Bronze Goddess Nuit

Ok, first of all I melt when there's Coconut, Cachemere wood, Tonka been, or Jasmine in a perfume... What if there are the 4 of them?!? This is heaven. This gives the same vibes as Alien Goddess intense (Amber/Coconut/Vanilla accord), The Only One intense (Coconut/Woody/White flowers accord), and Olympea (Amber/Vanilla/Salt accord).. but far from Crystal Noir, the last one being toooo spicy. Just like the previous perfumes, Bronze Goddess Nuit is sweet, creamy, and ambery. The difference is the Ylang Ylang, which gives it a tropical solar vibe, and that's why this perfume stands out. And it's weird that I can't smell the coconut directly, but it lingers like an aura around me! <3 And if you like this perfume but find it too sweet, I advise to try "Plein Soleil" by Yves Rocher, which is veery similar but more unisex! EDIT: The first day I got this perfume, I sprayed it on my PJ and neck and wrists and went to sleep. And Oh Boy the dreams I had... I dreamed I was wandering at night in the old traditional alleys of my town.. There were some warm cozy dimmed lights coming from the windows, and the old street lamps were lightning my path.. Until I exited the alleys and ended up on the seashore.. I sat on the rocks, facing the sea.. It was dawn, the orange-golden sun rays started reflecting on the water, and lightning up the horizon... It was mesmerizing.. a PAINTING. I guess that's the best way I can describe how this scent, and the beautiful bottle made me feel. They say every perfume tells a story.. and that's MY story... 9/10

Just went through a 50 ml bottle of Bronze Goddess Nuit and I can genuinely say that I liked it. Would I repurchase another bottle?!? Probably not and mainly because of the mediocre performance. I want more longevity and some decent projection from my perfumes and this is not doing it for me. Smells wise, it’s really nice. Sweet coconut, ylang ylang, orchid vanilla, tonka and cashmeran. It’s a gorgeous, highly leaning tropical scent with a smooth, velvety base. It’s in the same realm as Soleil Blanc, Rio Radiance, Alien Goddess but a pinch less sweet and woodier in my opinion! Smells perfumy but not overly artificial. In all fairness, it’s not super expensive so, should I find it on a great sale, I might consider getting a new bottle for future summer seasons. I would recommend for beginners who might want to try if tropical perfumes are for them. It’s the type of scent very easy to like if you’re into this scent profile.

I just got this as a birthday present, and it's delicious and very sensual, but also bright and I think personally It's more of a daytime scent for me. It opens very strongly with the bergamont and pepper, and the woodsy cedarwood and tonka bean give it a nice sweetness. and then its shifts to more of a floral tone. After about an hour, I could smell the coconut coming through, and the other florals. The ylang ylang is very light and the orchid scent is very intense too after a bit of wear time. It has a mild-moderate sillage and is definitely very sexy. I do think this could pass as a unisex scent, due to the salt and pepper in it, which definitely makes it feel like an edible scent, especially paired with the coconut. This has a lovely mix of florals and deeper woodsy scents, and the bergamont top note is the icing on the cake! Overall, beautiful scent and I can't wait to get more wear on it!

I feel like I need to comment on the reviews below saying that this version of Bronze Goddess smells exactly like Tom Ford's Soleil Blanc.... Wrong. They smell NOTHING alike!! Other than the coconut note, which is very different in both perfumes, there is no similarity. Yes they're both summer scents, but that's all they have in common. This perfume is so much nicer than Soleil Blanc in my opinion. Soleil Blanc smells like a cheap bug spray and Bronze Goddess Nuit is a beautiful, sexy vacation scent. I prefer Nuit to the OG Bronze Goddess for sure! If you like coconutty, beachy scents, this one is definitely worth checking out!

Personally, I find Bronze Goddess Nuit to be the Perfect Summertime scent. It is well balanced and the coconut isn’t too heavy (thank goodness). There’s enough “saltiness” in it but it is in proportion with the other “sweeter” notes so that it smells beautiful and very reminiscent of vacationing in a remote yet luxurious, tropical location near a beach... I know others will disagree with me, I completely understand. But I still find Bronze Goddess Nuit to be wonderful and very wearable during the Spring and Summer months. It is definitely worth a try...🌊🌴🌞

I’m head over heels for Bronze Goddess 2013. That being said, this has a similar base in a modern interpretation. The salt and ambroxan are clearly evident to me, but I don’t mind. The ylang and coconut are the stars of this beachy frag. I like it, it’s good. Poor me though! After one sniff my husband claimed the bottle, and has been wearing it as his signature layered with Golden Sands. I enjoy it on him, for sure. It’s so linked to him in my mind, I’m sticking to wearing BG 2013 for my Bronze Goddess fix.

