Whisky Nobile

Walking through the streets of a wonderful rainy Florence we stepped into the historic wooden boutique of Farmacia Ss. Annunziata, where a lovely girl with a beautiful florentine accent welcomed us. The name of this fragrance immediately caught my attention and i asked if i could try it. The first sniff left us stunned! A fine glass of whisky! The opening is strikingly realistic, with boozy and chocolatey notes, almost like biting one of those dark chocolate pralines filled with liqueur. As it dries down, the alcohol softens and gives way to some spicy facets, coffee, fruity hints reminiscent of dates that sweeten the blend, and a subtle smoky touch that I suppose comes from the oud. Warm, cozy, and perfectly suited for cold weather, it lasted all day on my skin with beautiful wafts in that rainy air. The memory is still in my mind. To me, it feels like the “for men” version of Angel’s Share: more masculine, more affordable, yet just as high in quality. I came back in the afternoon and happily brought a bottle home as a souvenir 😃

Beautiful. When I first wore it all I got was the whiskey. After a few wearings I pick up more cocoa and coffee. Not as sweet or boozey as I expected. More of a dry distilled whiskey with dark chocolate. Very sophisticated and probably not mass appealing. But I love it. I might be nose blind to it a little. I found it more subtle than expected but fantastic when over sprayed. Very addictive.

This one was here was hidden for the winter. a symbol of perfection, The adorable tasty opening of Whisky and Coco ( my Fav ), brings you to that state of royalty and luxury. The layering is a perfection, the more you leave it, the more intense it get. warning: This perfume is for Men , not for Boys. Over all: 9.5/10

I strangely like it. To me, it has a spicy grape scent. Like grape candy with a little alcohol kick to it. How odd! It is unlike any other perfumes I have experienced. I really was not expecting that at all.

Oh my god Oh my good god this an absolute master piece

Very boozy (of course), very sweet, very strong, fills a room for the first hour or two. Very long lasting, you will still smell it on your wrist in the morning. Powerful, very forward. Mature without being austere, somewhat playful and comforting. The sweetness is a lot though, and it feels slightly to the feminine side of unisex. It's a wonderful scent, though not my style. Recommend to sample first (as always), the level of chocolate sweetness could be polarizing for someone shopping for a boozy/warm fragrance. A quality product though, I find it attractive though it isn't something I want to wear. Would layer very well with a rose oil decant...

Got the massive sample pack - what a treat! A coworker visited Italy last year and gave my a massive sample pack just recently (back order). This is my first impression of the house - class! This is a slightly sweeter Tobacco Oud to my nose, but adds a layer of leather/hide to my nose. It reminds me of a small india house (Plum Loco) but less leather. Anyway - very nice fragrance albeit a bit sweet/cloying for me. This definitely shines in colder weather, especially when a chilly breeze cones by. 7.5/10

I purchased this in my seemingly never ending search for the perfect coffee scent. The coffee is much more noticeable in the opening than some others I've tried and the other notes come to the forefront in the base and dry down. This bears a strong resemblance to both Mugler Pure Malt and Kilian Intoxicated except with less sweetness and better longevity. I'm still catching whiffs of vanilla, leather and saffron over 15 hours later. This was a blind buy that I will enjoy wearing.

This is a wonderful fragrance. That has depth and character to it. The opening can be offputting for some. But let it settle. A strong scent that isnt for everyone. Creating a scentbubble of cacao, vanilla, leather and smokey whisky. Leaving a great scent trail many people seem to like. Definetly sample first before buying. One of my favorite perfumes for sure!

I do smell the grape not that people mention but overall this fragrance is AMAZING, definitely an acquired taste and most people won’t like it. That is the definition of a niche fragrance though. Don’t let the reviews of people who wear sauvage edt daily sway you. If you’re mature enough and unique enough to pull it off GRAB THIS ASAP.

It smells like a cigarette, and I hate the smell of cigarettes.
