Fenty Parfum Mist

This is SO beautiful! It's a fresher take on the original EdP. It's closer to the scent of the body cream in the brown glass jar, which is DIVINE, by the way! I do love the EdP, but it can go powdery, while this parfum mist and the body cream keep it bright and fresh. I have back ups of all of these products. I appreciate that the OG Fenty fragrance lineup is more daring and not "mass appealing." It's sexy and gorgeous on the person who can pull it off. It's for people who can do chypres, rose and patchouli. I hope this line never gets discontinued.

i love the original but this one is a little easier to wear. it has no patchouli and is just a clean, citrusy rose. this doesn’t have the same longevity but it’s still pretty good.

The tangerine is bright here, coupled with magnolia and the lightest touch of musk and hint of patchouli. I am a rose and geranium lover but these are well blended and I can't pick up any rose, with geranium barely detectable. This is a spring-summer daytime and early evening dream, light, citrusy and airy. On the skin, its scent is more like that of a body lotion. Still slightly too sweet for my taste and some cedar or, even better, sage would have blended it perfectly. While more wearable and easily liked, I do wonder if I prefer the perfume as it is more unusual. The longevity lets it down.

The tangerine comes out more prominently here than it does in the EDP. If you weren’t a fan of the EDP, give this a try, as it’s much lighter, sweeter and not nearly as musky, at least to me. Even though it’s a hair and body mist, don’t treat it like one. It’s still beast mode, and lasts a long time on my skin. I think it’s pretty pricey for a body mist, but it still slays.

Quite weird. When I smell it directly of my hand I am not fond of this scent, although it’s not bad. Wanted to rate it as ok. But then... suddenly, when I’m walking around, I think to myself: This is a great scent! So now I’ve rated it as like.