TikTok shop currently has a travel size duo of Nuit and the OG EDP available for $39! I'll update my review when mine arrives in the mail. :) ** Update 5/31 - LOVE this! Alien Goddess Intense is one of my favorites, and I can see the comparisons to Nuit. Nuit is more tropical-leaning and far less jasmine forward IMO. I'm surprised by all the reviews stating this smells "fresh" when it verges into fancy sunscreen territory to my nose, but the OG EDP is definitely on the fresh side.

Lovely version of Bronze Goddess. It does still retains the Bronze Goddess base, but is a lot more jasmine, bergamot, and marine/salty/watery musky -- like from the Bronze Goddess Azur 2020. Has a creamy sun lotion note here, but it is very subtle. Not getting noticeable black pepper. Easy wear for Summer. Still tropical, beachy. Leans more of a daytime scent despite the added "Nuit" to the name.

Tropical paradise in a bottle! I LOVE this! It doesn’t smell like the original Bronze Goddess at all, (which I still like). It is the beautiful tropical fragrance I just want to breathe in. Silage and longevity is nicely average. It’s funny, but I dislike pepper, jasmine, and cashmere which is supposed to be in this. I don’t smell them at all. Just tropical flowers and perhaps some coconut.

this is theeee IT girl summer fragrance! I have been stopped so many times in the summer when i've worn this! it starts off spicy/citrusy then develops into a nice floral coconut scent. i love it so much!! the coconut isn't overwhelmingly strong, the white florals still come through and the warm tonka bean smells lush after dry-down. this is exactly what I envision as summer in a bottle.

Picked this up since there was a discount for Estée Lauder perfumes. Really love this scent, warm floral with a spicy citrus opening. Definitely look forward to wearing this out in the summer though finding myself craving this scent and reaching for it to remind me of warmer days. A good add to collection if you’re looking for a new summer perfume.

I became Ila little obsessed with this fragrance over the summer. I like the beach notes and the addition of salt in there elevates it slightly over others I’ve worn. This one lasts several hours on my skin and I would say it’s work friendly as well. I always enjoy wearing it and it makes me feel like I need a trip to the beach

I cannot shout enough about how like Mugler Womanity this is! Not quite the same sillage, this sits closer, but that same salty, suncream freshness. The jasmine is very much front and centre (surprises me the notes votes are so low!) I get COCONUT without getting sweet - more like Tiare and coconut. Love it. Love it. Love. It.

If you are looking for a more refined and elegant tropical scent this is the perfect one. The coconut scent is a more adult, salty coconut, not the usual sweet and sticky coconut that you often find in other tropical scents. Cashmere wood and ambroxan makes it soft and close to the skin, but still long lasting.

This piece is a close to skin scent and it ́s so good. My first impression was that it was gonna be heavy on the coconut, but it ́s not.I smell the pepper and jasmine too. Unusual combination. The orchid also stands out. Bronze Goddess Nuit is perfect for lazy summerdays both day and night. Rate 9/10.

I love this scent, was repeatedly applying it in airports. Such a fresh coconut scent! Beautiful. Would’ve purchased it if I hadn’t got gifted the seychelles perfume by the white company which smells almost identical, TWC’s version is just slightly creamier. 5/5

Smells a lot like a really nice sun-spray. Pineapple-coconut esque, definitely a summer scent. Tropical, not too sweet. The tonka and cashmere give it a little warm coziness. Light and nice to wear with moderate longevity. Definitely not a bad purchase :)

Never really cared for Bronze Goddess; however, ladies, this perfume is different. Nice. It smells like the Tom Ford perfume for sure. It smells expensive. The dry down is really nice. It lasts! I would definitely buy again. Not that expensive either.

This is wonderful, it takes me back to snorkeling and swimming in the sea. This is the best in the Bronze Goddess line. It is also incredibly similar to Soleil Blanc at about only 1/3 the price. Definitely a keeper!

I fall in love with this from the first time i smell it on paper in the shop ☺️☺️ it’s kinda remind me of armani my way ..i don’t own it but i hope that the dry down of this is not disappointed..

Summer in the bottle. Gorgeous summer fragrance that doesn’t smell like a cheap sunscreen. One of two fragrances in my collection that I have a backup bottle at all times.

