Golden Eyes

I really like this fragrance for its beautiful complexity and the way it evolves over time. It opens with a distinct character and gradually reveals different layers, making it an enjoyable and dynamic scent to wear throughout the day. The sillage is moderate to strong , noticeable at about arm’s length, yet it never feels overpowering or offensive. It has a refined presence that leaves a sophisticated trail without being too loud. Longevity is impressive, and I often catch soft whiffs of it hours later (can last 10 hours on my skin). For me, it’s a captivating and elegant scent that feels both comforting and intriguing. Overpriced? Yes

Got this as a sample with my purchase of One Umbrella for Two. This is the best woody scented fragrance from Floraiku. It's citrusy and woody and absolutely stunning. This is a sexy and intoxicating fragrance for men. It can be worn year round in my opinion. Although it has spring/summer vibes the leather notes also makes it suitable for Fall/Winter. Longevity 10/10 Silage is past arm length. Full Bottle Worthy

Completely delirious. Dominant Notes: Earl Grey Tea, Vetiver, Cedarwood Secondary Notes: Nutmeg, Sandalwood, Maté, Guaïac, Hazelnut, Leather Nonexistent Notes: Bergamot, Pink Pepper, Patchouli Like schizophrenic, I didn't like it yesterday. And today, it's love at first sight. I don't understand why no one talks about it ! Its cold, earthy and frozen opening immediately turned me on. The scent of the canopy and roots, vetiver and tea, pencil-sharpened peels. But after 30 minutes, it's a warm, sweet, and enveloping Nutmeg, a woody and androgynous caress, the bark of the tree and the acorns scattered on the ground. The beginning is a solinote Vetiver as like "Grey Vetiver" from Tom Ford (2023). The forest Yakushima, its trees with trunks so dense and tall they disappear into the celestial mist, the majestic deer in Princess Mononoke released in 1996. The embodiment of Miyazaki, these endemic Japanese Sika deers with eyes sparkling like drops of gold ! The Deer God デイダラボッチ Spirit of the Forest Shishigami シシガミ シシ神 It's so difficult to describe. I barely detect any Leather, but a Patchouli Sandalwood accord awakening, like the light piercing through the thick foliage of this gigantic and mystical forest.

I cannot belive that the people who commented that this is a scrubber actually tried this. Sounds like bots or spam. This is pretty good. How I always wished a woody fragrant would smell like. This perfume gets BETTER after about 30 minutes. It becomes more intense and richer. I think it is completely unisex, and would be very elegant for both men and women but in different ways. There is this woodsy-sour-sweet combination that smells refined. Try it, and don't believe the other comments on here!

I really enjoy the Floraiku fragances. The dry down surprises me most of the time and my favorite of them is sand & skin. This one is so lovely. I do not agree with some of the comments where the refer to deodorant or cheap. Absolutely not. I think its a very nice, complex, soft unisex scent. For me the leather is not overwhelming and im not a leather perfume kinda girl. So leather tends to be overwhelming very soon in my case. Not now! I like it a lot.

Its a very delicate, warm and complex woody scent.

Ordered a sample and It smells very similar to “b683 by Marc Antoine Barrios” however Golden eyes is far softer and far less sweet, I could see them being in the same fragrance family, they have very similar profiles I could see them being cousins

Purchased as part of their sample kit. Definitely a scrubber. Strong, bitter. Much more masculine than unisex. The leather was overpowering. Not one I’ll wear again

85% of the opinions here should be silenced without a right to say anything for the next 5-20 years, until their noses begin to distinguish between ingredients and nuances of smell. lm tired of those "experts" with 6 bottles of parfumes (4 of those are 1.5ml samples, and other 2 are Nautica Voyage and Dior Sauvage) who are 2 weeks in the game, but those are most vocal and opionated. it's bad. these guys and gals are no good in general, with their noobish opinions they preventing other people from discoveries.If a professional expresses their opinion, they can still be listened to, but this... guys, please, stop.I understand, we can all express our opinions, but please, first think about whether you should express your opinions, okay?

A tart, leathery, mildly sweet, woody masculine scent. I say masculine because it does have that rubbery and strong cedar element to it, but it is sweet enough to be unisex. This one won't be one for me, but the quality of the notes is pretty good (apart from that intense leathery rubbery smell which I am not a huge fan of however it's not chemical just too intense for me) Dries down a nice sandalwood vetyver, somewhat creamy, somewhat spicy, bergamot has no chance to shine here. Drydown really growing on me - this tends to happen with Flraiku! Lubbin korrigan vibes, beatiful, creamy leathery sandalwood. How beautiful this fragrance could be (really far more masculine) if that rubbery leather note were not present to muddle up the wondrous warmth of the woods and patchouli! Today’s leather notes in any modern fragrance are akin to buying a “pleather” pair of shoes instead of the real, organic thing! I happen to be a vegetarian and avoid animal derived anything but I also hate the smell of a Goodyear show room and even worse in a bottle at niche prices! If you want leather leave it to Bottega Veneta!

On my skin it opens mostly as a mix of vetiver, bergamot and patchouli, with occasional whiff of sandalwood and cedar. It is a delicate smell, complex and interesting, but soft and unobtrusive. Definite yes to wear in office, no one will complain.

I don't know what all the fuss is about, but with my nose it's a yes or no, and this is a yes. It's not too overpowering where it gives you a headache but it's still pretty strong.
