Bisou

I came across Bisou via ads on my social feed. At first glance, the visual image of the ad was striking. The bottle looked gorgeous! I didn't click but then it kept popping up across all my socials and it came up on my friends' too. Eventually, I clicked to find out more about the brand and my word I was impressed. It was the first time I came across a brand who actually had a proper heritage story. I loved how Francis kept going and built his perfumery with his wife, Anna. What really got me to buy was the act of kindness Francis extended to all his workers. He paid for the education of all their children and preserved the art of hand-crafted perfumery. After understanding all this, I bought without hesitation. When the package arrived, the box and bottle were pristine! You can feel the gold etchings on both!! The scent is just to die for! Quality sandalwood scents are tricky to find but I guess my search is know over since Bisou is the best perfume I've ever bought! 10/10

I absolutely love this perfume, it is so different to anything I have ever smelt before! I love how fresh it smells and the jasmine and patchouli is beautiful. It lasts all day and I get so many lovely compliments on this. Even the bottle is excellent quality, it looks so lovely on display. Will definitely be purchasing again!

I don't understand why Bisou has such a bad rating:( To me, it is very elegant and sophisticated. I like the spicy opening and the woody base is beautiful and intoxicating ! It is so lovely nowadays, in spring .

@AimeeDu - For a fragrance house that boosts a glorified pedigree and provenance, the bottles are laughably cheap looking, despite their "25% oil concentrate" whose statement also seems highly suspect. Probably fragrance impression oils. Fair's branding looks something I'd find in some obscure sales pile of a Dollar Tree/Rainbow's/Mandee's/Fashion Nova or some teenage polyester fast fashion equivalent that nobody buys. Kim Kardashian's and Paris Hilton's bottles are far more sophisticated and even those women aren't exactly exemplars of sophistication nor grandeur. Btw. I checked your previous reviews and while I understand not every big-hit is everybody's favorite, for you to say MFK's Baccarat Rouge 540, Mugler's Angel, Creed's Aventus are basically crap but this mystery house Fair Parfum gets a rating of 10/10 tells me *so* much about your weaselly modus operandi and tastes. If there's even any.

this fragrance is cheap smelling, and does not last.