One of the sexiest summer scent. But the longevity is so bad honestly. I can barely smell it within an hour.

Right at the opening, I really notice the pepper. There's also some brightness from the bergamot and ylang ylang, but neither feels overpowering. To me, the pepper seems to balance the sweetness of the ylang. It fades fairly quickly, and then the coconut heart starts to reveal itself. The coconut is definitely the star here! It's not thick, creamy or sweet like most coconut frags. Instead, it smells like fresh coconut flesh and its water. I also pick up on the salt, though it softens after a while. Thankfully the salt note never smells like urine on my skin, which is the issue I had with Rabanne Olympea! There's a slight floral lift from the orchid and jasmine, but neither takes centre stage, and the jasmine never becomes indolic. The florals stay very soft and almost shy really. For most of the wear, I smell airy coconut, ylang ylang and just a hint of those delicate florals, all dusted with salt. It's like everything has been dipped in seawater and left to dry in the warm sun! As it settles, a little more sweetness appears, balanced by a dry warm base of sun-bleached woods. Nothing shouts for attention though. So this is an airy, watery tropical scent that's very easy to wear. It isn't particularly sweet overall, which gives it a relaxed beachy vibe. It also doesn't smell too strongly like sunscreen (at least not to my nose!). You could happily wear it anywhere, not just for Nuit as the name suggests... but for a chilled day by the beach too! Personally, I like this, but don't love it, and there's other tropical scents i'd absolutely reach for first. I prefer more creamy, tiare or jasmine focused scents for summer wear. I'll use this sample until it's gone but wouldn't upgrade to a full bottle.

Opens with bergamot, jasmine, and ylang. Very sultry and sexy, pretty much the personification of a hot summer night. Salt-rimed coconut at the heart, but not too heavy. Lots of night blooming florals and creamy, ambery warmth. Black pepper adds a touch of spice. Beautifully woody base accentuated with mellow tonka which showcases the florals to perfection. Starts to take on a bit of a sunscreen vibe as it fades out. A sweet scent, but not cloying. Similar vibes to Alien Goddess, which for the record I don’t really like; this is much more wearable. Fabulous for summer evenings. Projection is moderate, at least to begin with. Longevity isn’t the greatest; the initial intensity fades within the first hour, but it remains as a more intimate scent for around 2-3 hours beyond that. I probably won’t add a full bottle to my collection as jasmine isn’t a floral I particularly enjoy and it’s fairly prominent here. A beautiful scent all the same though, and one I’m glad I tried.

a coconutty floral with mellow tonka, and a sprinkling of pepper and salt! there's no vanilla in this versus the original BG, and this has ambroxan instead of amber. the two fragrances are dissimilar except for the dry coconut in the background. BG Nuit is overall much 'drier' and less sweet than the original, with the pepper and salt notes, while the original has a kind of honeyed amber and a sweet, creamy vanilla. the lack of amber makes Nuit more airy and light than the original, and Nuit is less 'perfumey' if that makes sense. the amber in BG is a little strong for my nose (as an amber lover), and Nuit somehow feels more wearable for summer, as amber can feel too heavy in hot weather for me. this is a sophisticated, sexy version of coconut body sprays.

I like this and am on the fence about adding it into my collection. I like the fruity spicy coconut vibes. The spice to me is reminiscent of Versace Crystal Noir EDP, but Bronze Goddess is a lot sweeter, less floral, and a bit salty. This might work for people who want a more tropical version of Olympea because of the salt note. As for comparison to Tom Ford Soleil Blanc, I do not find them similar at all. I find Nuit to be bold and clear, while TF is smooth, blended, and soft. Nuit is spicier and sweeter, TF is slightly powdery and more vanillic. Both are good, just different. ETA 7/2024: Got this recently and it is lovely. Very much an elegant, beachy, suncreen-y coconut floral. I really enjoy the bergamot top note and the hidden sweet drydown.

Went to Belk (small town problems) for towels and came out with this scent. I’d been hunting for a summer Beachy vibe scent that was an easy grab and go and I found it in her. I also own Tom Ford Soleil Blanc and although in the same wheelhouse I find the Estée Lauder version just a bit more “Bath & Body Works.” I’m not mad though. It’s an easy grab for summer and the price point makes over-spraying less painful. Bronze Goddess Nuit is a bit more in your face where TF is more subtle and expensive smelling. I’ll wear her to the barn and see if she can hold up to the heat and report back on her staying power but she has so far delivered what she promised (Beachy, salty, cocunutty, Ylang.)

