This scent is one of my favorites. For Strange Women never fails to impress me with hyper realistic, evocative smells, but many scents can be polarizing. However, I find this to be extremely wearable. It captures the smell of walking through trees in late summer and early fall. I think of walking through vineyards, South Georgia, green trails, etcetera. Sweet, earthy, romantic, and timeless. Soothing.

I have Lichen, which is the replacement for French Oakmoss. Longevity is pretty weak on me, but the smell is amazing and totally makes up for it. Smells very soft and herbal on my skin, very unique scent.

I also have Lichen (replacement for French Oakmoss), and I really thought would enjoy this scent more than I do :( I saw some reels of people reviewing this scent and I was intrigued. It's fresh and a little sweet on me, not so much earthy or woody, and I don't really get any lavender. It also smells a bit like sweat? Idk it's just not what I expected! The longevity is decent (around 7ish hours for me), and the sillage is something in between intimate and moderate (catch whiffs of it throughout the day but doesn't leave a trial). I feel like it's more of a candle scent than a perfume scent, but my aunt *loves* it (and hates Black Iris, which is my favourite scent by For Strange Women), so it really just comes down to personal taste and preference! I gave her the sample because, while it's not terrible, I'd rather not smell like this.
