Alice‘s Flower Tea

I adore this perfume!! I got it last Christmas and I've been over spraying it ever since. It's citrusy, sweet, and kind of spicy/peppery which I personally like. When people I know smell this perfume they either love it or are a bit put off by it's pepper-ness so that might be something to take into account. its not necessarily like a "flower" tea but more like a lemon tea. When I spray it on myself, I get wafts of it all throughout the day, so i would say its long lasting. But yeah, I highly recommend!

I love that smell. It's like drying herbs for tea somewhere in the village. It's not too sweet, it's calm. It doesn't last long, though.

To start with, this perfume is succeeding where Midsummer Fig fail. Sure, looking at the notes, the two perfumes have very little in common but judging by the scents themselves, they both seem to go for a sort of lemony profile. Alice Flower Tea don't smell like a flower tea but it can probably be layered nicely with a tea scent... Id say its a herbal lemon, at least it starts that way, but still contain that FK dna. At times I feel like it got a bit of spice, but its not listed. Not a spicy spice but kinda like cinnamon or cardamom, but I cant quite ID what spice would really be... It has a bit of strength, but it don't seem to get overwhelming. Its not going to be everybody's cup of tea, but its relatively safe as a blind buy. Quite inoffensive as a scent.

I find myself reaching for this more and more as time goes on. It can very well become my signature scent for Fall. Even tho it's described as fruity I wouldn't agree. I find it to be more of a warm fresh scent with a bit of some sort of peppery spice (that is not listed in the notes). I would say if you think about it REALLY hard sure you could even say it's a little reminiscent of an earthy tea. It's the kind of scent I want to spray all over my sweaters. But heads up this is NOT a chocolately scent it's just the bottle's decoration related to the makeup series it was released with.

Unlike what caseyuggen1 below say, the word "chocolate" on the bottle is not there just for aesthetic reasons. While the perfume do not smell like chocolate, the perfume was part of Flower Knows "chocolate wonder shop" line. It was a line of cosmetics based on a chocolate store, and thus had makeup packages that looked like chocolate bars and candies, and some of the products did smell like chocolate. The perfume bottle itself is designed to look like a chocolate shop. So this is not the normal case of english being randomly put on chinese products, it was all properly thought out.

This website is ridiculously adorable and has cosmetics as well. Originates China, however, which explains the forgivable bad english and reference on the bottle to "chocolate" if only for aesthetic reasons. (it doesn't have to make sense for the Chinese, english words are irrelevant, it's always aesthetic). There are plenty of reviews for the products on the website and looks 60% promising for any blind buying. Definitely shopping there for the - again - look and feel of the product. I'll let you know how it goes. :) Edit: I'm confident in these products, I bought MANY and they're incredible! Also saw selling at Urban Outfitters in the mall locally...