I feel like I must be the only person than has never tested Soleil Blanc Tom Ford 😂 Anyway when I sprayed this my first thought was - has Estée Lauder repackaged Sensuous Nude? curious that it was discontinued last year. Now that I have got home and can compare them SN is slightly more perfumey/classy whilst BGN is more beachy but overall very similar. Also similar to Chant d'Extase Nina Ricci which replaces the coconut with caramel. As for the scent. Salty sweet creamy marine - your skin but on holiday. I wear these scents quite a bit during the summer, I have this genre covered at the moment but I would consider this as a replacement for those listed above in the future.

It’s summer here in Australia and I’ll use this as a light day time scent. The coconut and tonka (very vanilla like) come through the strongest for me and give it the lotion-like vibes other reviewers have mentioned. I’ve sprayed the original Bronze Goddess on one arm to compare it and the tiare flower there is strong initially and then settles to a sweet and delicate coconut-floral. BG Nuit’s salty note and the tonka are the key differences to my nose. It’s quite light in terms of projection and became more of a skin scent on me in about 2 hours. I’ll definitely take this on holiday as it’s very easy to wear. I like them both!

I bought my first bottle of this 3 years ago, to use during a holiday in the Maldives. I was wearing this in the mornings but mostly in the evenings, after showering following a day in the sun and the sea. I remember enjoying delicious frozen coconut margaritas, while relaxing in the beautiful sun, looking at the most wonderful sea, surrounded by tropical plants and flowers and powdery white sand. That's what this perfume smells like to me. It is a perfect summer and beach scent. Longevity is not great but it lasts a long time on clothes. I am wearing it today 💙

Mmm definately the DNA of the OG, but with a few extra notes. Its not as appealing as the OG. I like it but not a love like with OG. I get almost a star anise type note that thankfully goes away quickly cos thats not appealing at all to me. Something spicy, but I wouldn't think it was the pepper note. This fragrance is more savoury leaning than sweet like OG. Not gourmand but definately darker. Guess time will tell. A like, but no love just yet...

Nice scent, creamy, yes it‘s yummy. And also sexy. It doesn‘t really smell like coconut in my opinion, but more like an undefinite sweet dessert cream. You can smell that it was created by the same perfumer who created Black Opium but it’s better, more wearable. It doesn‘t last long but as long as it lasts it’s nice. I wouldn‘t buy it again because longevity is poor.

I tried this on the clearance rack, and I liked it but didn't love it. It smells like a slightly richer take on the new classical coconut and vanilla summer scent with a nice salt, cashmere and tonka undertone that could allow this scent to work well into the autumn. If you like the profile, it's a good one.

Lasts longer than the OG Bronze Goddess. The creaminess and black pepper go well together. It smells nice but imo will only work in warm weather. It’s better worn for an afternoon lunch or to go grocery shopping. It’s not a fancy perfume by any means. Overall 7/10.

This was my first BG purchase. I am not a fan of coconut scent, and I liked that it was not a dominant note. Overall creamy and pleasant. I like BG EDP better, which seems to be slightly more complex and more well-rounded.

Smells more like a everyday scent to me. it is really nice. a bit too citrusy but i will for sure put it to use. the only downside is that it doesn't last too long on my skin.

Very lovely coconut and orchid perfume, not too sweet. Salt is a skin note on my skin, but it is very nice.

More yellow florals and salt compared to the original. Same coconut suntan lotion base.

Bronze Goddess Nuit is all salted coconut and creamy florals topped with pepper. It is warmer and richer than the other versions of BG, but by no means is it a "night" fragrance. Still has that BG DNA but is a lot more savory. I thought that pepper would be the note that would potentially bother my nose, but I'm starting to understand that ylang-ylang and I don't always get along. Here, it's almost too buttery when combined with the salty coconut. Nuit just falls flat for me and does not transport me to a summer holiday mindset the way other tropical fragrances do. I'll stick with Azur, which I adore.

If you want a floral fresh coconut this is it. I think it’s a scent most people will like and although I see the appeal the florals just come through for me too much. I like a very coconuty sweet juicy scent for summer and this is more of a clean coconut with a dash of sunscreen.

This is actually almost 1:1 Carner Barcelona La playa and almost nothing in common with Soleil Blanc. I have a bottle of La playa, so will pass.

I don't really like pepper. I was supposed to get the original bronze goddess and the staff mixed them up, but this is alright too.

This smells beautiful on paper but just evaporates on my skin. Very warm and comforting opening though!
