I don't know which "experts" vote "This perfume reminds me of" OP Cuoium. ? Perfume has no point of contact with him. Do not insult this Masterpiece. Cuoium is one of the most disgusting perfumes I have smelled in my life. So heavy, so gross. Just heavy and dirty skin🤮 They have no similarities, but none at all. I say once again, I don't know who is "evaluating" this and sending the wrong picture to other members... PM is a brutal perfume, with out-of-series performance, such performance that out of all the perfumes from Fragrantica, I can count on my fingers the perfumes that destroy like this, maybe not even one like this one.. I like to wear this beast because I feel very strong with it and I know I will get compliments because it smells phenomenal in the air (from a blotter or from a sprayer it can be too strong and heavy for the nose), and because it will overpower all the perfumes around you, whatever they are and however many there are. It is simply predominant. And whoever receives a compliment on Cuoium, I treat him to a bottle of perfume as desired. Any recommendation for this perfume for anyone who can afford it! It is extremely expensive, but... Just one single spray is enough to smell the whole day (exclusively for cold Autumn and Winter), so imagine how long 100ml will last you, eternity. Brutal fragrance in every way and for every respect ! A beast in a bottle! Fragrance Du Bois, hat to the floor! We can only bow before this kind of perfume.

PM opens initially with a heady burst of punchy tuberose, backed up by a fruity sharpness from lemon and juniper. An intoxicating array of secret florals including a leathery labdanum and creamy orris add a pungent sensuality that will not go unnoticed. As it settles on the skin, the tuberose powers through a base of leather, labdanum, patchouli and woods - giving the perfume an opulent and regal dry down. This is a powerhouse scent and an absolute beast when it comes to performance, it lasts all day with massive projection and will definitely get you noticed. Combine that with the mouth watering quality of Fragrance du Bois and you’re left with an absolute masterpiece here. I don’t understand those who say this is unwearable, yes it’s very strong but this has to be the best floral leather fragrance I’ve ever smelled. I knew PM would be my signature scent since I first smelled it upon release, and to finally own a bottle now is incredibly special and it leaves me breathless every time I wear it.

I like a few other reviews, dont understand the hate, I have tried 4 other FDB fragrences and this is my favorite. Its a bit loud in a good way, they managed to make a floral masculine in the best way. If you want a clubbing scent that will get compliments, this is it. If your not chasing compliments, its interesting enough to keep your interest. I appreciate the originality, the forethought and the final creation. Dont listen to the haters, it makes no sense . Unfortunately we have people who love a loud messy dupe and praise the shitaki out of it. Some people just aren't meant to appreciate greatness, we are all different, so enjoy your Hawas ICE, I'll enjoy Fragrance du bois PM.

Rare situation here, with FdB justifying their cost with an actual niche-quality scent. And make no mistake, the appeal here is also decidedly niche, with something that could have been released by Amouage or Orto Parisi/Nasomatto, without specifically smelling like any of those - there’s just that clarity of vision, the quality of ingredients and thumb to the nose at mass appeal. I get purple flowers rolled in leather, sprinkled with fresh and lively juniper berry and cardamom, with a base of rich resins and deep patchouli. Whoever this was made for might be assiduously avoiding this brand ... but damn, this is a real one.

Masculine, old school and gorgeous! 👏 I am not a big expert on ingredients but I would describe it as a floral 💐 leather mix. I can see how it might not be a favourite for everyone as it is bold and loud at least in the opening. It is long lasting but projection is not extraordinary so if you limit yourself to 2 - 3 sprays you can wear it almost everywehere. A bit of a mature scent, niche high quaity ingradients. Highly recommended if you are looking for something very special and long lasting. 👏

This stuff is truly eternal. Smelling from the bottle the cocaine reference is spot on however once sprayed it’s not something that persists. This is hugely projecting and lasts for days on clothes. Performance is excellent and very unique smelling. I love it. Price is a little hefty. the presentation and bottle really are something to behold and the carbon fibre case too.

Wow, I'm shocked by the low score this has on fragrantica. This is so nice & unique, a gorgeous leather jacket at studio 54 in a smoky room full of Tony Montana's finest! You've got to get your nose on this one. Incredible performance and longevity. I've got a few of these & AM for anyone looking. AM is another unique release but not for me...

Ignore the haters on this. It's such a nicely done leather woody fragrance with a backdrop of florals to give a bit of lift. Use caution as longevity is eternal, it's a room filler and leaves a trail long after you're gone. Beautiful perfumery that doesn't deserve the low ratings.

I have to leave a comment on this beast again. I only wear it in extremely cold weather. The cold can do nothing to this perfume. With just two sprays, this perfume kills! This perfume crushes stone, extinguishes a volcano. Brutal in every way!

On me it smells like fresh cocaine with some patchouli sometimes and leather , very little of lemon and juniper behind . Pretty Interesting stuff definitely not for little boys 😂

Like the reviewer before me said, this to me smells closer to Iberian Leather than Cuoium.

