I'm honestly disappointed this scent is receiving such a contrast in comments. Either it's incredible, or it's trash. Somehow the "incredible" comments are mostly in detail, well written, and have some semblance of thought behind them. The "trash" comments are vague and don't seem to have any real substance behind the claims. How suspect. Then again, I always need to remind myself this is fragrantica. Regardless of how amazing a scent smells, if users on here don't like the perfumer, or the brand, or whether it's a knockoff (it's not), then they'll say it's nothing special. Thankfully, this fragrance is dirt cheap and Youtube reviewers seem to paint this is a very different light. I decided to spend the less than $20 and blind buy this juice. Let me open by saying the bottle is stunning. The cap is metal, very heavy, and has leather on it. Honestly it's one of the nicest caps I've seen on a fragrance and puts niche bottles to shame. The bottle itself is heavy glass and quality. Presentation looks WAY more expensive than this thing costs. Gorgeous, heavy bottle with stunning quality heavy cap. So, what's this smell like? Fresh, creamy, quality leather. A surprisingly subtle approach to a leather scent that makes this very easy to wear compared to something like Fahrenheit or Tuscan Leather. I can see this being worn even in summer, it's that fresh of an approach which in itself makes this one standout from all those cold weather leather heavy hitters than are hard to wear. This is a well done scent that is now one of my best blind buys ever. I spent $17 on this. $17. Does this smell like a $17 scent? Not even close. I can see people paying $100 for this if a popular designer bottled this. Opens spicy and slightly synthetic, but give it a little bit and it becomes divine. This is a subtle, light leather with an incredible, creamy drydown. Honestly the drydown is what makes this go from like to love for me. This is so easy to wear, projects for at least 2 hours on my skin, and lasts upwards of 6. Spicy, citrussy, classy leather. This leather is so light, so airy, and so gorgeous that you can wear this in just about any occasion. The nutmeg mixed with the citrus and leather is just divine. This is not a sharp citrus, or a bitter one, it's smooth and fresh. This is not a heavy scent. This is no loud scent that will clear a room. This is a comfortable, soft scent. I also think this is a fantastic night time out scent. This paints a lovely picture of a drive on the highway at the dead of night, watching the lights go by as you slowly cruise along, listening to some slow, nostalgic music with a special other. Honestly I can't get enough of this. So, what's the deal with these reviews? I can understand people just not liking the scent. But the talks about quality, or knockoffs of Fahrenheit, or longevity and what have you are ridiculous. I can almost guarantee you that if Dior packaged this as a Fahrenheit Fraiche flanker, or Tom Ford marketed this as a ridiculously priced Eau D'Tuscan Leather or something, people would be singing a chorus of praises. Simply, people turn up their snobby noses to this gorgeous scent because it's a car brand. Yet it's almost like they've forgotten what a hit Bentley's Intense was. Or perhaps they were hating on that one too, despite it being niche quality and smell at affordable prices. If there's anything to take away from this, it's that you can't really trust a lot of negative reviews on this site. Nor can you trust a lot of positive reviews for big name brands, as the scents tend to be mediocre despite the price tag. At the end of the day, I suppose you should always try before you buy, when you can. But at this price, I wouldn't hesitate to go in blind. Mr. Morillas took low quality ingredients and made it smell amazing. Scent: 6/10 opening, 8.5/10 drydown. Longevity: 6/10 Projection: 2/10 Silage: 6/10 Personal Appreciation: Most wearable leather/10 Value: 100/10

Imagine you're driving a Ferrari along the coast of Sicily and the blistering heat on the road creates a mirage effect over the road. A subtle whiff of fuel exhaust and fresh lemons clash and suddenly you embody the heat waves, you are in the heat waves, yet the cool ocean breeze is constantly calming the incandescent experience. This is Ferrari Uomo. This is a masterpiece. This is not a beast mode scent, but it is a magnificent scent. This is somewhat linear and the entire experience seems like you're riding the heart of the fragrance the whole time, and boy is it lovely. You want to stay in that sweet spot for as long as possible. Alberto Morillas killed it. UPDATE: The dry down is to die for, its coming off to me like a honey leather.. Just when you think this fragrance is at it's peak you realize that the very end might just be the most beautiful scent of the whole experience.. frickin fantastic subtle and sweet honey.. is that honey hidden in there? or beeswax? Whatever is doing this is pure genius. UPDATE 2: I decided to rock 10 sprays today to test and I'm nuclear 2 hours into it, I don't know what's wrong with the guy above, I've filled an entire warehouse with scent and I've got 4 compliments within 2 hours this morning using this. I feel embarrassed wearing so much as I sit here typing, I'm waiting it for it to tame down a bit, and I'm kind of avoiding people to not be "that guy". Oddly I feel like I'm about to combust. I feel like fumes are coming off of me and they might be flammable. This has a really awesome fuel accord that's similar to Fahrenheit, just a bit smoother and not as red.. this is more orange and yellow in color and feel if I were to describe this as a color. Anyway, I definitely think this has ample strength, I'd go maybe 5-8 sprays every wear which is more than vintage Fahrenheit where you'd do maybe 3 or 4 max. My bottles were $14 bucks each and the scent is amazing. Caveat: Ok 3.5 hours in and 10 sprays things have finally calmed down to one of the best dry downs of my whole collection, it's the dry down that keeps me coming back over and over. My co-workers still smell it, so even though the heavy fumes from the 2 hour mark are gone, I'm still leaving a decent trail I'm told. Maybe I'll ask someone if they smell me at 5 hours and report back. Ok, 5 hours in, 10 sprays, I ask a co-worker in a different part of the warehouse to tell me if he smells me as I walk by, sure as shit he said he definitely smelled it, I walked by again and he smelled it again, same scent, and had him smell it up close and he's like yeah, "when you sprayed earlier, you filled the whole building for a minute." It's been 56 degrees fahrenheit today and I'm in SLC UT, it's been raining all week long.. This stuff cuts and performs I tell ya! It's 1:18PM now. haha Conclusion: This is a fresh scent in the dry down, not a heavy sweet tonka like in some date night/gourmand fragrances. It's a bit transparent and clean after about 3 hours, but it's still pumping.. It's so crisp and refreshing. Starts heavy and turns crispy and refreshing in the dry down. Amazing.

