Sirène Privée

Oh dear I have fallen in love with this fragrance - been wanting to get my nose on it for a while but living up North and it being a Harrods exclusive for a while meant I had to wait patiently. Every time I popped into my local Harvey Nicknacks they didn't have it and none of my usual suspect friends had it yet either. However, eventually on my quest someone mentioned Harveys finally had it n stock so as son no 1 was heading into town he was tasked with finding me a tester strip of it. At the same time a lovely lady in a fragrance FB group offered me a ml decant to try - just cover postage and here I was today with a precious decant in my hands. I could get a whiff as soon as I opened the envelope and I had a sinking feeling it had leaked - thank goodness not so off I went to shower off the mornings sprayings and I doused myself in this with glee. I love it and its safe to say I need to get my paws on a full bottle ASAP. You can tell this is "sisters" DNA wise with the OG but they definitely aren't twins. This one to me is lighter in tone as it isn't oudy as the OG makes it perfect for daytime wear as well. I'd say this one is more "office" friendly as well but it also lasts. I am a sucker for cherry fragrances and this one does not disappoint. 10/10 from me.

This fragrance hit me like I was under a spell😍 I literally couldn’t sleep until I bought it and I am telling you it’s one of my best perfumes I own! I can see how it can others can find it suffocating but this perfume engages all my senses. And men can also use this too as a layering because of the woody and spicy undertones but I honestly believe it’s a hit or miss for the masses but for me it’s a hit. This shouldn’t be blind bought tho, definitely sample it on the skin and longevity wise I smell it on my clothes days later so 5* from me.

A dark, rich and moody fragrance. Spicy cherry and leather and just a slight hint of zesty sharpness from the blood orange. The leather note stands out in the initial dry down but after a couple of hours it fades into a warm, creamy, woody cherry. A lovely fragrance for autumn and winter when you're curled up on an old velvet sofa in silk pyjamas in a French chateau, reading a leather bound book of romantic French poetry, eating fat, juicy cherries from the chateau’s orchard and drinking a dark red burgundy wine.

This is so good! I was hesitant to purchase this because I thought it might be too close to the original, but it is not. It’s certainly related, but different enough to own both if you enjoy this profile. It is surprisingly versatile, too. I would not wear it to anything serious, but I would enjoy it any time I want to feel feminine, flirty and fun. Smells expensive, which it is. It is currently winter, but feels like a perfume that I could probably wear in any season.

Delicious and sophisticated cherry. It actually has a (bear with me) similar profile to Amouage Reasons.... maybe the cypriol. But Sirene Prive has that luscious cherry and is much softer and less noxious/cloying than Reasons. Note: dark and deep scents are not my profile. That said, while this is a bit darker (dark cherry), it really suits me. It’s smooth and soft, and that’s why it works. Smoother and softer than the original.

At first I wasn't a big fan of this. I let her sit for about 3 months and decided to revisit. I'm quite pleasantly surprised at how much I'm really loving this perfume. There's something so delightful and unique about the combination of blood orange and cherry. I like this so much more than the OG, as I found that one to be too stuffy. This has become a very easy reach for me.

I dont have this yet as but its next on my list i found the original Sirene a little bit over sweet for me so never purchased but wow this is great with my skin chemistry, every time Ive tried this in my local department store, I get so many compliments and last on clothes for days. Love this - I feel at my best when wearing this fragrance.

I have 2 of the OG and I need 3 or more of this one! This one is like the daughter of the og is lighter and you can use it daily if you wish because to me the og is a little big heavier. This one is fresher airier you could say but it has a very good sillage as the og and staying power just that is not as "heavy"

Very sexy, dark, alluring and yet so uplifting. Super long lasting and great sillage! My partner could smell me from a mile away after 8 hours of wear and this was only 4 sprays!

This is a sexy-- almost filthy-- smoky-spicy cherry oud. I'm afraid to wear it, but I love having it.

Luxurious, juicy cherry aroma, long lasting. This version is better than the first.

Smells like a strawberry/cherry jam hybrid to me, honestly so addictive

I love it more than the orig. So fruity! Full bottle worthy!

5/7/26 6:45pm.Very Spicy opening with some sweetness. Definitely got the Pink Pepper but couldn't tell what the sweetness was until I looked up the notes. Blood Orange & Pepper dominates at first, with a little Cherry coming through. I'm also getting a light Floral as the Pepper mellows a bit. On my clothes, the similarities to Sirène are more noticeable. And once again, along with the 2 others I've tried from Fragrance Du Bois, it's just nicely blended. 30 minutes in, the Pepper has dialed down quite a bit and the Cherry is more noticeable along with the Geranium. The Cinnamon seems barely there, which I really like bc other perfumes I have tried with Cinnamon, it seems to over power other notes. I can definitely tell that Sirène & Privee are sisters. If comparing to sisters in "Little Women", Privee would be Jo while Sirène is Amy lol. An hour in, there is a tiny bit of Woodyness, but it's basically a sweet fruit & floral with a light brightness. And of course I Love this also lol. Will have to update again when trying both side by side. 5/8/26 6:50pm After wearing Sirène all day, this evening, I liberally sprayed Privee from my 2mL sample on clean skin. Maybe I sprayed too much bc I noticed the synthetic, metallic smell some people mentioned (I think it may be the Geranium?). The opening was still very sharp & spicy with Pepper & Blood Orange, but the synthetic & metallic smell came quickly and seemed to last & linger. I didn't really start liking it as much as I did yesterday until about an hour in when the synthetic scent started to dissipate. Idk if it's bc I wore regular Sirène all day and the comparison was so different, or bc I over sprayed Privee, but I definitely prefer the original after tonight's test. Again, I didn't get much Woody notes, although the Oud was there, even towards the dry down. I think a 3rd test with my other 2mL sample (I got 2 seperate 2mL samples) will help me decide if this is full bottle worthy for me and can go back to "Love" from just "Like" at this point