I'll admit, the brand aesthetic is pretty cringe. I've heard lots of negative things about the house, like it's for nouveau rich, clout chasers that don't know good perfumery, etc. However, I do like some fragrances from PDM and Initio, so I will let the fragrances speak for themselves. At least they're not fancy clones with phony perfumers like Roja. Or maybe they are, who knows, I don't have much experience with FDB. The fragrance: it's good. I get the juniper, cardamom, florals, styrax, patchouli, iris, amber and woods. It almost smells like there's a little cannabis, but that could be the patchouli fooling me. The leather is fairly prominent throughout. Overall it's pretty unique. If I had to pick something in the same zip code I guess I'd say Interlude Man. But this is not a clone, they're maybe 15-20% similar. The ingredients smell like good quality, but the profile itself isn't enough to motivate me to seek out a bottle. Scent 6.8/10 Performance 8/10

At first I could smell soft caramel amber mingling with lemon and woodsy floral notes, perhaps tuberose and to me this is the lovely fragrance that I immediately bought without hesitation. However as time passes this fragrance smells more and more like Isobutyl Quinoline at the base which I can try and describe as that sour burnt lemon peel/dying Jonquils/ tar/garage/industrial cannabis smell that seems to grow in strength as it ages. Seductive in the opening but it lays in wait for you. For those dark days of Winter. This fragrance will remain with you and your clothing for days.

Ordered the sample of it. Quite interesting fragrance, leather with juniper and lemon- thats what I hear. Sharp on the beggining and after calming down other notes start appear..smells like kinda vietnamese ointment " Golden Star" for now...well, will try it till the end and after will update my review

To me PM is a spicy aromatic leather perfume. I do not feel any amber, vanilla or warmth that comes with these notes, therefore I would say that this scent would work best in winter, spring, or cooler summer. I feel like this would smell better on a man rather than woman. Performance is good for the first few hours, then it becomes closer to skin, but still there. To compare with Memo leathers, PM is more aromatic masculine while Memo are more unisex.

Leather and resinous, amberous florals / woods. Nice, opulent blend. But the overall scent is just weird. I kind of want to own this, but I don’t want to wear it. The bottle is very nice. Smells a little bit like jet fuel and violet leaf. Definitely not gas though. Dry down is even more leather dominant. Somewhere between 😑 and 🙂. Closer to 🙂. Had to leave a 😑 with the price tag considered. 🤑

This stuff is nuclear fusion strong. 1 spray max if you're not outdoors or something. If not this stuff will kill you. Great scent when you want something different not much use for it other than that unless you want to upset others lol.

White floral notes with a touch of cardamom in the opening. As it dries down I get a violet infused leather.

I'll start off the review by saying I don't have anything against Producer Michael, actually didn't mind his content a few years back. Fragrance Du Bois has created some of my all-time favourite scents, I was really hyped to try this new release, tried a sample as part of the 'new releases discovery set' I taken this one out first expecting to love it the most and possibly be my next full bottle purchase and boom! huge disappointment... For me this is very harsh with the leather and spices overpowering everything, seems to be beastmode which if like me you don't like the fragrance thats a negative. Definitely a fragrance that is an acquired taste and I couldn't stress that enough - you really MUST sample this fragrance first. I've seen YT comments saying they regretted their blind buys. This tries to be a sophisticated very masculine sort of a scent, a statement maker if you will and being honest theres many options out there that do it better than this one including everything else from this house. Would I buy: Solid Pass Recommended: No - sample if curious (for women interested in this for themselves I wouldn't advise even sampling)

Something about this fragrance I can’t stand ! spices leather tuberous strong everything ... it really does not smell good at all. Smells like weed or cocaine ... I would not recommend a purchase of this . save your money and buy some thing that is worth the price . simple before committed to a full price. .

i hate the fragrance community this fragrance is basically an orto parisi cuoium dupe thats watered down made to be mass appealing.. when brands such as these make dupes the fragrance community doesn't mind its only when affordable brands make the dupe do they hate dupes so much and think they're unethical..

So fragrance du bois just released another fragrance collab with producer Michael whoever he is, the second one is called AM..... why? This one is disgusting, unwearable. Possibly the worst fragrance I've ever sampled

This needs to be sampled absolutely awful, tuberose and leather don’t mix something very odd in this fragrance beast mode in a headache mode don’t know how someone can like it.

I really find Michael entertaining, and was really looking forward to trying this out. Disappointed is an understatement. The only good feature of this scent is that if you want beast mode, you won't be disappointed, it's more like God mode. And that makes things worse, because its a scent that I don't like and strongly projecting. My daughter text me feom school to complain that she had the scent in her hair from when I gave her a hug in the morning. I wish I could better at expressing what it is I don't like, it's probably the tuberose that's way overpowering. I have tried a bunch of Fragrance du Bois scents and I have not found anything I liked. I do believe they are made of quality ingredients but the end product is most important. One YouTuber commented that this is probably FDBs most mass appealing fragrance, but I strongly disagree. Speaking of YouTubers, I probably watched every review, and all have given positive reviews, which really has helped weed out who's opinions I should completely ignore. There was one that said it was good but not something they would really wear.

