Rummo Liberdade

Rummo Liberdade was released in 2019, along with Rummo Aventura. The new masculine line of Eudora proposed, as a concept, to find freedom through new experiences. On the visual aspect, Rummo Liberdade brought a bottle of a design similar to the classic Burberry For Men and was painted in a very beautiful gradient of blue tones, which does not evolve in the vertical direction, but in the horizontal and starting from the center. The fragrance of Rummo Liberdade has notes of lime and mandarin on top; lavender, geranium, and rosemary, in the body; vetiver, cedar, and the exclusive Eudora’s Secret accord, in the base. It is classified as fougère-fresh but presents itself in an aromatic way on the skin. At the time of its launch, the retailers were instructed about the olfactory path that Rummo Liberdade followed, having as reference the fragrance of Polo Blue (Ralph Lauren). However, the latter is famous for its melon nuances and the freshness of cucumber, which are not present in this cologne of Eudora. On my skin, Rummo Liberdade is less citrusy than it proposes and also does not bring as much lavender as is disclosed in the press release. It is, basically, a fragrance of mandarin, rosemary, and cedar, with some ozonic facets – taking the mind to the blue color – with aromatic and dry evolution. The positive point, in my opinion, is that Rummo Liberdade pleases (very much) the public of my country (Brazil), especially the male. It is a scent for daily use, it has versatility, it does not tire the sense of smell and it does not go astray in the heat. Obviously, the durability will depend on some factors, but stating that it reaches seven or eight hours on the skin is dangerous because there are already complaints about its longevity. On myself, I continued to feel it after five hours of application, but very close to the skin. To conclude, I commend the positioning of Eudora, which usually offers several fragrances with more than 75ml for less than R$ 100, which is what the Brazilian needs to buy national products, instead of going search for the more accessible imported ones, or even for the brands of knockoffs.
