Etienne Aigner Pour Femme

I've been looking for a new fragrance that has rose accords in it and with the help of the reviews, I finally decide to blind buy this perfume. And I'm definitely glad that I did. The first spray was quite spicy and powerful because of the prominent pepper notes, but it quickly becomes fresh and sweet as the bergamot and mandarin notes appear. Then, the heart is filled with an elegant and feminine blend of ripe and sweet apricot with Bulgarian roses. The heart is already lush and beautiful on its own, but the patchouli, musk and amber accords make the fragrance even more divine. I found the patchouli notes to be quite minty and sometimes dirty on my skin, but the almond notes soften it down and giving it a more feminine touch. The musk notes in this are also really gorgeous. This is a feminine, elegant and classy fragrance. Perfectly suitable for a mature lady. However, it is not an "old lady" scent in any way. I also adore the fact that this fragrance somehow manages to add fresh citrusy notes to it without making the scent seems sporty or masculine. This is a very beautiful and well-made fragrance indeed, especially considering the somewhat inexpensive price. The sillage is very decent too. It is definitely noticeable, yet it is not overly heavy that it became overwhelming. The fragrance lasted around 6 to 7 hours on my skin. But the longevity on fabric is no joke. I sprayed it on a handkerchief as a tester and the scent lasted for around a week. Well, I guess that this will be my new favourite perfume~

Upsideisi - how on earth could I, again, (du vet; det er sånn det begynner...), have forgotton to write a comment - on this ultra-mega-spectaculary beautiful perfume? About 40 years ago there was a shop in Bergen, Norway, who manufactured EA perfumes, and me and my bestfriend, also bestfriends now, sniffed their beautiful perfumes, my nose and brain could never forget the excitement, of cause I couldnt afford to buy anything than, but, things changes, and I found this beauty online, and bought it in november 2019, because of your nice comments, and I love to use it now and than, but mostly "now"; it has a soft, clean and soapy smell, and it gives me assosiations to Issey Miyakes perfumes. In my nose, there is the pepper, the rose, the apricot and the freesia. In the drydown it also reminds me of Samba of PW. I think this perfume is perfect for office and every other occations you want to smell really-really good, with a touch of poshy elegance :D

This was on my test list for quite a while now and I decided to purchase it together with another fragrance, because I happened to see it was available at that particular webshop and have not seen it around anywhere else... so it kinda felt like "now or never!!!" So it became a NOW and I do not regret it! I am very happy with this blind purchase! This is some pretty good stuff! I have a weak spot for fragrances that open with notes of orange, manderine, and/or bergamot. I just love the juicy, soft sweet freshness of them! Here they are nicely accompanied by a touch of pepper which is not at all overpowering, but adds a nice spicy kick to it! Then comes the floral heart in which the rose takes the lead, softened by sweet apricot. Amber really creates a lovely, round and warm finish in the base where I can also find the slightest touch of almond... I really dig this frag! Up to my favorite shelf it goes!! *****

i finally bought this perfume after a lot of research and i think i've made an excellent choise!as soon as i tried it on,everybody at work said they loved it!they actually said that it"sticks"in the nose for some time after you smell it..in a good way!the notes of this perfume are so elegant and i would say it's a trademark smell that you cannot forget.i am not sure about the lasting power though..anyway,my opinion is that you should try it on.you will definately be surprised!

the opening is kinda sweet, very floral fruity :) pepper however got lost somehow, true there's a similarity to chloe edp but chloe is more floral, this one to me there's a bit of sweetness.. surprisingly i'm very much liking it ;) edit: after awhile i got a hint of pepper and soft musk & amber, still beautiful frangrance, very wearable

I want this perfume so badly this perfume is to die for , I was surprised when I smell it it was sooo elegant and the dry down almond soo creamy I can't stop sniffing the paper the staying power are great too it has an oriental style and that what I like about a mix between Arabic & French perfume in my wish list soon in shaa allah

I love this one! Usually I find rosy fragrances too strong and headache indusing but not this one. Super feminine, stylish, elegant. Lingers beautifully. I see hardly similarities to Chloe fragrances. This and Escada's Especially Elixir are the ones I can wear from rosy lines

Oh gosh,... I'm wearing it again now and I'm seriously almost drooling over this stuff! :) It's too bad that it's not more popular/well known. Anyone who doesn't know this perfume yet is surely missing out on something extremely lush! ♥♥♥♥♥

This fragrence is similar to Chloe edp. So beautiful and deep. I couldn't smell peppar or bergamot. Just a lovely wave of rose, patchouli, mandarine and amber. This will be a favorite in my collection. And the price is really cheap though.