Ferrari Uomo is one of the best cheap blind buys I ever made. It is a floral leather scent that's essentially a distant relative of Dior Fahrenheit. Anyway, if you like Ferrari Uomo, by all means, buy it. It's a good scent that's truly great value for money. Just do it with your eyes open. The fragrance opens with Sicilian lemon, juniper berries and Calabrian bergamot, all of them are from the south of Italy. Although there is plenty of citrus notes, I can barely get them. I was quite surprised to not smell any of the citrus notes throughout its lifespan on my skin. Aromatic juniper stands definitely over them dominating the scene. The heart introduces leather, nutmeg and cedar notes. After the initial 5 minutes, the leather kicks in and that's when this is a beauty. The wood lingers around at the back but the leather is prominent. When I say 'prominent', I don't at all mean it in a bad way. But you have to like leather note in a cologne to like this one. It is raw, wild, like a horse's saddle. It is quite animalic but also creamy and a touch sweet, perhaps both due to the tonka beans. The base is an off-dry patchouli, rich and dark, with sweet and ambery tonka, that is quite pleasant if nothing special, but the long lasting leathery middle is what dominates in this scent. The comparisons with Christian Dior Fahrenheit are reasonable but to me seem exaggerated. Ferrari Uomo lacks the violet and petrol notes and has much more animalic leather. However, in the heart there are some faces that are common in both. Overall, Uomo is a sophisticated/classic fragrance best used for a fall romantic evening at a classy establishment or for a mature gentleman at work or leisure. It's amazing.

I feel Ferrari Uomo is a slept on fragrance. Granted it isn't a long lasting scent compared to what it is a clone of, but I would say it is very much worth the discounted price for it. Ferrari Uomo is basically a mix of the Fahrenheit petrol open with Vince Camuto for Men (the black leather bottle)'s barbershop leather scent. This is everything I wanted Liz Claiborne Curve Black to be and it is even cheaper than that. Go figure that one out. The fragrance has a violet/petrol accord and I say it is an accord since it (violet) isn't a note at all in this fragrance. This dominates the cirtuses and juniper berry to my nose. The mid takes it into a heavy leather direction (perhaps this gives that petrol accord too) with some woods and nutmeg. The base I get a slight tonka and musk but it is still leathery from the mid. Ferrari Uomo is despite the Fahrenheit trademarks of being a fall/winter scent is actually an all year scent. I first wore It in summer and it don't feel all that cloying or overpowering. It works much better as a night scent, but it is actually a good day scent. It does project nearly heavily during the first hour, and pretty moderately during the second hour, before becoming a skin scent. The scent lasts about six hours in total and works in dressed up, work settings or even club settings if you spray it initially. Ferrari Uomo is very much an amazing scent. Online you can get it for the pricing that you can get La Rive Hitfire. Uomo is a love for me. Now if only the cap I had for it was a little better... I rate it an 8.5 out of 10 with the main knock being the longevity compared to Fahrenheit.

Amazing Juice! Blind bought this after reading all these reviews. If you are a leather fan, then there is nothing left to discuss. At $15-$16/100ml, this is probably the best and safest blind buy that anyone can make. I just received it and therefore I can't talk about the longevity. The top notes are mentioned as lemon, bergamot and juniper. But these, on my skin which absorbs colognes very fast, didn't even last 5 minutes. The middle notes listed are leather, nutmeg and cedarwood. After the initial 5 minutes, the leather kicks in and that's when this is a beauty. The wood lingers around at the back but the leather is prominent. When I say 'prominent', I dont at all mean it in a bad way. But you have to like leather note in a cologne to like this one. I still have to wait for the dry down to comment on it. This is one of the best cheap blind buys I ever made. Even if the longevity sucks, I dont care because I'm sure the smell lasts for atleast an hour and a half and the smell is so good that it hardly bothers me that I spent money on this. Edit: on my skin, the base notes are the same as the top notes. Couldn't detect them. Another reason might be, my nose isn't as good as I want it to be ;). Either ways, the scent lasts for about 4-5 hours. The first hour the projection is atleast a feet and then for the remaining 2-4 hours it remains as a skin scent. People have to be in your close quarters to smell it on you. But nevertheless, it still is a good one. I'll be happy to buy another bottle once I run out of the current one.

