Sahraa

This is a review of an older bottle with a Sahraa Oud label. Sahraa Oud is a very fine, natural oud fragrance with a price to match. The remarkable aspect of this scent is that the oud is always present, front and center. Sometimes the oud is accented with tart, almost bitter, grapefruit. Sometimes a sweet rose note or a warm saffron come to dance with the oud. Still other times an indolic, white floral note, or a slightly camphorous pepper and geranium and even some patchouli or sandalwood & amber notes are intermingled with the oud. Each of these occurences, and they seem to come and go at odd intervals--although generally they progress in the order mentioned--serves to highlight an element of the incredibly dense, complex oud. Sometimes, this oud is woody and dry, sometimes it is medicinal and astringent and sometimes it is skanky, sexy and animalic. To experience this fragrance, particularly in the high heat and humidity of the U.A.E. (where I am now and where my current bottle resides), is to take a masterclass on the subtleties of high quality, natural oud carefully tinctured and deftly blended into an ultra-high quality fragrance. Is this experience worth the cost of a bottle of Sahraa? Well, other fragrances offering similar experiences are often sold at similar or even higher prices (Louis Vuitton Pur Oud, F. Malle The Night, Spirit Of Dubai Oud, for example); while there are excellent alternatives available for considerably less (think various products from Elixir Attar, Bortnikoff & Areej as well as Dusita Oud Infini, to name a few). In the end, obviously, I have bought a bottle (2, in fact) so I decided that the price was tolerable, if somewhat high. You should sample before you buy and determine if the price seems ok to you. Moreover, this fragrance will not appeal to everyone. Only true oud lovers will, in all probability, fall for Sahraa the way I have. This scent has considerable projection and sillage and massive longevity. It is unisex and totally unsuitable for a Western office setting. The presentation is elegant and the atomizer is very good. Most folks will deem this fragrance best in cool or cold weather and in doing so, they will miss the incredible nuisances of oud that wearing this fragrance in high heat and humidity will reveal to the discerning nose. If you are interested in oud fragrances, try to sample this either via FdB itself or a decant. It is definitely worth experiencing. Highly recommended for oud fans.

Here a gloriously rich and incredibly smooth oud with just the right amount of animalic bite is pushed off the skin in an aromatic veil of grapefruit. The zingy vibrancy of grapefruit serves as the perfect counterpoint to the richness of the oud here as it adds an airy quality allowing the oud ‘to breathe’. As the fragrance settles on the skin layers of voluptuous rose, jasmine and the green aromatic freshness of geranium adds rich floral intensity against a background of that spicy and richly nuanced oud. Oh my! This is fantastic! This smells like a divine ancient Hindu temple. You are walking in the hallway. your ears hearing vedic chants at a distance and a sweet creamy smell is in the air, caused by the ritual burning(Hawan) in the main house where all the divine woods like natural oud chips and mysore sandalwood are being burnt with other grains and ghee. A creamy aroma is lingering in the air and is prominent even at a distance. There is flower decoration everywhere, Indian jasmine and rose garlands are there, everywhere you look. This is what my mind pictures. Beautiful! Also when i first smelled sahraa i found the smell to be very nostalgic. For someone who was born in a Brahmin family in India, sat in countless rituals burnings, a smell like FDB sahraa oud is nothing new, very familiar but simply amazing. I have experienced this diverse mystical Indian culture all my life and i adore this smell. The real smell of natural aged oud. Not skanky, not animalic. Simply divine. Oud is the smell of gods in Indian culture and rightly so, because it is so divine and heavenly. A lot of perfumes claim to have oud but 99% you find have synthetic or low quality ouds which ultimately ruins the experience. I am wearing sahraa right now and all i feel is real bliss. Such an amazing olfactory experience. Though this smell is something i want my house to smell like instead of me smelling like it. But whenever i spray it no matter what, it calms my senses and takes me on a journey. A must try.