A lovely fragrance that makes you feel so positive and happy. It's noticeable but not annoying. I love it and my husband likes it and he rarely likes any perfume. I strongly recommend.

This much elegance and high quialuty is almost unbelievable for such a cheapy!! It reminds me dior midnight poison,don't mistake me they ARE differant but I can see some similarities,maybe it's about dominant peppery citrus rose in a patchouli base..I also find similarities between this one and chloe edp,but despite all this similarities,I find aigner pour femme one of those fragrances that own an individual personality Aigner femme is a wearable oriental,it's not light,but also not very heavy and bold,ypu can wear it all around the year and it's a great choice for who is not a perfume fan and wants just one oriental perfume to wear in every occasion It opens with spiced citrus notes,fresh but not sporty,soon a heady rose,apricut and almond kick in,dry down is warm,sexy and not very original,dominant patch,and a hint of musk and amber It's mature but not old lady like,it's really cost worthy and longevity and sillage are other positive points,it stays on my skin pretty long with a very good sillage

I wouldn't say this is a romantic fragrance for dates at all, this smells far more luxurious and streams success. Although not included of course, I feel like she comes with a pair of pure grade, diamond stud earrings. Pepper and citrus is most prominent to me, and I appreciate the musk, which sides this away from Chloe. I use to wear Chloe for years in my early 30's so I do smell the similarities (cedar, freesia, amber, rose) and I get it. The spice and musk is what makes this different from Chloe. She's sophisticated (and means money) and I feel like I'd enjoy wearing this to a professional dinner or to Las Vegas with my girlfriends.

This one was a love from first sniff, very sophisticated yet still classy and elegant. I thick this perfume is not everyone’s cup of tea, my sis hates it and i think a lot of people can’t stand it beacuse of its extreme sillage. Personally i realy love unique scents and this one is truly unique and I can’t remember any perfume reminding me of this one. For me i would wear it if i am going to a fancy and calssy dinner.

i got it from my friend as a birthday present... first time i spray it to my body i thought it kinda strong.. but after a while its getting softer. and suprisingly i more and more like it after i used couple of times. its elegant but soft and feminine.. its long lasting on me, more than 5 hours.

I did not expect it to smell that elegant since the price is almost cheap here in my country.The drydown on paper is warm and soft and a little bit spicy like a wearable well behaved oriental :)it is not very original but it is versatile and worth buying, reminds me of Baiser Vole Cartier.

For such a cheapie, this is amazing. On my skin, it develops into a dupe of CK Escape, but almost as if it was Escape in an EDT version. Much more wearable for me. The play between the rose and apricot is just cozy.

I really don’t see it same as chloe edp. It even far off from chloe. Really mature scent, at least 30++. Good silage and longevity. I can’t smell any floral from it, the opening is straight citrusy and spicy then developed into woody patchouly. If you’re looking for something similar to chloe, best not to blind buy (which unfortunately what i did)

I smell many different notes in here, however, for some reason it smells very strongly of some kind of woody note. I don't like it. It might actually be pepper and not wood - I don't know. This is also very heavy on the musk - I know this because I get head aches from it, and the more musk there is in a perfume, the faster I get a head ache. This gave me an instant head ache and didn't go away even after me trying to scrub it off with soap :(

This was a blindbuy for me based on the reviews here, i totally regret, its nothing like chloe edp. I spray it and it quickly disappears. Plus it smells like insect killer.

Etienne Aigner Pour Femme tends to pop up in my Ebay suggestions quite a bit these days. It intrigued me to say the least, but as a blind buy I was cautious. I stumbled upon Etienne Aigner Pour Femme just last week whilst browsing one of my favourite discount perfumeries. Needless to say I tested it as soon as I saw it on the shelf. I'm a huge fan of patchouli. It's one of those notes I just can't get enough of, especially during the cooler months. Etienne Aigner Pour Femme has a rather dominant patchouli accord, further complimented by black pepper, sharp citrus and a hint of rose oil. This fragrance draws some comparisons to some popular niche scents. It also reminds me a little of YSL's Elle. The quality of this fragrance is superb, especially when you take into consideration the affordable price tag that Etienne Aigner Pour Femme bears. The longevity cannot be faulted, lasting throughout the day, from early morning to late evening. Although marketed to women, Etienne Aigner Pour Femme could easily be unisex. It has that sharp patchouli note often found in Arabic oils. Those of you that adore thick, resinous orientals may well indeed enjoy wearing Etienne Aigner Pour Femme.