Ferrari Uomo is a very good creemy leather EDT. It opens very citrusy fresh and a bit green (probably due to the Juniper note) and then you get the density of the leather spiced by the nutmeg and some woodsy notes. The dry down is very good as well and very "Morillas". You can still feel the leather in the dry down (probably the resudual leather note emphasized by the labnanum note) but tonka dominates. Patchouli fits very well in the dry down helping the woodsy scent to remain present. Before I blind bought this fragrance (a bargain for €11.00 / 75 ml) I was a bit concerned by reviewers claiming the strong resemblance with Fahrenheit... I hate Fahrenheight! Although I am a fan of leathery scents, the gasoline scent in Fahrenheit makes me puke. With Ferrari Uomo you also get a faint vibe of motor racing - a very faint vibe of burned motor oil and tyres. This vibe is a plus and I enjoy it very much. Rating for Ferrari Uomo Scent:8.0 Longevity:8.0 Sillage:7.0 Versatility: 9.5 Uniqueness: 7.5 Quality:7.5 Presentation: 9.0 Average: 8.14/10,00 Ferrari Uomo is not a masterpiece or a shining star. But is a very good and safe versatil fragrance. It's the type of fragrance that pleases everyone. Do wear it in any season, day or night. It's not fantastic for clubing (just Ok), but it may be weared almost everywhere. Ferrari Uomo is clearly not in my top 10. But I know that I am going to use it a lot and that will buy another bottle.

I have tried it today. Extraordinary "cooperation" between nutmeg and leather, to the point that you feel the effect of "creamy leather" if I could more vividly represented it "luxury cream leather in the car even more luxurious." Home freshness of citrus, quickly disappears and then comes the leather and nutmeg toying with tonka bean. Freshness comes from patchouli, but it is sweetened freshness. Smart positiniong in middle notes of cedar, has been done, probably in order to aloud citruses to "ran" to the base and to make possible to nutmeg and leather to dance to the end, to the bean, labdanum and patchouli. Mr. Morillas has made a remarkable perfume! I do not know how much money was paid for his casting, but it was worth every cent. The bottle is superb elegance, and the plug is a little masterpiece. De Niro did in the past 5 years, 2-3 films produced by 50 Cent and therefore is widely called out as a "cash cow", but De Niro is still superstar... Same for Mr. Morillas, if this was the bottle with the name of Dior, Armani or JPG on it this would be a hit, maybe even "sleeper hit" or "instant classic" and would have a group of followers, but unfarely it remains marked just as antoher "car fragrance." Give him a chance and you will be surprised. One of the most beautiful creamy scents I have ever tried. Pure perfection!:)

First Impression: FUCKING FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How would you feel, when you smell a fragrance for first time and Say: This is a fragrance totally made for you. This is the feeling I got from Ferrari Uomo. As if The Perfumer took all information from me and custom made it for me! Only few fragrances impressed me from the first drop, SUCH A GORGEOUS FRAGRANCE! Other being Bvlgari Pour Homme. Yes opening is like my beloved Fahrenheit, but Ferrari Uomo has it's own merit, This is why I trust Alberto Morillas. This Fragrance is so ITALIAN, this so Masculine, So much elegant and fun at same time, it has serious nature same time alluring, just like Fahrenheit, it has daring part of Fahrenheit (Petrol+Leather), but something is little bit more comforting without compromising it's toughness & Charisma, Fahrenheit being my signature cologne I was looking for something that I can wear everyday and I found it, It is best blind buy ever. Totally in love! PS: Only the Bottle Cap itself worth the price it is selling online! UPDATE: After few weeks of wearing, Ferrari Uomo got already maximum amounts of compliments compare to others I have so it happens to work well on my skin. Further Update: Every single day I get at least one compliment if not many, this is real crazy shit!

Ferrari Uomo has been recommended in a thread about leather so I've followed up and bought a bottle for testing. There is some fleeting citrus during the first spray but this frag is all leather to me. I can only name coumarin as another separate note during the first hour and some juniper on re-application. The leather stays on until the very end, becoming lighter and warmer as it fades back to a skin scent.The drydown is clean patch with hints of nutmeg and some aldehyde in the background. It must be Lyral, listed on the back of the box. FU is becoming one of my favourites. It is very wearable, well blended with natural ingredients. There are some synthetics as well but those cause me no trouble. My only complaint is the low concentration. I have to use a lot more to last me all day. Look past the prancing horse. This juice is created by a top nose and made by a reputable manufacturer. Highly recommended.

