Love Express

This had been my signature scent for many many years and replaced Charlotte Russe's Refuge, and guys went crazy over Refuge, but my guy was addicted to this one, Love Express. He could never forget this scent and he craved it. There is nothing like it. People say it is generic or typical. To me it is so special and unique in the white floral genre. It's so fresh, ethereal and with the right amount of sweetness. Nothing compares. It will always be my number one love. I consider it same family as Kaleidoscope by BBW, my new signature, and both contain iris, so I must be very attracted to iris.

This fragrance is SO GOOD! I am in love! I feel like this is a mix between Victoria's Secret Bombshell and Victoria's Secret Tease with something extra added in. This is a feminine and happy fragrance that is appropriate to wear for any occasion. It has become my new favorite, even over my higher end fragrances. Give this a try if you love girly happy scents and want something that is very versatile in terms of wearability.

I got the opportunity to smell this 2nite at the mall and I have to say it smells pretty good. I was actually quite surprised at the quality of the ingredients and how they mix w/ one another creating a beautiful fragrance. This is a fun, light-hearted scent and can be worn day or night... EDIT- I scored a 3.4oz bottle at a good price using a promotional coupon... So I only paid $38.40 vs $59.90... SWEET!!!

This used to be my signature scent. A friend bought it for me in high school, and I wore it into my early 20s. I got compliments pretty much every time I wore it! So sad they don’t make it any more. I’m tempted to buy one of the resell bottles but it’s hard to justify $150+ on what used to be a $30 perfume. Apparently the reformulation is pretty different... so sad when companies do this.

The original was the best fruity, clean, sporty floral that I've encountered next to Ralph. It's so pretty and mass appealing with a fresh, sparkling fruit and crisp floral middle softened with warm vanilla musk. When it first came out you'd get 6 hours of projection and 2 hours skin scent. Every time I wore this people commented about the scent.

I love this one. My new favorite is victorias secret bombshell, but this is a close runner up. I actually first smelled this in a coupon circular from express with a sample. I got this for Christmas and I'm glad I did. It's one of the best out there currently. Very expensive, but worth it!

I did not expect to like this so much, but WOW! To me, this smells like an expensive, fruity hairspray in the best possible way. I feel flirty and pretty when I wear this. Perfect for spring/summer but easy to throw on any time. Compliment getter for sure and lasts a while.

I keep going back to this scent and always get compliments. The blend of fruit, floral and musk is done perfectly with one not outdoing the other. They all harmonize really well into a clean scent with a hint of fruit and dry down of musk. This is a winner.

for me its the perfect soft sweet scent. a lot of sweet scents remind me of shampoo in the locker room. this one is pleasantly sweet and long lasting. use less for day and more for night or layer it with the lotion

This actually is a really really really great scent!! I didn't expect much, but Love Express legitimately stood its own in terms of sillage, staying power, and scent. To begin with, Love Express is a happy but sophisticated fruity-floral. Not very sweet, but rather very feminine grown-up floral bouquet spiked by blackberry notes. The best part is the drydown, which weaves vanilla and musk masterfully into a skin scent that still maintains good sillage. I wouldn't call this a very clean smell . . . the musky base is slightly animalistic, but not too out there. The staying power is incredible. I sprayed a bit on the tippy-top of my index finger at the start of my shopping. Even after hours of shopping and touching things with the finger, the scent was persistent and I kept getting whiffs of it! It didn't come off until I washed my hands later. Definitely made my mall trip that much more enjoyable that day! :) Definitely a girl-next-door scent instead of the clubbing image Express projects, but delightful nevertheless. It's not terribly unique, but I still enjoy it! I probably wouldn't buy it for myself, but I'd genuinely appreciate it if it were a gift. Thumbs up!

I remember LOVING this smell when it first came out but I didn't buy a bottle because it was too expensive and it wasn't cheap on ebay yet. I hope to get my hands on this soon so I can enjoy the smell again :)

This is one of my favorite spring and summer fragrances. Oddly enough I am not a fruity perfume lover, I actually don’t own any other fruity fragrances, but this one is good. The dry down is absolutely beautiful, a warm fruity floral with a touch of warm vanilla, not edible sweet. I can’t stop wearing it!! It has become harder to find and you have to be careful because there are a lot of places selling an “EDT version” that smells nothing like the EDP and I’m not sure Express ever sold the EDT. I just lucked up and ordered a 3.4 ounce on the regular Express website but it’s already out of stock again. I was assured I would be receiving the item in 7-10 days. Hopefully they will start restocking this item again sooner than later.

I was shopping in express and I smelled some one spray this fragrance. It immediately caught my attention. I walked over to the display and to my surprise I realized its a duplicate of ed hardys first fragrance of women. Its almost identical. Easily replaced.

Love Express is sickly sweet straight from the bottle and I cannot imagine testing this on my skin.

Love Express is sweet, summery, playful and breezy. It's not necessarily a "standout" fragrance but very clean smelling and just pretty. The pineapple in this blends beautifully with the florals, so the whole tropical punch body spray vibe is avoided. It's quite reminiscent of the Victoria's Secret Pink and Ralph Lauren Big Pony collections. It also reminds me of Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy and one of the iterations of Burberry Summer. I am quite sure I'll reach for this this often in the summer months, as it's the kind of thing I would wear during a morning at the farmer's market or grabbing a mocha at my favourite coffee shop. I bought my rollerball on sale, so I'm cool with this not being the most unique fragrance on the planet. A small portion of my collection is just for fun. :)

I smelled this when I was at Express store last time and was surprised that it smelled nice. Its fruity, its musky, its clean with just a touch of sweetness which must be the vanilla because I can't smell it otherwise. I don't think this fragrance is terribly unique but its nice. It doesn't smell as generic as VS fragrances in my opinion. I impulsively bought a roll on but regreted it later because lasting power is minimal. I went through mine at no time flat because I would apply it all over and it faded completely in less than an hour. Still looking for long lasting fruity scent...the search continues...

A review here said this smells very similar to VS's Bombshell and I totally agree. They have very similar notes. This is Bombshell when she's not feeling her usual self; romantic, silently seductive and elegant, BUT still remains clean, flirty & sexy. The pineapple note, which is turned up several notches compared to Bombshell, gives Love Express a playful approach to sexuality. Love Express isn't bad. The vanilla allows this perfume to last longer and gives this fragrance a warmer feel, compared to Bombshell's soft and sensual nature. But I still prefer Bombshell!

Well the new formulation that's in express smells like a very Gardenia heavy floral fragrance with some really light sweetness. Its not Fruity at all. Glad I didn't blind buy it. I did however buy the original formulation, hearing that it's stronger and longer lasting...I'll circle back with a comparison. Okay SO I got the original formulation and It is different from the current formulation. The original smells like if you mixed tease and bombshell. Still not any distinguishable fruits but you definitely get that Gardenia the same way you do in tease.

This has a lot going on. At first, it seems like a basic floral and fresh scent.... but the fruits really come out in the dry down... such a delicious blackberry, currant, pineapple and mandarin orange concoction!! With that lingering lily in the valley and a dab of vanilla for extra depth. It's an addictive scent... I find myself sniffing my wrist throughout the day. Haha. I buy the original bottles online because I heard the more recent remake missed the mark. You'll have to pay through the nose for it, but IMO it's worth having in a collection.

was excited to try this but wow what a disappointment, it smells like a clean scent and nothing special at all i need more uniqueness then this, kind reminds me of Curve by Liz Claiborne