Rich Floral Woody Leathery & Amber This perfume smells rich & classy, as if you entered a Rolls-Royce car & instantly you get a rich leather blast It smells expensive It opens with spicy juniper berries & tuberose, with rich floral notes (I’m pretty sure it’s Jasminum Nudiflorum) & sweet undertone of menton lemon & hints of cardamom Leather & patchouli are always in presence at its heart with powdery earthy & smoky cedar notes I’m pretty sure there is Oud in here with more leather , amber & a tiny hint of creamy vanilla like accord This easily can be a signature scent; it's bold & sophisticated, unique yet mass appealing & a compliment-getter. You will be asked a lot about what you’re wearing. Performance here is remarkable, I wore it a month ago & it’s still on my seatbelt till this moment. PM smells like the music industry in the 80s, at least for the first hour. Cocaine and smoke. Ironically inspired by a music producer or collaboration rather. Upon the opening there is this bitter sweet, ash-like, smoky leather; only slightly metallic. Reminiscent of TF Tuscan Leather and Byredo's Black Saffron, but turned up a few notches. This particular note allows very little room for other notes to shine outside of cardamom, patchouli and woody accords. 3-4 hours in, the floral notes are more detectable, but still leather dominant while moving into a powdery phase. There is a freshness of juniper felt in the late stages of wear as well. PM is quite masculine and intrusive, if that's your thing and could very well be worn by a woman. Well made and performed, but it's going to require an abrasive personality or much confidence to pull this one off.

If you can afford to wipe your ass with $20 dollar bills, I have a fragrance for you! PM is a rule breaker in a sense where the base accords come first and the top accords come last. The 1st part is 10min worth of Interlude man with the complexities of patchouli and spices enveloping the atmosphere teeming with that familiar smoky Interlude vibe. The fragrant necromancy continues as PM mutates to a spicy pearly-like bouquet. In this stage of the composition, certain features of Irish leather do come to mind especially with that stonewashed fresh/leather mixture. Important to note, PM never feels bulky or awkward even in the proverbial Amouage stage. Seasonal, office ready and pretentious. The price alone will cause emotional damage.

Just sampled this one a few times, on warm weather (+30 degrees C) and on more pleasant weather (20 degrees C), some days ago... looks like this is an overdose of tuberose to my nose, I can hardly detect some Woody/Cedar notes (in the heart) and all the rest is like Tuberose. I don't really care about the opening/top and I care just a little about the basenotes as most of the frags will perform strong within their heart-notes. To me this smell leans more feminine, I don't know why most of the folks voted it as more masculine. I would not get this one to be honest, not even for half the price, maybe it does not ring a bell in my mind, so a pass for me.

This smells a bit like you know what. Same vein as Tuscan Leather. The opening could make a man high as a kite. And then there’s jet fuel rocketing this thing into the 4th dimension. Do I like it? I don’t know. It’s absolutely wild. Am I happy I own it? Yeah, it’s badass! When will I wear it? Now that I haven’t figured out yet...but when I do I know I’m going to turn some heads for better or worse! Edit: One spray on a tester strip while I was OUTSIDE on my terrace and everyone INSIDE my house is complaining that it “stinks of perfume!” Oh man, proceed with caution!!!

Great looking bottle and powerful powerful juice. I like the idea of mixing tuberose with the leather and it’s certainly got rich niche swag about it. I’m not a fan of leather, so it doesn’t suit me, but it would be one helluva scent for someone who does. The scent lasts forever, so be careful. After trying it a couple times, it reminds me of Nasomatto Nudiflorum.

Yikes... This reminds me a lot of Cuoium from Orto Parisi. Which is a very strong leathery spicy fragrance. Side note: I would say this is next to unwearable for me personally, and very far from a mass appealing scent. I was surely expecting something much different based off of the note pyramid above. This is a hard pass for me.

Producer Michael has two fragrances here, this one, PM, and please add in the data base the second one, which is AM ! PM is a patchouli, tuberose and leather happiness, combined with lemon, benzoin and some fruity accords. The longevity is proverbial, the sillage is great, the smell is for the lovers of real niche products.

If you like Fragrance Du Bois Milano, this is it on steroids, with added tuberose, cardamom, juniper berries and the famous patchouli. It is like something from another era, the old great school of making a masculine fragrance, so well balanced. On me, as a man, this is a pleasure of a smell.

Finna get all leathers, that PM is though the one premium. Basically a wished for and a sought calibre leather beast mode, both because it's real. Designed to impress, they truly put the du Bois stamp on it, So a very elegant profound spice accord side by side with the leather.

Almost identical copy of Marc Gebauers Air Tiger. Lighter than air tiger with an addition of tuberose and floral notes. Very nice indeed. Air Tiger very strong compared to this one. Props to both perfumers (Air Tiger - Chris Maurice)

There is an AM that is so bad it's not even listed here, but this is better. I can't even tell what it smells like, but it's not a perfume. Again, FDB make scents, not perfumes.

Really don’t like it. Not pleasant to my nose at all. Dry down doesn’t calm it down at all. Constantly pungent, headache inducing to me

This stuff is different! I’m surprised cocaine is not a note listed on this because the opening chemical-ish smell is cocaine.

So FDB released this fragrance in collab with producer Michael. That's why I just can't take it seriously...