I was not expecting to like a car maker perfume but this one is absolutely fantastic. Love at first sniff. You smell leather and a very smokey scent that is very masculine and elegant. It can be worn in very hot weather with no problem at all and it smells fresh ans the smokey element keeps it classy. I did not think about Fahrenheit Dior before reading reviews but it is really close to it, however I find it really more linear than Dior and more direct, without the Dior complexity. The bottle is beautiful and very masculine too. A great surprise for me. After wearing it for a week on a very hot summer, I perceive some similarities in the base with Chevignon classic and Polo Ralph Lauren. The smokey parts of the fragrance are very close. I like it and will try to find cheap bottles during the sales in case they decided to discontinue this perfume.

I get a milder version of Gucci Guilty Absolute with that leathery gasoline fume that hits you first second. This is also done by Alberto Morillas who did Gucci Guilty Absolute as well. This also resembles Dior Fahrenheit too but without so much of the woods and florals that Fahrenheit has. Ferrari Uomo smells almost like straight gasoline but it smells fantastic all the way through. It's like gasoline mixed with a men's modern day fougere cologne. I love this stuff honestly! It's really unique. From a distance people might think you were working on a vehicle or something when they get a whiff of this first impression, I always feel that way when I put this stuff on. Once you give this a minute it will be noticeable that it's a great cologne. The leathery gasoline note is awesome! I give this a 9.3/10

What's a gorgeous scent! It's very Italian style of perfume's manufacture - Ferrari Uomo is not a very strong smell(I mean that it doesn't kill people standing in the nearby distance of perfume's owner :-)) but it's a great constructed scent which was produced from the high quality ingredients - not too noisy, but the aromatic molecules create the classy and well-perceptible atmosphere around the owner. The longevity is very good (~8 h) and the wearing Ferrari Uomo gives you a lot of self-confidence - all the more it's a ultra-masculine scent. What's interesting, the product is not expensive -I would say strait out it is unusually cheap,taking into consideration outstanding quality of this perfume. Score: 9/10.

I blind bought this gem at a next to nothing price. To my nose, its a lighter version of Dior Fahrenheit and I like it. If you like the original Dior Fahrenheit but you wish it to be more subtle and not overpowering, you might want to check this one out. I leisurely sprayed this on my shirt while just chillin at home the other day and man, the scent trail was just gorgeous. I didn't realized that at first, I thought its vibe was just a subtle similarity with Dior Fahrenheit but the whiff was mild and yet so good. On my skin, it last for 2-3 hours but on fabric, it stays till the next day. This is a gem. I'll give this humble juice an 8.5/10

If you didn't know anything about fragrance or quality of brands, and you smelled this, you would probably think "this is exactly what I expected a Ferrari cologne to smell like". This one smells like leather, asphalt and gas, like a Ferrari (probably) does. In the simplest terms. It's like Fahrenheit but different. It's cheap but good quality. Also look at the perfumer for this one. Pretty cool huh? It's a love or hate kind of thing. I love Fahrenheit so i liked this right away. It's not mass appealing, but it is easily likeable if you're into this. Masculine, as leather tends to be. I love this one, don't sleep on Ferrari.

I echo scentitar's comments. Great fragrance and a phenomenal deal at current prices. I haven't smelled much like it...a light fragrance with muted leather and a gasoline vibe...and a wee bit of freshness. It is a bit like the smell of gas spilled on leather clothing..or gas on your hands that you tried to wash off with a fresh scented soap. Not overpowering at all. It turns into a skin scent on me at around 2-3 hours, but will last a whole work day. This is a great fragrance...basically any Ferrari fragrance you get with this same style bottle will be good to excellent (Noble Fig and Bright Neroli are phenomenal)

Just received A Large bottle today VIA Amazon prime. First I will say that Dior Fahrenheit is one of my all time favorite scents, and the reason that I ordered Ferrari Umo. The comparisons were right, this stuff is almost an exact copy of Fahrenheit! FU starts off with A bit less of A harsh opening and maintains A steady consistency through its life. In the end its A woody leathery spicy sweet dry down, VERY Masculine. Dam it's Good! For those of you on A budget or are just unwilling to shell out Dior money but want Fahrenheit, then this is for you. A Must Buy. Love it! 10/10 A Must Buy

For me it is just a very manly scent, that is all the link to Fahrenheit. that's was what I thought at first, but it is no denying that they seem shadow images of each other, i mean, F Uomo is very like Fahrenheit, indeed. But Uomo is very sweet with tonka and labdanom at full speed. Had hoped for a more leathery fragrance, as suggested by the cap and box. I want to say it is for evening use but it is so sweet and comfy that it might be an all purpose and time scent. It doesn't smell cheap but seems a little watery to me. Mr Alberto Morrilas did a very good job, again.

Light at first but nice -- definitely leathery, the best(?), most noticeable at least, clearly leather note I've ever detected -- and decent quality. Probably my favorite leather-oriented scent. Masculine, but not overbearing -- well friggin' done Mr. Morillas! In the States right now you can get the largest (100 ml.) bottle for as low as $16, delivered: I suspect it is discontinued as one big distributor has it on "clearance." It is a B+ scent, gets a solid B for longevity, and a C for projection making this a bargain, professional('s), fragrance.