This fragrance reminds me of NOTHING else on this planet. It's so unique and beautiful that I couldn't describe this masterpiece if I tried. All these people claiming "the new" is nothing like "the old" either have broken noses or work for the competition cause there's absolutely zero difference. I have both old & new & as with most high end niche fragrances, maceration plays a slight role in terms of darkness in the color of the juice & a slight difference in depth but it's almost indistinguishable. The magic in this juice is, the opening vs the dry down are night & day. Meaning this fragrance changes like nothing I've ever experienced before. Very yeast oud opening blossoms into the most gorgeous fragrance on the planet. From first spray to the moment you wash it off, you're on a fragrant journey that is the most beautiful, calm experience I've ever gotten from any fragrance before. I'm head over heels in love. Just purchased my 3rd bottle cause 2 just isn't enough. PLEASE SAMPLE FIRST! Not going to be for everyone but I promise you this, you will not find anything remotely close to Sahraa. One off in a class of its own. You get what you pay for in life. I couldn't/still can't get my wallet out fast enough to buy this gem. Fragrance Du Bois has managed to hit a grand slam with this one. Thank you Fragrance Du Bois for creating my newest holy grail. This juice is pure luxury in a bottle.

I had a 5ml sample of the current batch and I loved wearing it during last fall. The overall scent profile is very intriguing and unique to me with the playful citrus-rose-saffron-oud combo, however, I can relate to other people’s reactions to it as being synthetic (though I do believe that mostly high-quality naturals were used here). Last week, I bought a 30ml partial bottle of an older 2016 batch and I can tell you it is different. The color is darker, orangey while the current one is lighter yellow. The older batch is more refined, more ambery and less sweet. The current version’s initial grapefruit note is really synthetic to my nose, and the saccharine sweetness is annoying. Now, the grapefruit smell is not that prominent in the older batch, it is more ambery from the start and the drydown is richer. I can smell the woody oud, saffron, rose but also geranium and lots of peppery patchouli with a hint of vanilla. To sum up, I am not a fan of the brand, tried many but only Sahraa grabbed my attention. It is overpriced and the current version does not worth buying it. However, if you have the chance to get your hands on Sahraa Oud (older batch) and you like the blend of westernized oud(definitely not for oud aficionados), saffron, rose, geranium with a grapefruity vibe then I will encourage you to purchase it.

This is one of the finest Real Oud perfume in existence. Only high quality distilled Oud comes with all kinds of fine aromas of citrus or orange.., please see what Russian Adam said about high quality distilled Ouds and what kind of aroma shades this special Ouds can have. Sahraa Oud from Fragrance du Bois is one of the best perfume the money can buy. Fragrance du Bois it’s one of the few companies around the world who can afford to use 100% Natural Oud Oils from his own Oud Plantation. This is a gift to be offered at the current price. It’s expensive but take a look for how much the other natural Ouds perfumes are sold for... some of them are selling for $600 or more for 25-30ml... Only people with no experience about high quality Oud Oils can have a loud and wrong opinion about Oud. Pretty much the same thing with other Ouds, they claim to smell whatever their olfactory receptor got to know... some of them says poop because that’s the limit. So coming back to Sahraa from Fragrance du Bois, I can only appreciate the very high quality of the ingredients, the wonderful magic smell and the beautiful presentation. It is one of the best available natural Oud perfumes. If you have the money, buy it before sampling. If not, keep criticizing.

Sahraa is undoubtedly one of the most expertly blended perfumes I have ever tried. This bright, nuanced oud fragrance is characterized by a beautiful grapefruit note at the top, delicate florals in the heart, and a warm amber-oud finish. I usually roll my eyes at image-laden descriptions of fragrance, but Sahraa got me. When I tried the sample in the store, I swear it smelled golden. I saw a desert sun and knew this juice was different. The florals are what make Sahraa unique - strong but soft. I am very sensitive to rose, and this was perfectly balanced. The pepper comes and goes lightly, like sand in a warm breeze. After trying this perfume, it’s surprising to read some reviews that call it synthetic or talk about a diluted reformulation. I was blown away by the luxurious purity of Sahraa. I also wrote the company, and they stated unequivocally that the ingredients remained high quality with no reformulation. This is the real thing and worth every cent (imho).

