more strongly male. It's kinda sheer, glassy, classy. If you care about packaging it has a very unusual design. Basically a folded card wallet that wraps the bottle which then holds together with hair bands attached through niches cut in the packaging you need to remove/replace each time. The bottle itself has a round bulging glass protuberance, which pokes through a hole in the packaging. It made me think of the Monolith crossed with HAL from 2001. Beautifully understated. Sadly long gone, I think - these days the company seems to only make products for home use like candles and air fresheners - many of which have the same name as this scent. Maybe it lives on in more diffuse ways. Picked up an almost untouched bottle on eBay for buttons - it's worth a hunt, IMO.