Probably my best blind buy ever. There's a definite similarity to Dior Fahrenheit, but a bit softer and cozier, probably due to the nutmeg and tonka in the Ferrari. It's like Fahrenheit meets La Nuit de L'homme. Inoffensive, masculine, highly versatile, and I would venture to say somewhat romantic (the association with a legendary Italian car brand helps with that). I can imagine driving a Monza SP2 through the Riviera with this scent wafting around me. I like the bottle too. And at around 30 bucks for 100ml, it's a stellar value.

An utterly beautiful fragrance! If this was released by Dior as a Fahrenheit flanker, people would RAVE about it. Its a more wearable version of the classic. The petrol, the leather the whole package is spot on. I always wanted to wear Fahrenheit but couldnt because it was simply too much. THIS however does the job perfectly. It even manages to stand on its own feet despite the resemblance to the Dior creation. Bravo Morillas!

Very Nice fragrance for formal wear. The projection is smooth & softer but the longevity is good. it stays 7 to 9 hrs on my skin. If u spray on ur cloths, It stays more than 30 hours, so that People next to you will smell you but its not strong, it has smooth projection. It is worth for money. Try the tester on your skin b4 u buy. Projection & Longevity is good. It can be signature scent. I give 8.9/10

This perfume gives me a feeling of comfort. It is warm and gentle at the same time. Spicy and sweet. It's very masculine and say that resembles Dior's Fahrenheit, perhaps by notes of leather. It was very well composed, and is proof that a wrong "nose" and low quality ingredients could create a disaster. Bravo Mr. Morillas!

I grew up loving cars. I worked on cars. I've been to races. Ferrari Uomo smells like gasoline, petroleum, oil; like a greasy, dirty garage. And that's why I love it. Thank you Mr. Morillas. They call you the king of the freshies. But it's obvious, especially with this creation, that you can excel at the opposite.

When I wear this I feel like I just finished shaving with an expensive shaving cream. There is this light spicy wood projection that is quite nice. warm, masculine, but not heavy. I find it quite classy. longevity good, projection light.

A nice leather fragrance for a cheap price. The positives, far outweigh the negatives here. A bit of a surprise package this one. Extremely versatile, and I find myself grabbing the bottle regularly. Quality bottle design.

I wouldn't expect to get something so good for so little money. Yes, it smell like Fahrenheit, but in more subtle way. Great longevity, but Ferrari Uomo is more shy than Fahrenheit. One of my best buys in 2012. 9/10

I haven't seen this in a very long time! However, yesterday by chance I saw 50ml and100ml bottles (last ones) at a discounter and I got both for under 40$!!! Happy days :))

This scent - more than most others I've tried - triggers a number of olfactory memories for me. And yes, it IS noticeably similar to Dior Fahrenheit - but like DF, it's a masterpiece in its own right. That first whiff carries with it the slight gasoline vibe others have mentioned - hovering as the notes separate and settle. This is where I think it's most like Fahrenheit. Tuscany on Top - The up front hit of citrus and juniper is potent but brief, and not unlike the whiffs of evergreens and lemons you find everywhere in the region. This is a key difference from DF, where instead of citrus and juniper, you get a more soapy combo of florals (lavender/violet) and citrus. Both are nice, but I like Ferrari Uomo better for its clean brightness right off the bat. Leather and Memory - In the moments that follow, the brightness fades and I find myself in an olfactory memory, walking the streets of Firenze - leather shops on every corner. An assertive but well-stylized leather composition takes charge, leaving all the other notes in their rightful, subordinate roles. Notes of childhood memories of... my old baseball glove... It's hard to put this into words, but for me it takes me back to that old neatsfoot oiled, pine tar rosin-dusted baseball glove I remember - leathery, oily and a bit woody - juxtaposed with the stately scent of a well-seasoned leather and wood interior of that vintage Ferrari parked only in my mind. As remnants of the top notes wither away, the base notes come out, softening the leather and wood with vanillic tonka and earthy patchouli. Not much, could be more there for the sake of longevity - but it's there. And it's damn nice, but I do wish for more of that warmth to come out - perhaps with a touch of amber/benzoin to heighten it. I like Fahrenheit; but to be honest, I like this better, as it's a bit brighter and evolves a bit more throughout the dry down - albeit at the expense of DF's lasting gasoline vibe and beastly longevity. This is the scent of a CONFIDENT MAN clad in a seasoned leather jacket, driving up the coast in his convertible on a cool fall's day - a man who knows who he is and what he wants. Old and new. Fresh and potent. Unmistakably manly yet subtle and sophisticated, all at the same time. Combines AMAZINGLY well with the sweetness of Bentley Intense. The two indeed seem to complete each other. Like Fahrenheit, this is not a scent for everyone, nor one that just anyone can pull off - but if you do like it, you're just as likely to love it. If you like wearing leather-type scents, just buy it already. You will not regret this thrifty but awesome sauce. Once again, Alberto Morillas FTW.