Sahraa is simply beautiful. From the first spray you notice the powerful, compelling, natural oud which is smooth yet bitter, gentle yet with slight animalic qualities. This sits alongside a refreshing grapefruit which is only fleeting, as well as a trio of fresh flowers - rose, geranium and jasmine. There’s an addictive sweetness in the base primarily coming from saffron, but there’s also a soft Amber accord whispering in the background. The oud in here seems to be exactly the same type of oud used in Oud Noir Intense and while they share noticeable similarities, I find this one to be more seductive and suited to evening wear. For me, Sahraa bridges the gap between traditional and western oud. The oud used in here smells natural, high quality and definitely not something the mainstream market is used to, but the overall scent is very gentle, easy to wear and mass appealing. This fragrance is expertly crafted with exceptional blending and quality of ingredients.

A woody chypre with very high quality ingredients, Sahraa is a very atypical Oriental perfume. The perfume begins in a typical chypre way with notes of grapefruit, it moves to a dense floral heart comprised of rose, geranium, patchouli and jasmine before settling into a mossy powdery base comprising of oud, moss, amber, vanilla, saffron, and pepper. Sahraa is actually a bit of a misnomer because at its heart, it is a sophisticated woody chypre, less of an Oudh forward oriental. if you think that this is going to transport you to the Saharan Morocco you are somewhat mistaken. Instead you are probably transported to a luxury store at the Dubai Mall or the Champs Elysses. Unisex with strong sillage, projection and longevity. Potent, evocative, classy and somewhat subdued (by Oriental standards) east meets west creation that will appeal to many lovers of Orientals with western sensibilities. This is very high quality sophistry but not for Oud purists. Enjoy!

Sweet, beautiful oud wrapped in a veil of light. Sahraa feels fluffy and almost translucent, softly sparkling on the skin. It is like a gentle cuddle from someone you love, balanced in its sweetness yet always present, even though it moves with an airy, effervescent grace. The texture is feathery and smooth, a second skin you almost forget is there until a warm breeze reminds you. To my nose, it carries the soft golden sweetness of Elba, that Middle Eastern saffron and cardamom milk pudding with its silky warmth and gentle glow. The oud, saffron, vanilla and amber melt together the same way, comforting and luminous at once. This perfume is gentle as a passing ray, moving through the air the way light dissolves into it. You blink and you miss it, yet somehow it stays close, quietly holding you. Notes Oud, rose, patchouli, saffron, sandalwood, vanilla and amber, blended into a warm airy sweetness that sits close to the skin.

I find the opening of Sahraa off-putting; on my skin, it’s incredibly bold and the Oud overpowers all the other notes, but that dry down is out of this world. It’s simply stunning with the interplay between the Oud, rose, saffron, and geranium, ultimately creating balanced perfection. Sahraa is gorgeous and perfectly unisex; all that from one spray means the 15ml size is now a consideration. Lastly about performance. Like other Oud based scents—Dusita Oud Infini comes to mind— I don’t like to smell this one up close. I need at least 10” distance in the opening, so this is a spray to the wrist scent, or at least be warned to give yourself a good 45 minutes before leaving the house. My husband on the other hand was swooning 5 minutes in, when I was still on the fence. In fact, he loves it so much it’s one of the reasons I’d like it in my collection. Edit: Sahraa gets better the longer I wear it.

The opening shares the same spicy-woody oud note and saffron as MFK Oud Extrait, however, the added rose, amber, and vanilla gives it extra complexity and in the drydown (arguably the best part) into something very different to Oud Extrait. Don't think of this as "another rose+oud combo", it certainly is not. Longevity is phenomenal (even though it is only an EDP), it lasts 24hrs on my skin and three days on my clothes! It projects nicely and gives a euphoric feeling of peace and calm. I receive fantastic compliments almost every time I wear this. If you have the money, then it is a good addition to add to your collection and definitely worth trying. It's worth buying just for the gorgeous drydown. Probably the only one from the line that is full-bottle worthy at the rrp. I like the ethical side that they plant an agarwood tree for every bottle sold, more companies need to be doing this.

