Beautiful Spring Veil

Trying this Spring Veil sample along side Beautiful. I wore Beautiful over 20 years as a signature perfume, so just now looking at the flankers of that line to see if there is another perfume that I like. These two are different ingredients put together in a way where they appear to be the same exact type chord composition (both are an alto chord with an ozonic composition where you smell other notes), but over all - the effect is a blended chord. Spring veil is almost the same exact perfume, except it does not have the grassy chord notes which makes this part more interactive with the skin. You can smell the chemicals lifting off the skin more in the original formula, whereas Spring Veil is more true to form, doesn't evolve as much, and is more linear. Both are nice perfumes, there is nothing wrong with either of them they are composed in a way where they would be ageless and timeless. The original Beautiful is more ozonic - and Spring Veil wears closer to the skin. If you are having trouble with asthma/allergies - it may be wise to look for a perfume that is less ozonic and wears closer to the skin. For this reason, Spring Veil may be a better choice. But otherwise, Beautiful is really a great perfume (I know, I wore it almost daily for over 20 years).

I began wearing the original version 1 year ago, it was my mentors signature scent. I feel confident wearing it. Don't be so bold as to define a scent as old or frumpy, those are subjective remarks at best and most are comments here that openly disrespect older (30+) women. That said be aware Age discrimination is discrimination. It isn't okay. And what we don't stand against , we passively support