I will confirm what other have already said: same vibe Fahrenheit, at least on the opening and middle notes. After that I can hardly tell for how light this scent is. Guys, let's be honest here. I have the feeling that a lot of people gave a generous rating because they are happy of the good deal they made. There s a decent (but moderate) projection in the first hour, but after that, one must really put his nose on the skin to smell something. So, is it a good quality/price bargain? At $12 for a 3.4oz new tester, I thought it was. But given the amount needed to be sprayed to remotely smell it, no it's not. Is it a copy of Fahrenheit? Not at all, because if one cannot smell its scent without sticking its nose on the skin after an hour, it's nonsense wearing it. (And anyways, the basenotes are really weak, far from the heavy leather of Fahrenheit) Should you buy it? If you're looking for a watered down "Fresh" Fahrenheit opening (petrol, violet) that lasts an hour and have no problem shooting 15 sprays on yourself, go for it. If you're looking for the bitter leather or a fragrance that lasts a bit, pass on that one and get Fahrenheit (you ll need just 2 sprays to have a performance much better than that one, so at the end, Fahrenheit is less expensive). I previously read that this could be Fahrenheit's cologne flanker. It's not. It's Fahrenheit's eau tres tres tres tres fraiche. The scent is good, but because of its very poor performance, it's just a like, not a love. This scent has the strength I expect in a shampoo, not a fragrance. Performance similar to John Varvatos's fragrances. Will not sell it, but will not buy again either. While Fahrenheit is more of a Fall/Spring evening wear in my opinion, this one is, at best, for hot summer days. Summer days, 25+ Today I realized one thing: while a great scent is necessary to make a hit, it's not sufficient. What one is paying for in a great fragrance is the scent AND the great projection. A lot of copies/clones of famous fragrances manage to copy the scent, but most of the time, their projection and longevity is poor. Because that's where the secret is.

Lovely scent for sure but I have to agree with the majority of reviews below, this is a pretty weak performer. I've worn this on cool days and had to heavily spray multiple times to maintain a decent effect. I can't imagine applying as many sprays of 90% of my other fragrances for fear of choking but this one is hard to overspray. It is quite strong on application but 15-30 mins later it's calmed right down and 1-2 hours later I can barely smell it, though I do know it's there for a while longer. Such a shame because I like everything about the scent and Alberto Morillas has created some (if not most) of the favourite scents in my collection. I'm sure it's no coincidence that I've felt a slight headache both times I've worn this but who knows? I don't often notice headaches being frag related but with this amount of sprays it's certainly more likely. As for the Fahrenheit comparisons...nah, not for me. Bora Bora Exotic is much more similar, maybe 80-90% where as Ferrrari Uomo is about 10-20% in my opinion. I can see why people compare it though, but don't expect this to be a replacement. I've got 100ml of this so I'm interested to see how long it lasts, given that I like it enough to use regularly. Next time I'm going to layer it with Bora Bora and see how that works out as at least Bora has staying power! Maybe the two combined could make the magic happen!? EDIT: I tried layering with Bora Bora Exotic...didn't work, just smelled weird and funky. No substitute for Fahrenheit :(

Ferrari Uomo is an under-appreciated little leather gem, quite surprising for a company-ancillary scent, which I associate with conservative knockoffs that are pleasant but dull. Amazingly it is also dirt cheap and comes in one of the most elegant bottles you will find, including even the snobby high-end perfumes from major houses. There is a very brief jolt of lemony citrus and then the leather, juniper, nutmeg heart takes over. The leather is quite animalic but also creamy and a touch sweet, perhaps both due to the tonka. The base is an off-dry pathchouli tonka amber that is quite pleasant if nothing special, but the long lasting leathery middle is what dominates in this scent. The repeated comparisons with Christian Dior Fahrenheit are reasonable but to me seem exaggerated. Ferrari Uomo lacks the violet and kerosene notes and has much more animalic leather. Since violet and kerosene are defining notes in Fahrenheit and leather is the defining note of Uomo, I would hardly call this a knockoff. I totally fail to get the description of "spicy woody" used by some other reviewers, since I don't detect much spice and almost no wood. Maybe what I interpret as leather and patchouli others interpret as wood. As a leather scent I wouldn't rank this up with, say, Tom Ford Tuscan Leather, but it isn't way out of that league and after all it costs 10-fold less.