I'm not familiar with Chloe EDP and flankers so I can't compare this fragrance to those. For me this is a classy scent, and familiar somehow, it has a particular fruity watery accord that is a bit reminiscent to the melon-aquatics from the 90's (Diamonds and Sapphires and maybe CK Escape, too) but here a green, powdery rose (very familiar from YSL Paris) dominates and saves the fragrance from going too far in that direction. The citruses keeps the composition fresh and more dry and again: green than sweet, however, i find a slight creamyness - like a body lotion - in it. Nothing cheap or synthetic smelling here, in my opinion. The rose is very close to being a realistic rose fragrance, not the bulgarian rose oil type but the beautiful crisp smell of real rosesmixed with the smell of other summer flowers in a garden.

This is quite a different take on fruity-floral fragrance. While most fruity floral fragrances widely marrying the rose and peach scents, Aigner Pour Femme is more to a ripe, luscious apricot and sweet mandarin, along with the creamy-nutty almond eccentuated by the spicy and musky-floral accord. To my nose, it is not all about apricot-mandarin duo that gives the fruity vibe to this fragrance. There are hints of sweet, ripe pineapple, juicy rockmelon, and honey dew in the background, exalted by the earthy sweet amber and patchouli. Aigner Pour Femme is a well-made, long-lasting, and powerfully-feminine fragrance, with a wonderful projection. A beautiful fragrance indeed.

This smells beautiful. On my skin the notes don't change that much from top to base. It's sweet, a bit spicy and dries creamy.. Sexy enough but not loud. It is seducing yet comforting kind of scent. And it IS elegant. I just got it this morning and lasts around 3hours on my skin, then i took a shower in the evening, spritz again and layered with Balmain Ambre Gris and ohlalaaa it smells even more seducing, stronger and lasts LONGER. Perfect blind buy and i'm sure i'll reach this bottle quite often. Feminine but NOT old-lady scent, it smells like a parisienne walking classy down the street wrapped in elegant fur.. j'adore!

First i thought this is a smell-bomb: way too heavy, but also a statement making scent, by no means polite or gentle. Then i thought it smells very 80s, very strong, intense, nauseating if i may... Yes the patchouli is dominant, and dry.. but there are so many other things in here! I believed there were at least 10 flowers here, but only rose and fresia are listed... i smell lily of the valley, carnation, iris, violet and orchid - how weird! To my nose, this is a flower oriental, a very long lasting one indeed. My mum loved it on me - but it gives me a headache!

Sorry for my review but this fume remind me a lot of Tang ...;) very orange-y but not freshly squeezed, a tad smoothy rosy and almond cream ending ... Sounds weird for someone but not bad at all ..really nice scent very chic and stylished and semi-formal for my taste (I do get a minimal similarity with JPG Madame mixed with Gerlain L'Instant Magic)both I have. Good for all year round..not too light nor overwhelming key scent is orange juice blended with almond.. Pleasant for day but not bold and special enough for me to go out night :P. Check it out !..

Strong and powerful. Definitely a women's perfume. It could not be for men or even unisex as it is extremely feminine. And at the same time very classy, elegant and sexy. I can't detect the bergamot, the perfume is sweet, but not overly sweet, with very good sillage and staying power. I also think it is better on mature and dynamic women 35+. Aigner pour Femme is not an all-day perfume. You'd better wear it afternoon, evening or late in the night especially, ladies, if you want to be very-very seductive!

A classy one for the sweet tastes .. It opens with strong & heady flowers, then drys down with a sticky sweetness as smells exactly as burnt sugar, alot of apricot jam is here ,, too sweet The lasting power & sillage are amazing .. it lasts strong till the next day & more. This bomb should be used carefully in the right time & the right place, it would be so perfect Or if not it may kill a person as the poster below said hehehe :D

This is one of the best perfume surprises I've experienced lately. What I love about it is how it manages to be obviously citrusy, elegant and sexy - all at the same time. Usually citruses make perfumes sound more sporty and masculine but not in this case. This perfectly fits dressed up occasions and is also appropriate for everyday. I can't wait to add it to my collection.

This perfume was a blind buy for me based on the reviews here. I am not disappointed. The opening is spicy with the pepper, kinda reminded me of Fatale Agent Provocateur with with pink pepper as well. But the dry down is gorgeous with the almond-amber-wood combo. I love it. But, it does not last for three hours so need respraying.

Whoah, the drydown on this one is luxurious! Not sure if I care for the mandarin, but overall this fragrance is very rounded, robust, cozy and mature. I have noticed some brief leathery notes in the opening as well.

What a nice surprise, classy and elegant. Suitable for an office and dinner out. Not mentioning the price-bargain for this beauty!!! And it really reminds me of Chloe which I love. Best blind buy

very,very similar to CHLOE eau de parfum,may be litle strong,more whinter....but similar "chloe".this parfume is femm ,elegant& interesting

Strange, this is similar to A*Men Mugler for me.
