Aurien Platiné

In 2011, Eudora launched Aurien. Its rounded, gold-colored bottle carried a fragrance created for the exuberant woman. The composition brought notes of wild strawberry, mandarin, raspberry, gardenia, and ylang-ylang, among others. Shortly after, it was the turn of Rubra and Nigra versions, but only the original is still available in the company's e-commerce. In 2017, Eudora decided to relaunch the Aurien line and brought a new visual pattern, thinking about the relationship between women and jewelry, combining luxury and seduction into a single product through bottles that resemble gemstones. Aurien Platiné was only released in 2018 (I was there, at the launch event) and alludes to the beauty of platinum. It is classified as a chypre-fruity scent and has an opening of bergamot with a body of plums and Damascus rose, which rest on a background of vanilla and patchouli, in addition to the Eudora Secret's accord. For this perfume, the sales force was instructed about the olfactory path that the fragrance follows, with reference to the one of 212 VIP Rosé (Carolina Herrera). It is worth reinforcing, once again, that the indication of the olfactory path helps to trace an idea of the fragrance, not necessarily a comparison. Especially because the latter has a champagne note that stands out for its effervescence. Aurien Platiné has an extremely pleasant and energetic beginning. The company only listed bergamot, but I came to think of grapefruit, pear, and even lychee. And the cool thing is that the smell of the plum hitches fast and it seems like it was there, on the top, all the time. At least on my skin, I did not find the output sweet, as I got to read in some comments. But Aurien Platiné's beauty is due to the queen of flowers: the rose. In this fragrance, several of its facets have been explored and it is possible to feel the more blazing side (lemony), as well as its powdery drying. The combination with the fruity notes is balanced and lasts for several hours. Finally, the base brings an earthier aspect of patchouli, which, in any case, is very smooth. Vanilla does not scare, nor does it sweeten unnecessarily. And, just between us, if it did, it would spoil the beauty of this creation. What resides here is a sensual and musky accord, the result of the brand's famous exclusive compound. Aurien Platiné is a sophisticated, contemporary, elegant, versatile, and of great performance scent. To make things better, it also has an excellent spray valve, which spreads a soft mist when pressed.