This is absolutely very similar to Fahrenheit (minus the violet). However, this is VERY light in comparison, and the nutmeg stands out quite a bit. On the bright side, this scent layers extremely well with other scents! With the nutmeg standing out like it does, this scent layers best with spicy/woody/ambery "brown" scents. I'm currently wearing it layered in equal parts with Ferrari Leather Essence, and it's almost like these two were made for each other! If you own Ferrari Leather Essence and love it, but wish the leather were more pronounced, grab this to increase the leather's presence! As far as performance goes for this scent on its own, it does indeed have quite a bit of staying power, and sticks around for a full 8 hours for me. Unfortunately, the projection is dismal at best on my skin. It's really pretty light... But others disagree, so YMMV. Overall, for the extremely low price, this is worth it, in spite of its low projection. Those looking for a true Fahrenheit replacement should try Liz Claiborne's Bora Bora Exotic, which is much more similar to Fahrenheit. (Very similar to Fahrenheit Aqua and it's also only $13!) There are also other clones like Beverly Hills 90210 Metal Jeans, or Mercedes Benz Intense if you're looking for the violet without the leather.

I bought it for my friend from StrawberryNet ( less than $16/100ml) and I get a small 5 ml decant from him, for free. :P Well I can't agreed more as the others reviewer said it's Mr. Alberto doing Farhenheit or it's a lighter version of Fahrenheit. It does smell like Fahrenheit but lighter n without the heavy motor oil accord. That's make it more versatile and wearable than Fahrenheit, and I can see myself wearing this during a cooler summer day. I love the initial blast of citrus backing up by some leather and nutmeg, the top notes only last for a minute then it starts to smell like Fahrenheit, lighter of course. It's pretty linear and the leathery spicy notes dominated toward the end. Overall I think this is a solid offer especially from a car manufacturer. Ferrari is slowly getting into fragrance game now n it starting to gain some love from the fragrance community. I really wanted to try their "Essence Collection", which is like their higher-end fragrance line. They come in the same bottle design as Uomo but in different colors, I like the sleek and elegant design of these bottles too. :> Projection: 7.5/10 Longevity: 5-7 hrs Versatility: All occasions Uniqueness: 7/10 Price Point: 9/10 My rating: 8/10 *The only "Ferrari" that I could afford. :P

I've been using this frag several year's now. To me this frag leans towards a leathery/woodsy blend of nutmeg/cedar with just a hint of floral notes of labdanum. Lemon is listed as another top note, with my nose I'm not able to detect any citrus at all. When I wear this fragrance I get a very pleasing aroma which kinda reminds me like Farhernhit without the oily smell. This fragrance is perfect during fall and winter months. With the warmth of your body temp it takes on real masculine fragrance. Longevity and Silage is better than moderate lasting over 8hrs if you spray it 2x on your skin. I don't want to compare this fragrance with Farhernhit but that's what most think when I'm wearing it. Recently Ferrari has expanded the line giving everyone more choice. To me this is the backbone of this collection's which is worth it not being very expensive compared with the rest of the collection's. I give this fragrance at least 8/10..I recommend it if you want a Farhernhit less the gasoline aroma. .this fragrance does that yet it's not too heavy and instead versatile!!

When first trying Ferrari Uomo I remember thinking, "Wow! just what is going on here?!" Having tried quite a lot of the Ferrari fragrances this one stands above them substantially, incredibly well made and just crazy value at the price you can get it at. I managed to get the full kit (EDT, shower gel, deo stick etc) for around £30, insane value. The scent itself goes through some great developments, fresh through to rugged, the leather note is prominent throughout and I do get the petrol vibe (probably the only real link to Fahrenheit by Dior, which is a very different scent overall), the citrus notes seem more exotic than the usual suspects, just be aware that at times there's a certain rugged dirtiness to it, rather than being offputting however this is what makes it intriguing and interesting. Can safely say this is the first Ferrari fragrance where I can certainly pick up the Italian influence which is fitting. Very classy, very masculine IMHO. Thumbs up! :)

I got mine yesterday a 50ml beautiful bottle for only 9.90€ This is a good quality fragrance in general, nor sweet neither cloying, I sprayed on the back of my hand as soon as I got it, the sprayer is awesome, it last about 10 hours (of course very close to my skin) today I am rocking this baby (I was bold to go with 6 sprays) paired with a leather jacket, I smell wood, lot of leather and kind of petrol. I'm at the office and I still smell it on me after 6 hours, I think the sillage is good too. Very nice leather fragrance, at times soapy but in a good way. I didn't get the citrus note maybe just some minutes in the beginning I am glad that I bought it, if you like it is a fantastic value for the money. UPDATE: The performance on my skin was ridiculously long yesterday, I still getting whiffs all the time of the scent after 12+ hours and the dry down is Lovely. This is a nice daily office scent for the fall

Needless to say, Alberto Morillas is one of the best perfumers still in action! From Acqua di Parma’s “Colonia Intesa” to Cartier’s “Le Baiser du Dragon” and from YSL’s “M7” to Ricci’s “Mademoiselle”, Morillas gave us (to Her and to Him) a lot of great scents. Ferrari Uomo wasn’t a great hit, but still is a clear success story – and, IMO, is definitely better than Armani’s Acqua di Gio (also a Morillas’ creation – it’s true, I’m not a AdG’s fan). Leather, Sicilian lemon and leather once again, in a neat, strong and well blended juice, all combined will take you on a trip to the Mediterranean Sea shores. That’s FU is all about: a fragrance suited for a sunny day in every season, a manly aroma, nothing spectacular, only pure pleasure for those who appreciate leather and citruses... and Dior's Fahrenheit Good longevity, decent sillage. I think it is the best Ferrari frag yet. A deserved 7,8/10