This is a beautifully blended and sophisticated perfume - warm, deep and balanced. The oud is wonderful - scenty and dry with a lasting warm musk that remains on clothes forever. There's a milky spiciness that reminds me of Indian desserts - a hint of nutmeg and cinammon. There's nothing harsh here, it doesn't rely on aroma chemical musks for sillage. There's a softness to it - like sinking into warm amber velvet, yet it retains a little tartness to the end. Really excellent and I can see why it's so expensive. On my budget I wouldn't fork out this much for a perfume, but I'm thoroughly enjoying my sample. I think Nathan_james's review below describes it best - the grapefruit opening out the richness, giving it air. Like a splash of water to enhance a fine single malt. Beautiful!

2 words come to mind with this perfume Luxury and Beauty That's what this represents, every point in the experience of owning this bottle has been both. Packaging, bottle, and scent. It is a similar kind of oud used in mfk scents but clearly it's own thing. It has been perfectly blended and smoothed out with the fdb DNA. It is complex yet very palatable, nothing about this frag is too much or too little, it is perfectly balanced. This is a clean, sweet, and expensive smelling rose oud. Projection and longevity are both above average, this is by no means a nuclear frag. Overall i think this is one of the best if not the best in the rose oud genre. Definitely get your nose on this one, as it is extremely pricey

I finally bought this fragrance after spending months on testing. Let me first say that all FdB fragrances are available in 15 ml format that makes them accessible for everyone (125€). I also appreciate that they won't make you pay 15ml a fortune, so that you won't ever opt buying (50 ml @ 395€ and 100ml @ 695€). The 15 ml format is, thus, proportioned. In addition please bear in mind that you'll need just a couple of sprays and you'll be okay for the rest of your day. A few words on the scent: opens citrusy-spicy with Oud, medicinal and potent. It turns into a spicy Amber floral beauty that accompanies you all day. It is elegant, rich, deep and so damn good. A masterpiece!

An amazing perfume! On first sniff, it throws you off, and you're taken aback, because it is so well blended. On subsequent wearings once you get more acquainted there is a dominance of oud blended immaculately with saffron, rose with vanilla, sandalwood, jasmine, lingering geranium, amber layered behind the dominant notes. The oud here has no skank and is extremely well blended and I do believe provides a dual role as prominent note and fixative. The quality is amazing and is very apparent. It smells, rich, opulent and natural. This perfume in my humble opinion is the flagship from Fragrance du Bois to showcase their oud and blending skills.

This perfume is a masterpiece on its own. I have a sample of this and I am head over heels for this perfume, its one of the things that I will save money to get this and if I have to live off noodles for a month so be it. This perfume is an experience, It cant be described, I love the smell of it so much that on the days I dont decide to wear it, I always think about it and drives me crazy. I love this one a lot, I will save up for this but I will get it. I dont need to tell you about the performance, because you have others on this website who mention it is a very long lasting like 24 hours etc. but seriously hats off to the perfumer.

So mysterious, the development is just...crazy. smooth, seducing, opulent and so well-blended that you can't really pick up notes in this one. Nothing too agressive, very wearable, you can feel the quality of the sustainable Oud and the other ingredients, my friends like it because of how It develops on the skin. I was working in a French Advertising agency, this perfume and Oud Noir intense from the same brand turned heads, like people were literally coming back couples of times and sniffing this intriguing odor. it's a blessing. Strong longevity, moderate Sillage, 10/10 in my humble opinion.

