Cherry Blossom

Ugh. I stinking love this frag enough that I had to buy a backup. This is the only fragrance I could find that has both cherry and cherry blossom (equally). It’s feminine and subdued (nothing too loud). Floral, fruity, sweet but far from cloying or artificial. Nothing crazy special but I don’t find this to be a “common” scent. Super lovely as an everyday scent. Great for spring and summer days. Lovely to wear to bed as well. Wish it either projected more or lasted longer, but alas, not all fragrances need to be powerhouses.

Floral and delicate, feminine without being girly and 'fluffy'. It opens strong and then fades fairly swiftly to something truly beautiful. It's so floral but without being something your mum or grandmother might wear. I love this so much I'm on my third bottle. It truly lasts! I can usually smell it after 10-12 hours, which for perfume these days is fantastic. For me more of a winter cheerer.

Very "clean girl". Smells like when you just step out of the shower. For this reason I love to get out of the shower and spritz with this fragrance to extend that freshly washed vibe and feeling. Such a pretty fragrance.

Very floral and sweet, without feeling girly. Elegant scent that has a subtle powdery undertone. While it's not so strong, its too expensive to justify everyday use, good perfume for special daytime occasions

Lovely, elegant and positive good to wear on an afternoon tea with girlfriends. Recommend.

I think this is a lovely perfume, intensely floral and longlasting, yet poetical and not too much in your face. It really smells like cherry blossoms, at least what we are used to think of cherry blossom in perfumes, but it also has an aromatic edge with beautiful osmanthus and some kick with sandalwood. It's not a complex nor an extremely original one, yet it gives a good mood vibe as if you were surrounded by a beautiful pink garden where nothing can reach you for harm. Pleasant in summer when you don't want thick syrupy fragrance, still you don't like to smell all citrus and fresh pungent. This is soft and round. It does reminds of L'Occitane Cherry Blossom, so you might think that you can have that for a fraction of price, but if you like osmanthus, this is better and more nuanced. I'm not saying that it smells all natural, of course, syntheticals are everywhere. I get the "clean old woman" comment, but it doesn't really seem so. It's just intensely feminine, clean and a little carefree. You can be like that at any age. A garden is a garden. A relatively simple fragrance with pleasant feeling.

Cherry blossom starts of very soft. We have a Sakura tree in our neighborhood park and I smelled the delicate fragrance yesterday. So fresh, almost aquatic. This perfumes opening is just like that smell. As Floris cherry blossom goes along it grows in strength and becomes more complex floral fragrance. A slightly peppery blend of cherry blossom, cherry, peony and osmanthus all cloaked in a musky base. I get the shampoo reference but if I found a shampoo brand that smells this classy, I would buy it. Very pretty, soft but has presence. Spring delicate feminity at its best. Edit: I had a travel spray of L'Occitane Cherry Blossom years ago. It was a gift from my sister. I did not like it but I wore it whenever she was home because it was something she gave me. I found it to be quite screechy and unrefined. And I have tested Dior Sakura and found that to be very synthetic and screechy as well. For my money Floris Cherry Blossom is one of the best realistic cherry blossom perfumes. I may pick up a full bottle of this soon.

i really like this but wasn't expecting to at all! it's a very clean-smelling scent, almost soapy but without any of the usual soapy notes that i dislike. i find the cherry blossom, peony and bergamot the strongest and the osmanthus is a nice but not overwhelming touch. i don't usually like fresh accords but it's in no way watery, just delicate and petal-like. the cherry also doesn't smell like other cherry notes i've smelled, it's not overbearing or sour at all, it's really well blended. super pretty!!

This came in a 14 ml Floris sample set that included their linen, citrus, and oud scents. Easily the most unabashedly feminine fragrance in my collection, it is a sweet summer cherry scent, but that's about all you can say about it. It neither offends nor lingers on the mind. It's too safe, girly. Utterly disposable.

It's asolutely not Japanese SAKURA's aroma (SAKURA means cherry blossom in Japanese), but I like it. The perfume is osmanthus stand out and little powderly. I think that an amazing perfume with good skin familiarity and good endurance. Am not good at osmanthus, but it's likely to be overcome by this perfume.

This is very soft and pleasant. To me it's somewhere between Fleur d`Osmanthus (Roger & Gallet) and Fleurs de Cerisier (L`Occitane), but way too close to something so cheap...

Bought it for the wife and it’s definitely cherry blossom,very soft and l enjoy smelling it on her.

Get Rituals of Sakura Body Mist instead of this. Better price, better performance.

The more I wear and spray Floris Cherry Blossom, the more I fall in love.

very basic airy floral scent with the longevity of a fart. like a basic floral candle or room spray, it's just a whisper of flowers. it's not a bad scent but as a perfume it's pretty crap. 3/10

I have the intense version of this fragrance and I’m yet to see what is intense about it. Soapy cherry like floral scent but it’s lacking enough oomph for me.

peppery/musky. if you are buying a body spray, just go with the bath & body works cherry blossom because it won't be diluted with other notes like this is.

This dries down surprisingly vanillic. It’s like a baked vanilla, which just doesn’t fit well with the fresh floral opening imo

I bought this when it was first released and absolutely loved it. The top notes were amazing, like sparkling, tart, glamorous cherries with a shot of tequila over them. I couldn't get enough of it and truly thought I'd found my signature scent. I didn't pay much attention to the drydown to be honest as it kind of gently faded away rather than changing too much, or so I thought. Fast forward a couple of months to lunch with my best friend. I leant over her to reach my bag on the floor in the restaurant and she said "Ooh! You smell lovely!" Yes, I thought to myself, smugly, yes I do. "Is it Olay?" she continued, "I'd know that smell anywhere" What?????? To my horror, I realised that my lovely friend had spoken the truth as I sniffed myself like a madwoman. I did smell like Olay. Like my grandmother. Who is 92. I had spent £100 to smell like a clean old woman. I sold the bottle on eBay the next day.

I'm testing this today and there is something about this I really like. It's a powdery blossom. It's quite similar to a cherry blossom room spray I have, but I really love that smell so it's okay with me. It's very soft and feminine. The only problem is that I get an almost vinegar scent from it for the first few minutes. It goes away, but I'm not sure if I can get over that initial scent. Maybe the sample I have is from an old bottle that is starting to expire?
