Mon Oranger

It's very much about the orange! Since I love orange fragra nces (I have about 37) this is a good thing. It has some similarity to Fragonard's Fleur d'Oranger which I also have, but I like this better. I always found Fleur d'Oranger to be too sweet. Mon Oranger is fresher and greener. I purchased the travel size perfume and hand cream to try it. I haven't quite made up my mind if I will purchase a full bottle, but it's quite likely!

Oh my! Upon first sniff my breath was taken for a moment. If you like a naturalistic sweet, green, fresh and spicy orange blossom, this is the one you want to smell. I don’t usually like orange blossom - it can be scentless, thick and cloying, but this is like Cartier Baiser Vole in orange blossom form. Fresh, green and bursting with fragrance. Lovely.

When I first sprayed Mon Oranger I get bitter orange combined a very sharp green violet leaf that lasts about 5 minutes. After the opening settles down it becomes a very pretty mimosa w/ broom combined w/ orange and orange blossom. I am a big fan of broom in perfume and think it should be used more often. Mon Oranger is a very clean and fresh yellow floral w/ lots of orange. Slightly musky in the dry down. I like the musk that Fragonard uses, here. Very clean but not laundry type of clean. Just a fluffy white musk that is always pleasant to smell and easy to wear. This perfume would be easy dumb reach in the spring and summer.

I paired this with my 200 ML EDT, if you love orange blossom, Fragonard didn't disappoint. I was fortunate to get 20% off the US Fragonard Website w/ $99 order Frag022. As usual, Fragonard didn't disappoint. Smells exactly the way orange blossom should, divine. 💘💘💘 For summer stick to EDT, a little goes a long way if you live in a tropical climate. Winter & fall depending on weather, spritz EDP and fresh up with the EDT by the end of the day. I do spray my house w/ the EDT, sheer comfort.

I received a sample and forgot it. But today I opened it and... omg it is white bouquet, joyful, a little bit sweet, a little bit powdered. So innocent and clear. I get honeysuckle too. Nothing green or bitter like the neroli. This is gourmand, as an orange blossom water is, without being a cakes’ smell. Linear, no trick, no surprise, no need to lure. This is the scent of the little girl I used to be and who I’ll always secretly be. Would suit anyone from 9 to 99 y old!

Very pretty lighter version of Fragonard's Fleur d'Oranger Intense (not Fragonard Fleur d'Oranger, which is sweeter). Gives me the same type of soapy cleanliness too as it has the same clean orange blossom in it. If you find the Intense version too much, give this one a try, especially for those living in warmer climates. Unlike the Intense version, it won't become cloying in warm weather.

Sweet floral orange. Not tangy or bitter or sharp. Round, soft, smooth, natural orange floral. Not ground breaking but pleasant..I would wear it at home. Hard to say it's a love bc it's not ground breaking or wowing, but just a pleasant nice fragrance for a lazy spring or summer day. Scent: 7.5 / Sillage: 7 / Longevity: 6

I bought it last Summer when I visited Paris. It reminds me of grape green tea and fresh leaf scent, so delightful and refreshing. A great value if you want to try something new.

For the orange blossom lover! It will take your breath away, in a good way! If you love Fragonard's regular Fleur d'Oranger perfume, you will love this. 5 stars!

So nice, no cheap toilet spray smell. The orange blossom note is sophisticated. I like to layer this with Vanille, for a cinnamon root beer vibe scent, The house of Fragonard knows how to create a perfect perfume. Fragonard was founded in 1926 by a former Parisian notary, Eugène Fuchs, in one of the oldest factories in the city, originally built by perfumer Claude Mottet in 1841. The firm is named after the local painter Jean-Honoré Fragonard, the son of the parfumer at the court. The first Parisian boutique was opened in 1936.

I've just opened a sample sachet of this ( useful note: Fragonard are generous with samples if you are on their mailing list) and my first reaction was that it was beautiful; even better than their Fleur d'Oranger, and the Intense version, which I love even more. I decided within seconds that I must have it, but within 5 minutes I realised that it had completely disappeared. I shan't be buying it; I couldn't stand the frustration.

simply lovely. orange blossom is the star here, but the supporting notes provide more depth and prevent it from being too sweet. i pick up linden vibes, but i think it's the mimosa... a great spring/summer frag but could work year round. the best from this range imho.
