Belle Chérie Parfum

belle cherie is exquisite. refined and smells expensive. i cannot pick up individual notes in this lovely parfum, it is very well blended. longevity is moderate and sillage is ok but it is an intimate scent within the 2nd hour. i dont mind as long as i can smell this ethereal fragrance. tis all that matters.

Got this one while visiting France and really liked the fruity, summer smell. I like that it's also not over the top kind of perfume. But one thing is true, it would be nice to get a bit more longetivity.

My mom got this for me in France. I love my mom, but this is not quite the scent profile I've ever been wearing. I knew that there was something in here I have never smelt in other perfumes. This IS definitely a starfruit perfume. It somehow captures both the scent and texture of it:, which is almost a little plasticky-rubbery. All the rest of the notes besides the starfruit play mostly a supporting role. This is NOT a vanilla perfume, as the main accords may suggest - it's distinctly fruity, and the fruit smell is what trails behind you if you're wearing this. It's kinda zingy, but not in a typical clementine way. The clementine in this one is very well done though - not at all synthetic. It's a bright, full of energy, fruity and young smell. The bottle this came in seems to be preserving the perfume really well too: it smells the same 13 years later :) The perfume still has the same, pretty poor longevity too though.

Daytime, casual but very nice, ladylike, inoffensive. Would make a good gift because it smells like it contains good ingredients and is well balanced. Changes a little over 1-2 hours and is pleasant the whole way through. It's pleasant and pretty and womanly and reasonably priced. Good quality. Good to wear any time of year. Safe to gift. Any Fragonard frag would make a nice gift. Another reviewer said "feel put together and smell expensive, gently swinging around you and others. It's the kind that makes people want to stay a little longer talking with you. I bought the est, and it's lighter, but the same." and I would agree.

This is soooo good. Feminine, floral, sweet. Well-blended. Safe blind buy. So so beautiful.

Get lots of compliments when I wear this one! Lasts pretty long too

This perfume surprised me with its similarity to Boadicea Glorious. It is, of course, not as intense, but on my skin they sound very similar. I think Belle Cherie is even better suited for office work because it's not as loud and harsh.

Very pretty feminine and inoffensive. Casual, for everyday wear. Also quite forgettable to me.

Overwhelming sourness - might be the starfruit. A bit musty, like an old lady's dressing room. Can't distinguish any florals in particular. Fades rapidly. I know it's beloved as a 'sweet, younger-woman's' perfume, but I don't get that at all.

Another bug-killer-spray? Well, I cant use it anyway, I have stored it for about 5 ys, hopeing it will smell better, but no, the Carambola note is overpowering all the other notes, it's so very sour, as if you bite a fresh lemon / sitron / lime fruit, I sprayed it on a paper-strips, and it pulloted my house for 2 days, it itched on my chin and lips,,,, so, save your money and buy sumething nice :))

Absolutely gorgeous. My new favourite for any and every occasion. I'm 31 and it's my new signature. I believe it's beautifl for day or night. The reason people say it's not "groundbreaking" is because it's blended so beautifully and is balanced so skilfully. My friend visited this house on site in Grasse, France where they make the perfumes still. This is not some mass factory. They have a few very skilled "noses" who blend these fragrances. Heaven sent. It's like the difference between home cooked meal and a delicately prepared dish from an experiencedand trained master chef. It works in a way I have never felt a fragrance work before. I really appreciate this.

It's summer in a bottle, I can't put it in other words, I would drink it if I could. Supra feminine, joyous. This has been my signature scent for the past decade and I still sigh with happiness whenever I catch a whiff of it. My only wish is that it would project a bit more and last longer on me

Nothing ground-breaking, but a really solid fruity floral that is easy to wear. Girly, lighthearted, flirty, and fun. Great projection average longevity. Excellent value for price!

Just delicious! It’s sweet but not sharp, rather, warm and mellow. Lasts for ages on me.