Now THIS is a beautiful bottle! Extremely well done. Probably the nicest cap on any bottle I've ever held, and the bottle itself is also stunning. Alberto Morillas hit another home run with the scent as well. Ferrari Uomo reminds me of Fahrenheit's easy going Italian playboy cousin who has been out partying all night in a broken-in leather jacket while wearing DK Fuel for Men. There are definite similarities between both Fahrenheit (which I am intimately familiar with as my favorite fragrance of all time) and DK's Fuel. Yet Ferrari Uomo comes off as more approachable, versatile and laid back than either one, while keeping a lot of the complexity and intrigue. This combination makes it suitable for men of almost any age. Another underrated gem in my opinion. As a big fan of both Fahrenheit and Donna Karan's Fuel I will be reaching for this beautiful bottle of Ferrari Uomo often. Score: 8/10

@smellsbells Lucky you! To me there's worse than having my perfume criticized: it's when I ask "what do you think about it?", and the answer is "I can't really smell anything". I really wanted to love it, and I only care about the juice, not the bottle/brand. I even wear and love some Bogart fragrances that I bought $5 to $15 a bottle... But $12 for 100ml of water and ethanol seems overpriced to me. Again, scent is good, and while longevity is ok, projection is just shameful on my skin... (and for what I could read, on the skin of many). I'm not wearing a frag to get compliments, but would like at least to smell it myself for a few hours without being seen as a weirdo because I smell the inside of my elbows to smell something... That said, after it stops projecting, sometimes it comes back to life for a few seconds, then nothing... strange fragrance...

Creamy leather, as many others have said. Very high quality-to-price ratio in terms of the scent and the longevity. Projection is pretty tame at a couple of inches, but it really lasts. My take on the Fahrenheit comparisons: the leather note, which I consider dominant in both fragrances, is very similar. The creamy vibe is stronger in Uomo. Obviously, Uomo doesn't have the violet leaf note, but I can still detect a faint hint of something like the petrol vibe of Fahrenheit, maybe it's more like rubber. I personally don't like the particular petrol vibe of current Fahrenheit formulations, its kind of weak and acrid. Fahrenheit has more complexity and better performance but I personally find Uomo a superior scent and substantially better value. Conclusion: The best leather cheapie available (since Midnight in Paris is discontinued). Also, nice bottle!

This is a very nice fume. It is leather done fresh. This makes it very versatile. So, you can put it in the leather bandwidth of fragrances, but it is much more wearable than most of the kind. It does have just a tinge of powdery-ness to it, not sure what component is causing that? French labdanum? But its not enough to make me limit this to night wear or cool weather. I wear this in the deep south and it stands up to the humid summer pretty well. Nearly all frags come apart at the seems when exposed to 80 degrees plus with 80%+ humidity. If you like leather and fresh citrus I think you'll enjoy this. As for the Dior Fahrenheit comparison, I kind of get it but I'm in the camp where they aren't closer than cousins. After it gets cold here this winter, in February, I'll update if I smell any change in performance.

Albert Morillas did it again. What can I say. I'm dressed in all Harley Leather gear watching the football game. Wow, leather, leather, on some new car leather. How much I paid for this??? Pennies fragrance family. Here is a comparison that some may get. It has the scent bubble slash feel of Kiton for men. Soft creamy feel on both. Screw the notes. If you have both spray on both hands and you will see why I said that. They are not clones or even alternatives, just gives that soft creamy feel. Ok you want notes? I say leather, soft Tonka bean & soft soft patchouli. So well blended the other notes almost need a police K-9 to sniff it out. Lol. Ijs= I'm just saying... Score 4/5 for a leather scent easy. I received my bottle today and I quite like the bitterness it projects. Its very citrussy, bitter more than acidic which makes it different to other citrus perfumes. I can smell some spice, mainly nutmeg, and I get the woodsy notes too. Leather is there but its no way near TF tusan leather or Aoud leather which I know, its soft leather scent. Its masculine as it should be, reading the name of the perfume. Its not a clubbing fragrance, and it can be worn safely in different situtation, in different weather conditions, making it very versatile. It is uomo after all, so I dont think it will appeal to younger population. Good sillage, not huge; and decent longevity. It is good for the price too. Something about this perfume screams ITALIAN!

Very underrated! Not saying that Ferrari Uomo will make you see stars, but if you pay attention, this fragrance can be interesting... ...Yes, it has that Dior Fahrenheit vibe - Leather dominates both. But the Dior is much more complex, has those floral/woody notes (that make you see stars) while the Ferrari one is more simple. Instead of floral/woody from Dior, you get a citric/spicy vibe that makes Uomo more versatile. Conclusion: if you want a Fahrenheit to everyday office, this is a huge solution. Great price, can be used on warm days (not too hot), and it doesn't offend anyone at the office (moderate projection) in addition to be class and virile.