Oh man, I sampled this beauty and I would buy a full bottle if only I could afford it. The opening will give you that burst of skanky or a kind'of animalic vibe but will quickly fade away, but you know oud is there like a friendly ghost. What follows next was one of the most fascinating and luxurious olfactory experience I encountered. Just like an art, I would consider FDB Sahraah as a masterpiece. I was almost hoping I wouldn’t like it based on the price point, but I alas I could probably bathe in this and I haven’t smelled anything similar as an alternative. The woody floral opening gives me a strong impression of pencil shavings with a some citrus. The oud is on the medicinal end of the spectrum with not a hint of funk. It’s not sweet or heavy in any way it’s fresh, a little fruity from the grapefruit, it is airy and super wearable. The airy oud quality is the same reason I like TF Oud Wood (even though they are not similar).

Natural ingredients but nothing special for the price that you pay, apart from the luxurious packaging and elegant bottle. Try before you buy. Didn’t feel inspired by it. Shukran Habibi! Edit: About 10 sprays in the evening time...for me it blossoms in cooler weather and evenings. Smells better on skin and be careful, may stain lighter clothes. This time around, the dry down was exquisite and very pleasant unisex middle eastern profile. Changed my rating. Shukran Habibi!

to my nose this opens with a very dominant sharp sour notes, smells like a smoothie gone bad.. in about an hour that sour sharpness is gone, then it settles to a grapefruit-saffron-amber combo that is sour-ish but beautiful.. a little bit longer and i started picking up some rose as well, which makes it even more beautiful. the oud settles-in after the rose and it turned this very very seductive. it went from a challenging opening to a very seductive drydown..

About to get into this house and this is first on my list...will add my review in the next couple of weeks once fully worn! Edit: got a bottle and this is luxury - a true wearing experience from opening to mid to drydown. This to my nose is NOT skanky in the least but I’ve been wearings oud for a long time so I may not be the best judge of this. I will write more once I wear this for a few days for more thoughts.

Wow,🤩 such a great Oud fragrance that is opulent and wearable. It’s just gorgeous especially in the air. The whiff is worth chasing and this is a unisex fragrance. I can’t find anything negative about this fragrance but how I wish I could afford a bottle. I only have a 5ml decant from Scent Split and I dented it with just a few spritz because I’m saving it for special occasion. A winner! 🏆 10/10 👍

If you enjoy Amber Aoud by Roja Dove, I would highly encourage you to try this one out. In many ways I find this to be a sibling to Amber Aoud, and in some ways even better due to the drydown having a bit more 'oomph' than AA does. Incredibly well-blended, smooth and no harsh edges, this is an oud for the highly elegant. (Also has far more amber elements than AA does)

In response to the comments below... Oh my has it really be reformulated to death? The juice in my bottle is dark orange for reference. My view are inline with @Dr. Vicius and @Jack_Hunter i.e. it's decent. Yes retail prices are silly but I got mine for £4/ml which is in the ball park of what I would expect to pay for a perfume of this quality.

This is an Oud to remember! The passion that plays out when ir first touches your skin. Its like crawling into an agarwood forest with floral underbrush. As it settles it REALLY gives way to something fruity... Gummi Bears. It smells like a bag of Albanese Gummi Bears. Worth the price of the bottle! $$$

Wow this blew my expectations away, fresh creamy rose , a nice dose of saffron, oud, dark patchouli, amber. It's a nice blend of it all, usually saffron sticks out for me in fragrances but here it's nice and subtle. Very luxurious smelling..too bad it costs an arm and a leg I want to get a full bottle.

Sahraa is like nothing else that I have experienced. A true oud masterpiece. Smooth criminal for sure!!! This house is known for their oud creations and this one is at the very top of the heap of all ouds. It smells so classy without being overtly animalic. Pricey, but worth every single cent.

Elegant and sophisticated powdery chypre that exudes class. Modest performance and to me more of a skin scent. It does start off with a strong Oud note that projects for a while, then settles to the base of a powdery smell. Unisex and office safe. Shukran Habibi!

This is a wonderfully complicated citrus forward, oud-fragrance. My initial reaction is that something about the combination reads medicinal (doctor's office) - does anyone else experience this? Dry down is absolutely beautiful and longevity goes 12+ hours.

