In Love and For Life, respectively, the female and male fragrance were Eudora's bets for the month of June 2020, when Valentine's Day is celebrated in Brazil. The concept of companionship was transmitted, visually, through the perfume bottles, in different colors and textures that complement each other. In Love presents a fragrance classified as floral, whose subfamily is also floral. It has notes of mandarin, lychee, bergamot, and raspberry leaves in the top part. In the body, it has a floral bouquet of Muguet, Jasmine Sambac, white peony, gardenia, and the exclusive accord of the brand, known as Segredo de Eudora (Eudora's Secret). Finally, the base reveals notes of sandalwood, vanilla, musk, and patchouli. On the skin, the fragrance of In Love pleases me. It is elegant and creamy in evolution, in which the gardenia note shows its value. But it will be easier to imagine its scent, as you read this review if I tell you that In Love behaves like a floral-fruity scent. The initial explosion is cheerful and full of aquatic and citrusy nuances, bringing a juicy content of mandarin and lychee. It pleases and gives immediate versatility, which helps in quick sales. In a short time, flowers dominate and jasmine falls in love with gardenia. Together, they reveal a more sophisticated side, worthy of commercially more expensive fragrances. That said, I do not find it difficult to receive praise and questions about the name, brand, and value of the purchase. When completely dry and properly evolved, the fragrance of In Love deactivates its engines and glides on the skin, only with the help of factors such as hydration, temperature, and its wearer's chemistry. That's why there are criticisms regarding its longevity. On me, durability was not a problem. However, the loss of potency seems to be a common sense and the fragrance of In Love tends to become very discreet over time. For some women, reason enough to become a signature scent; for others, the death! In Love is not an innovative perfume. On the contrary, it is similar to countless others. For example, I found myself thinking about the famous 212 (Carolina Herrera) several times when both are at the height of their flowering nuances. Anyway, In Love seems to be the type of floral perfume that does not bother, even the youngest, because the fruity output helps to create a timeless and graceful effect. Worth trying, especially when on sale.