First time wearing this and it is defnitely unique. Although I do have several cherry frangrances- even the OG. Yet in this one the cherry is stronger and fresher. I wears more prominent. I will have to continue testing to see how this dries down- for now it is defnitely longer lasting and more woody

Was lucky to try this before it got released when I went to Harrods to buy the new Rude Cherry from the same brand. I was scared as I thought this would be a reformulated Sirene and the old one would be discontinued but luckily they are still going to keep Sirène. This perfume is not it for me, it is too cloying and almost candy sweet - even though the notes sounds good and not candy like at all. Maybe it is just my skin that doesn't go well with this one..

Loved the opening of this, it felt a bit more blended and seamless compared to Siréne EDP but the dry down came very quickly and was overall disappointing. Basically a warm spicy dry down, which is already so overdone — I was expecting something a bit more unique. There was a leather facet to this that differs from the EDP but overall the dry down here dominates and subdued the bright fruity opening. Bummer

Very harsh, metallic orange. Vetiver, cypriol, pink pepper are prominent, also some geranium. Barely any cherry or cinnamon. Ame du Coeur is a nice orange and pink pepper scent, love that as much as I dislike this one.

Sadly it's a miss for me. The opening is really nice, sweet and spicy cherry, almost something floral. Wish it lasted. After an hour it became sugary and smokey, and the dry down is pungent...

Was ok at first but the dry down is violent. I sprayed the sample on my arm before bed and it woke me up in the middle of the night. Had to scrub it off so I could sleep. It’s so pungent and you can’t wash it off.

The first hour or 2 are pleasant but the deep dry down is so violently nasty. It woke me up in the middle of the night and I had to wash it off and change my clothes! Definitely sample first!

It is the spicy fruity sister of the original Sirene, but significantly lighter and sweeter. The opening features ripe blood orange with a touch of nutmeg. This is followed by a sweet cherry note, refined with cinnamon and geranium, no sharp edges here. The woody base is warm and well crafted, much like in the original. Privee does not match the original in terms of longevity; however, it lasts around five hours on the skin and longer on clothing. The fragrance also has good projection, I like them both a lot.

Different from the original Sirene, this to me smells like cherry and leather instead of cherry and oud. This is definitely more unisex. I love sirene, but at the moment i prefer this one, its all about the orange in this one which i love. Not as musky as the original. This perfume is more poised, fresh and more elegant. Like the old sirene- good longevity and projection, Sexy scent for sure, with a sexy bottle and big price tag.

Either the geranium or Cypriol ruins it for me. I smell like a cherry scented tire. Or a sharpie. Or an actual leathered cherry. Or one of those 90s mr. Sketch scented markers. And just like those markers, can't stop sniffing my wrist for some reason 🥴 it is probably one of the top 3 in most unique cherry scents I have smelled. Definitely sample it first.

I loved Sirene, but this edition is really difficult. It has a very nice cherry note but the drydown is harsh oud, cypriol and (non disclosed in the notes) Ambroxan and Amberwoods. It is harsh, it burns my sinuses, it smells so chemical and toxic! It makes me feel ill. Horrendous. Industrial cleaner strength of very harsh and toxic chemicals.

I'm observing this perfume house since it poped up in our perfume store. It's like hard try to make something really, REALLY fancy, but outcome is ugly, chemical liquids in a pretty-pink bottles. When this company stop to make garbage and quit the perfume business in favor of producing industrial cleaners?

Everything that everyone complain in the original was fixed in Privee! Cherry do not disappear instead I get spicy cherry 🍒 through the all wear with milkshake vibe towards the drydown, it sweeter but never cloying, I didn’t keep the original but Privee is a ❤️👌

It was a little sharper in the beginning upon first spray. I waited for it to settle but that sharpness never went away and actually triggered a migraines I was sad that it didn’t work out for me.

Cherry bomb gourmand opening but definitely must like woods and geranium for the drydown. Fresh cut papyrus and a very aromatic geranium with lots and lots of oud. Cherry dissappears completely.

The original Sirene was so interesting and a surprising composition, but this one is just sickly sweet and stupid. This fragrance is the scent of a stupid woman.

Overwhelmingly strong. Think Hibiscus Mahajad, only replace the hibiscus with boozy cherry. Spray sparingly, not office safe or for close space.

Such a juicy, edible and erotic cherry. Almost sinful but so tempting.

My God, this is strong. Spray with caution.