Better than any Roja I own or have tested and worth every penny. Masterfully blended. I wish the 100ml bottle was available in the US. This may be my favorite Oud, possibly my favorite fragrance ever.

Man what a scent this is. I adore the complex combination of grapefruit, rose, oud and saffron. Everything creates this robust and warm scent. Such a badass feeling you get from this. 💐

An absolute masterpiece. Possibly the best Western Oud available on the market IMO. A smooth, pleasant mix that softens the oud, but not too much.

You won’t find any better and complex real oud fragrance than this. This is up there at the top, miles ahead everything else.

One of the best fragrance in my collection, Very high quality

HIGHEST LEVEL SIGNATURE SCENT!!! SCENT: The opening has a bit of a funky oud smell which is not fecal, but definitely animalic mixed with grapefruit, creating a urinal cake vibe. But don’t fret. This smooths out in about 20 minutes when the dark/earthy oud, dusty/floral saffron, ambery vanilla and vegetal patchouli arrive on the scene. This is all blended with a top note of grapefruit that is not sharp, but suave and bright, which brings brightness, slight effervescence and tang to the formula. Not to forget the rose which softens, envelops and slightly sweetens everything up like a hug from Grandma. Sahraa is a dark, earthy, cozy, but still uplifting, somewhat fresh, masterfully blended, luxurious experience. I can picture an old player in a 1970s Cadillac wearing this while smoking a cigar. I can also imagine a beverly hills soccer mom wearing this while at brunch with her girlfriends after dropping off her three kids at stayaway camp. PERFORMANCE: One of the most dead center unisex fragrances I’ve ever smelled. If you wear this out, you are guaranteed to smell like a 1 of 1. This stuff is sensual for a refined nose. No child’s play here. Sahraa would be great for all seasons except summer. This needs cool air to waft it around. In 55 degree weather, 7 sprays projected well for 5 hours, average sillage for 5 more hours and remained a skin scent for another 8+ hours, totaling about 18 hours total performance. Your bed will smell like it when you wake and clothes will smell like it for several days. Ideally, Sahraa is perfect for getting dressed up in the fall, for classy settings with low volume music and craft cocktails, or just for the understated/classy/sophisticated person who likes to be unique. Its not a projection/jarring/attention grabbing monster. Sahraa is more suave and understated but at the same time: detectable, unique and sensually seductive. OVERALL: Contrary to the reviews, I get no powdery, chypre, alcohol facets from my bottle. There is no cheapness associate with the real fragrance at all! Judging from the below reviews, it seems like some folks are getting played with fake bottles as mine smells rich, complex and natural, exactly like the sample at Scent Bar in NYC... thankfully. To me, this is the ULTIMATE SIGNATURE SCENT. Maybe a bit too sensual for the office and too dense for high summer heat, but definitely great in almost any other scenario: sophisticated yet approachable, unique yet comfortable, sensual but not wild, dark but uplifting. With that all being said, I do not smell $1,000, $800, or even $500 in this bottle. This is the most I have paid for a fragrance and I was very lucky to get a new 3.5 oz bottle priced at $385. Id be content with spending even $450 for this due to the quality, the fact that I like the scent very much, the level of artistry/craftsmanship, as well as the novelty and rarity to be honest. This is definitely a high quality niche scent, but anything more than $450 I think is unreasonable. Not just for this fragrance, but any.

