Fine'ry Two Billion- Target Exclusive Presentation & Features: Nice smooth mist atomizer. Tom Ford inspired bottle design. 2 fl ounces. Scent Profile: Fine'ry; a very underrated brand. Two Billion was a complete blind buy from Fine'ry for the first time for me. And to be honest, for 30 dollars, it hits. Fine'ry is a known highly liked fragrance brand- who make dupes of very popular fragrances that are extremely good like Bleu De Chanel/ Dior Sauvage, 1 Million Elixir, Creed Aventus, Acqua Di Gio, etc. And Two Billion falls no short of that. It is one of Fine'ry's top selling colognes for a reason. When you go to spray it, it opens powerfully and everyone in the room will smell it. It opens with heavy tonka bean and a sweet lavendar mix. And this smell does not die down, as it dries it becomes much less stronger it introduces the cedarwood which wraps up the smell profile. It is a very very sweet, playful, party cologne scent. And incase you are wondering, yes, this is a dupe of what I presume is 1 Million Elixir. Performance: Longevity: [4–8 hours] Projection: Room filler. It is a very sweet, strong fragrance that will make itself known. Especially when freshly applied, people up to 12 feet away will smell you. Do not overspray this fragrance, nobody wants a overload headache inducing sweetness lollipop explosion. Blind Buy Safe? Yes and no, i'd say if you dont like 1 Million by Paco Rabbane or any sweet fragrance for that matter, you probably will not like Two Billion. But if you do like sweet scents, you will love this cologne. When to Wear: In my opinion this is definetly an all season cologne, try to avoid in hot summer heat as it can become headache inducing. This is also definetly a party scent cologne that could be worn everyday, but it's very youthful and energetic. Value & Verdict: Since you can only get these fragrance for 30 dollars in 2 ounce bottles, its great for its value and how good it smells. Final Rating: [7/10] 30 dollars pretty good for this!

This fragrance is my everyday and has been for two years now Obviously all fragrances play differently with each individuals unique body and such but I frequently get compliments from friends on my cologne. This fragrance opens with a very identifiable but not overpowering lavender with the notes of tonka bean and cedar within, I usually use two to three sprays of it around my chest and a regular sized bottle will last me around a year. When I do use this fragrance, I often notice, if I rewear the tshirt from the previous day I will still be able to smell this cologne on it from the previous day. Overall I would have to say, of the small variety of colognes I have tried this one is by far the best in terms of cost, longevity, quality, and personal enjoyment.

Copped a bottle on clearance. I'm not sure if I would drop a full 30 on this - the lavender opens strong and settles down alongside the sweet tonka bean. Both work very well together on the dry down. Unfortunately, this just does not last long. You will need to spray more with this to get longevity similar to most EDPs. I definitely recommend spraying on clothing - this also helps create a scent bubble that won't potentially trigger anyone with sensitivities to strong fragrance or lavender (i.e., the opening).

Really, Really good cheap fragrance. It is similar to 1 Million but nothing close to tis longevity. Lasts a good 4-7 hours, great opening smell, a lot of lavender which could be a turn off for some. But after it settles it settles to a Lavender and Sweet Tonka Bean. Great fragrance especially for the price, would even buy if 70$ a bottle

I have been wearing this cologne for about a week now and this is like a 99 percent similarity to 1 million, the EDT. The choice of eau de Parfum is good, but it does not last too long, hence the 30 dollar price point. On the top: citrusy. All I can smell on that. Dry down. Amber, vanilla masterpiece. The lavender brings it all together. 8/10! Would be 10/10 if it lasted longer.

Though not long-lasting, it’s a really nice everyday smell. The lavender doesn’t last super long, and the cedarwood isn’t there at all, but the vanilla notes last for quite a long time. It’s not super offensive, I wear it to work and it’s not bothersome or overly pungent. The price is very wallet friendly though!

I absolutely adore the scent, a light and airy golden lavender. Unfortunately, it barely lasts an hour on skin. I spray this directly on my clothes, and the drydown smells amazing, but it has the prominence of a nice laundry detergent. It's a nice base layer/lowkey frag, but not something anyone else will ever be able to smell on you.

Tonka was the dominant note for me from a 10 ml sample of Fine'ry's Two Billion from Tar-jay. A pleasant scent that lasts about 4 hours.

It’s ok it doesn’t last longer then a hour but I guess for 30$ you get what you get.

A warm, resinous and smoky, holiday spiced candle that someone gifted you. The lid is opened, you take a good whiff. It’s off putting. You mistakenly go back in for another sample. Headache inducing. You close the lid, make sure it’s on tight, and eventually place it with all the other unwanted useless crap people have gifted you over the years. You’ll never light it, maybe regift it, but it never finds its way to the trash where it belongs. It’s like that, but in liquid form. Strong, synthetic, dizzying. If this is what two billion smells like, or even 1 million, I’d rather be poor.

How this has a 4+ rating is beyond me. It's choke-you-out terrible. Way too much lavender. Way too much vanilla. Just zero balance at all...a mess of a fragrance. It must be the inexperienced 20-somethings rating this high. Anyone with half a decent nose, don't waste your time.

Bought this for my roommate and it's a scent that holds up well for the most part. Solid to use when going out at night with a powdery wood scent. Just a little sweetness in the heart notes from the lavender. I think it falls apart a bit in the base notes. Not as smooth, like it doesn't know what it wants to be. But for this price, I don't think it's a dealbreaker. The performance is fine with some decent projection. 8/10

I would rate this scent 89/100. Definitely one of my favorites- it lasts a long time on my skin with warm vanilla and lavender notes during the dry down and base. I like the title and you don’t break the bank since it’s priced around $35 at Target.

My wife absolutely loves this on me. Can't compare to 1 Million as I haven't smelled that but this seems like a pleasant and inoffensive fragrance that no one can really dislike.

Super synthetic and sickening, smells alright I guess. Don’t get it if you get a headache easily.

Smells so wonderful. Not a stereotypical mens frag. 7.5/10.