"An opulent and eye-catching amber stone gleaming under the sunlight in the Middle-Eastern desert." Sahraa Oud is one of three fragrances under the Privé collection of Fragrance Du Bois (FdB), a French luxury fragrance house that established its first boutique store in Singapore. It prides itself for using organic agarwood (oud) oils in the creation of its perfumes and sourcing them from sustainable plantations that give back to the community out of corporate social responsibility. Sahraa Oud, along with the rest of FdB's collection, has a distinctive scent to them, which I suspect is the note of oud that FdB claims to specially source from Thailand. The oud is unlike the one I'm used to, one that smells smoky, decayed and thus exquisite. It's lighter and more pleasant, which may appeal to more people than the common high-quality oud note which is more of an acquired scent. It also has a very sweet citrus, orange-like scent in the top and heart phase, which I suspect is the combination of grapefruit and amber. Perfomance-wise, it lasts very long. One full spray can last slightly longer than 12 hours and the sillage trail goes a long way. In terms of use, this is best used for nighttime for classy events. It's an apt fragrance for the sophisticated man in his forties, one who enjoys a glass of whisky on the rocks by the fireplace. Think Sean Connery in his most comfortable setting. I like the scent but I personally won't buy a full bottle of it. Encased in a ostentatiously fancy crystal flacon, it looks and feels (and also costs) like a Roja Dove fragrance. I have a personal threshold when it comes to purchasing a full bottle of perfume, and if there is one that breaks it, then it has to be a truly exceptional fragrance. Some Roja Dove fragrances are truly exceptional but even so, it's hard not to consider that the prices are astronomical. The same applies for Sahraa Oud and FdB as a whole; they are very good but I can only consider buying if their prices are more acceptable. FdB is a house meant for fragrance collectors and generally those with very deep pockets. I appreciate their fragrances and is interested to see what perfumer François Merle-Baudoin can think up of for his future creations.

Spicy Heaven... What I got in here is a lot of saffron and cardamon, (even cardamon is not in the notes break-down) in a base of sweet, dense upscale amber. In the dry-down some dry shy beautiful rose appear together with a hint of patchouli. Oud should be there, but nothing that a regular nose can easily pin-point. This is the essence of elegance and refinement. Some kind of western oriental with eastern materials, which make the composition quite intriguing and very addictive. It is in the border of the "overly sweet realm", but this is mainly in the opening, then it settles into warm amber and spicy rose fragrance. This warm spicy rose can be found also in Le Mat by Mendittorosa, even being tow completely different perfumes. The down-side here is the price-tag, making this gem not easily affordable. At least you have the 15ml bottles, that can kill your anxiety over this juice from time to time. Uniqueness: medium Scent: 9/10 Performance: medium-high (in my skin this is not a beast at all, but it lasts a long time) Would I buy it: Yes (depending on your budget... you can also go for the 15ml like I did)

This is arguably their best offering, but at the price (and style) you're competing with Krigler...spend a little more you can even get Roja—I suppose if you spend thousands of dollars on clothes already adding another bottle won't hurt, but this just too sheer and too safe, so DON'T SPEND IT HERE unless you've tried them all!

Soft, subtle oud driven goodness. Not my favorite from the house, but certainly number 2 or 3. I smell floral oud, rose and saffron. Patchouli and amber alternate into the base, from the undertone. Excellent blend. Disclaimer: personal bias in full effect here. I don't like saffron. That said, 4.2/5.

I originally didn't like this perfume - I found it cloying and too sweet. But I have tried it a few more times, and I am starting to like it more. A chypre element does come through, although the amber is still dominant. One of the nicer oud-rose's on the market that plays it fairly safe.

This feels like an amber focused fragrance with soft florals and perhaps some balsamic or incense elements with a round oud in the base. The oud is soft like in the other fragrances of the line, no offensive oud here. Unisex.

It strongly reminds me of blood smell ❤️ ..and that’s not something bad!

It has that blood note..there..somewhere.. that I actually adore!

The opening is a very pleasant geranium rose woody boozy. I sprayed it pretty heavily, I thought, from the tester bottle, which give a great spray, but I have to put my nose deep into my elbow to get any hints just 5 hours later. Other Frag D' Bois last forever. Actually its their spicy oud that lingers especially on clothing. I've worn and washed a shirt twice and LOVERS is still hanging around. It's nice and though I don't know the cost off-hand, I know its pricey but I would have to say not worth at for this tester.

It's fine. Nothing special. Smells like an old person at church. Nothing wrong with that though if that's what you want to smell like. I definitely regret spending like $17 on a 1ml sample lmao

Meh, another overpriced floral oud. Not really my thing. Scent: 2/5 Longevity: 4/5 Sillage: 4/5
